This review is regarding today's date: 04/08/2024I have been here once and they were extremely helpful and friendly as well as speedy with their services. However, today was... off putting?My brother's car needed to be changed and I was the only one available at the time being without having any sort of transportation. I tried giving the shop a call, only for the line to say it was constantly busy so I had no choice but to call the person who towed the car to stay there for 10-15 minutes if possible so I can fetch an Uber there. I get it he couldn't hold a spot for long, but I really was trying my best.I'm not sure exactly what triggered him, but one of the worker's tone on the phone was completely unacceptable in my opinion and I feel like with whatever you're stressed out with, you shouldn't have to apply it to others. Very condescending. That's what confused me. To see him do a huge 180 was quite shocking because he was totally different when he done my car a few months back, and I was visibly upset at the store and was not having it, hence 2 stars being deducted. He did however apologize as he explained his story about people previously scamming him as service was done when they weren't there.Super fast service though as always. Paid and left as soon as possible.

Great customer service! They were able to get the rims and tires I was looking for, For a trip I was going on, on time! They got it installed the day before. I recommend this spot for tire and rim needs.

Awesome place! Struggled to find wheels before that fit over my brakes, I came in and the very next day I got a great set for a great price. Super friendly and easy to work with! Highly recommend!

I was at my witts end until I bumped into this place on my walk from the library. Truly. Is there a tire shortage or something? Even walmart didn't have what I was looking for.I saw the used tire sign and decided 'what the heck, i'll talk to them and see what they got'. As I walked up Ali greeted me with a friendly smile and an open demeanor. I'm used to getting the cold shoulder at car places because i'm AFAB, but Ali didn't care and was eager to help.Lo and Behold he had four lightly used tires in my exact size! he quoted me 420, so I ran and came back with my car. During my 20 minute service a lady rolled up with an expensive alignment issue and I overheard him giving her some really good advice on how to save money.Then right before I paid he dropped my price to 400!! He's not the greedy expensive tire tech we've all come to expect. He's a genuinely good guy and the crew did a fantastic job with the install.10/10 i'm recommending all my buddies and pals go to Eagle Tire and Wheels!

I have the best experience at this shop. AMAN is the best guy you want to deal with.always giving you good advice and the best price and service. I have been going to his shop on Foothill Blvd for a couple of years now. I trust him as wellGood job Aman.

1/27/24. They put 4 new tires on my Chrysler 300 . Very professional, Quality tires, Fair prices, Great people. I will continue to do business with them and I will have family and friends go there also.Thank you Eagle Tires & Wheels

My boy Ali hooked me up with special order of Fuel rims for my taco.. I am so pleased with it. I highky recomenz him cause it took him less than 30 mins to put them on.

One of the best places I ever been for tires they're amazing they have a very very great deals on tires and rims they are very honest they told me the price and when I was there to pay for it and they give me extra 10% on it I was so surprised and they know what they are doing

Had a screw in my tire, plugged it while on the car. Asked for $20.00 too high upon paying I asked if they take CC? Boss man said yes but will have to charge tax. I agreed to pay tax, he claimed it would be $25.00. Total rip off!Watch out from this guy.

This place is Amazing I get a greatdeal every time I visit. I run a hotshot Trucking business, I get all my tire needs from Eagle tires.Very friendly and respectful service by Ali and Aman.All though the tires comes in different brands but getting the tires thru them make's it the "best tires" you can buy.

Workers are all very polite and very helpful, my tires on my 4 runner all had some sort of issue, and they resolved it very quickly for me and I didn t have to spend too much on the repair. Coming here was a great experience and I m recommending this shop to all of my friends and family.

Seriously Guys,This is one of the best tire shops I've even been to here.Guys so, helpful and friendly.The serving guy who helped me with my car tires replacement, was very nice and he gave me very good tires with a really good price too. I am very satisfied of his service.I've noticed they had a good verities of tire rim (wheels) as well.I recommend and encourage others to visit this shop. You won't be disappointed.Stars and thumbs up to you guys.

It's always intimidating going into any auto shop But Eagle tires and wheels were quick to respond and took my walk in. They let me look at all my possible choices so that I could pick the best quality and the best price that fits for me. Even though they were handling many customers at 1 time I still felt like they were patient and friendly with me. They did not pressure me to make any choices on any new tires They had 2 nice used tires so I could save money this year before I buy a brand new set next year. Install was so fast and already part of the good price. Very no fuss. I will totally come here again. Their crew was so nice to work with thank you Eagle!!

BEST tire shop in East Bay! Recommend for anything tire related. The staff is courteous, explains the fault in your tires clearly.I went in for one of my car tires kept showing the low tire pressure every couple of days even after me filling up the air. These folks removed the nail & patched the tire in about 20 mins at a very reasonable cost!

What an amazing customer service these people has. I got four brand new Goodyear tires. They got me heading out within 15 minutes.And now they do alignment with brand new tires. Thank you, Ali.

Highly recommend this place, first timer.Personnel are very welcoming and offer options to fit your budget. I appreciate the honesty and can see they have the best interest for the customer, to have a good experience. Saw how they interacted with their other customers and it was all good vibes.These fellas are fast, i saw them working at 3-4 cars at a time. Compared to the usual chain tire shop i would go to, 1 car at a time , taking hours at times for something simple.I would definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone

Just came back here again because my wife's tires seem to be magnetically attracted to nails and screws. They had me in and out so fast and always do such a fantastic job. I cannot recommend this place any higher. Absolutely fantastic!These guys are the best in Hayward for any of your tire needs. I go to them anytime and they've never disappointed.

This is not a fancy place with a beautiful lobby but it is my go to place for getting a flat fixed in a hurry. I ve waited for hours or had to drop off the vehicle all day to get a simple flat repaired at most tire shops. Every time I took my truck to a big name tire store they always said the tire couldn t be fixed and sold me a new tire. This place fixes tires and they are not just here to sell you a new one. This latest flat did have sidewall damage and they showed me the damage so they won t fix anything that isn t safe. This rating is based on quick service, quality and fair price.
