I've had my automobile serviced twice within the past 3 months with Moe and his crew. They work with a sense of urgency and care.They are easy going and have good communication. There was an occasions where I expressed some additional concerns after a repair I felt needing some attention and they didn't hesitate to address my needs.Thanks Moe & Raphael & CrownTire Hayward!-Led Pencil

Crown Tires and Auto Repair is the absolute best. Great prices and even better service! I have been going here for years and I have had no issues whatsoever! Everything is done in a timely manner, very professional staff, and excellent work.

Noticed I had a flat this morning, put the spare on, and called this place since it was nearby. They answered the phone quickly and were able to immediately look at and patch the tire for me when I got there 5 minutes later!The nail in the tire was on the outer edge but the guy could tell my tire was brand new and so they attempted the patch anyways and were able to get it done. Cost a flat $35 for the patch and putting the tire back on. I would definitely go back to this place!

Really sad that I had such an unprofessional experience at this establishment considering that they have so many high ratings I dropped my car off yesterday around 11am. The owner of the shop was not there. However, his family member was. The family member who was present & is also an employee ensured me that my car would be ready today before 10am. This is your warning that if you take your car to this establishment, you should not leave your car there UNLESS the owner is there or your car will not get worked on I left my car, keys, name & number, trusting that my car would get serviced.Called this morning around 9, just to find out that they actually hadn t worked on my car at all. Not only did they not work on my car but they actually hadn t even looked at it.Really disheartening to encounter business people who actually don t care about people, their safety or their time.Especially being that I already explained to the employee that my commute is a little far. So I needed it done that day & if he couldn t do it, I could go somewhere else.I WISH THE EMPLOYEE WOULD HAVE BEEN HONEST WITH ME & let me know that they would not be able to service my car in the time frame that he promised.

ADDITIONAL REVIEW: I would leave a second review if I could cause that's how great this place is!Came in for a quick inspection by Mohammad: He genuinely took the time to look over any needed maintenance my nissan sentra might need. Nothing was found at this time but he did notify me that there may be potential transmission issues headed my way from the way my engine sounded. He provided me with thoughtful advice on how to address the situation before I'm stuck with financial burden, and even didn't charge me for the time he took to look at my car & speak with me. This shop is always honest & has the communities well being prioritized. My family & I have never been let down by Good Year! We appreciate them dearly.EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!Truly grateful for Mohammad and the shop's last minute help with my car today.Came in for a simple brake inspection / repair and they found a major issue that put my life in jeopardy, due to the incorrect work of another body shop.Pricing was fair and time frame of their work was accommodating and reasonable.I will be back for future maintenance on my car as they have earned my trust and respect. Great service at this location. I needed my tire looked at and it was patched within 5 minutes. They make sure to only address the service you need and not upcharge you with unnecessary costs. Will definitely be going back for all my vehicle service needs!

Had a slow leak in a tire and stopped in at Crown hoping for a quick repair. 20 minutes later I was back on the road and happily Ubering. Thanks Crown. Great service.

They don't care about your vehicle. They also don't have the insurance to cover the damages they do to your property. The owner strung me along for months and put me in a horrible situation. Avoid this place if you can. Literally put me in an unsafe situation by being negligent.

Brought in my car for brake repairs, Mohammed gave me a time frame for repair and even lent me a loaner car to use while my vehicle was being worked at. Prices were reasonably cheap and they were very professional, I ll definitely come back for any future repairs I may need.

Great service and even a greater owner! Gave us an honest price on brake pad replacement for my 2018 lexus nx300. We highly recommend this shop. This is one of the few HONEST car shops left! Thank you, Mohammed!

mechanic rafael was very nice and helpful. owner on the other hand doesnt seem to really care, just wants you to pay with a black face and one airpod in the whole time. Also, prices were really extravagant

