Customer service is great, very nice, I love my car.***********Update on my new car, looks like I ll be needing a major tune up & transmission. The car keeps dying on me-I m afraid it looks to be an electrical problem I wish I could give a better review cuz I was real happy with my car and the place seemed like a good pick.When I asked What s wrong with it (the car). I was told there was nothing wrong with it.

Everyone here was pretty kind and welcoming. Gio helped me out a lot by showing me options and talking about them. He was very thorough about everything and answered my questions. With my bad credit he made it work for me. Thank you for everything

Came into the dealership and was welcomed with open arms by Gio and Danny on a Sunday. From the moment I walked in they really got to know my situation and what I was looking for. They landed me on the perfect SUV and gave me a great deal on the price. They offer warranties as well which I got and some of the best I ve ever seen. Overall best experience I had at a used car dealership.

Went there 3 times and came out with a vehicle wash and everytime. The whole staff takes care of you. Took the mustang I purchased from them on a car cruise to tahoe with no issues.

Drove an hour+ to this dealer to get a car that was guaranteed for me to take over the phone. Once arrived, Gio attended us. Right off the bat Gio kept it very profesional, got right on the paperwork and let us test drive the car. After processing, and gettin ready to finalize paper work, we ran into some insurance problems. City motors closes at 7pm and gio stayed till 8 for us to get to take the car home. Give this man a raise! On the other side, for constructive criticism, the dealership should take a bit more work on detailing on this used cars since the car had cigarettes ashes and was a bit dirty. I m giving the 5 stars for the customer service received only and by gio. He s professionalism and service it s what helped us get through all the good and bads of the whole experience. Will recommend this place to friends.

Savannah in the auto maintenance department was amazing-we where getting our brakes done and she went out of her way to make us feel like a part of their family by driving me to get my daughter when the vehicle took a little longer than expected-way to go guys!!!!- it s small business like these that go out of their way to treat people like they really matter-would recommend anyone buying a vehicle to go thru them

Hands down one of the best places to go to get a car. When I first walked in there I wasn t sure that I would be able to get a car with my credit. The minute I walked in Geo greeted me with a warm welcome. Hector worked with me to get a lower car note and the car that I wanted. He also reassured me that they would do all that they can to get me a car. Sam was very polite with a very cool attitude reminding me of my grandpa. Over all this is the place to go if you re trying to get a car with bad credit.