They are amazing. Mohammed has helped me with my Mini twice already and he s very kind and funny and keeps prices affordable. They are very trustworthy and upfront here too. They finally helped with a brake light that no one else was able to fix. Highly recommended this location! My husband and I, unexpectedly got a flat tire and thought we only needed a patch. I called multiple spots and had little luck finding someone who could do a quick repair. Thankfully, Mohammed was kind enough to call me back and assist with our tire after he closed. What made this experience a good and memorable one is that he was honest about what needed to be done and made sure we had the best solution. He went out his way and made himself available. Long overdue review for this place with a great owner like the many other posts already covered.Just moved to Hayward early 2022 and had a flat over a holiday weekend and everything was closed.Drove by Crown and noticed their garage door was up and another car was getting their flat tire fixed. I was also able to get the flat fixed right after. It was not until I started talking to Mo (who happened to be the owner)working on the flat did I realize that he wasn't even open on that day but was just in the shop to get some paperwork done! He just worked on 2 flat tires because couldn't see folks stranded on a holiday.So recently when my Tesla needed new tires, of course I would go back to him! No issues and kept me updated on progress.- A happy returning customer.

Trust is the biggest factor in choosing the right auto repair shop, especially as a female who knows nothing about cars! There is an auto body shop near me but doesn't do mechanical work so I asked Ivan at the auto body which mechanic would he take his personal car to. Immediately, he said Crown Tires in Hayward. Within the next hour, I brought my car to Crown Tires and I saw right away why he recommended it. They were so professional. The shop was very clean (even the bathroom) and all the repeat customers have been going there for over 20 years. The prices are reasonable and most importantly, it's a place I trust! In fact, a new unrelated issue happened to my car less than a week of fixing a separate issue and without hesitation, I brought it straight back to Crown Tires to evaluate! Highly recommended!!

The service is excellent and these guys get the job done on time. I was in town from Sacramento, car needed oil change and being an otr truck driver, it's a hectic schedule. Trusted my tow trucker on coming here and I DO NOT regret it one bit. They went above and beyond to help me, provided excellent customer service. Guided me through each step and told me upfront what the problem was and how they would resolve. They did not cut any corners and provided my car with the best of the best parts; even threw in a free car wash! My Hyundai Tucson broke down, and I went to this shop based on a recommendation from my friend. I was extremely worried since this was my first time dealing with car trouble. However, Mohammed was very friendly and assured me that everything would be okay. He took care of everything, from dealing with my insurance company (a huge hassle as we all know) to fix my car with a new engine. He was very patient and gave me the time I needed to make any decision, and he took care of the insurance agents (that were not the friendliest lol). I barely write reviews here (check my profile), so do know that I feel very strongly about this when I write something here

Went to this amazing place for transmission. Got served by MO. He helped me gave the best deal, offered me amazing customer service and on time delivery. One of the best mechanics In town. It s tough to find a shop where you can trust the work being done is right and if something does go wrong that they will own up and correct it. I m glad I came across this local shop and have now found a trust worthy shop to bring my vehicles. The owner Mo is great and has the best interest of his customers in mind. Took my car in for transmission service. Mohamed was very busy but took me in and completed the service in 3 hrs as promised. Price was amazing as well. Highly recommend

Was towed here after an emergency breakdown. Not only were they able to see me immediately.. but they had a full diagnosis, repair, and return on the same day. They billed me for the exact amount estimated to the dollar, and the product and service breakdown of prices were all fair and matched close to what I found online. I was then shown afterwards the parts that broke and why it happened. 2 weeks later my car is running perfectly. Mo did a fantastic job and cares about you and your vehicle. I will be coming back for future work.

I have been going to this place for about a year. I have a 2011 Ford Fusion the car runs great but with older cars things need maintained and repair. The first time I went I had an issue with my tire they fixed it up..I at the time knew I needed tires I waited a few months and then took it in and got four new tires my brakes serviced, my tire sensor replaced, my drivers door handle fixed and my windshield replace they handled everything for me I felt like I was leaving my car with a trusted friend. Given all the repairs my car needed you would think it would have taken a long time to get fixed but nope they had me back on the road in no time. I recently had a new issue with my power steering and they are taking care of that too the price is fair and reasonable I feel like I have finally found a repair shop I can safely leave my car and get it repaired without feeling like I was taken advantage of.
