Francisco and his team are always friendly, quick, and hard working. You'll be lucky to catch them not busy because of them being the best Tire Shop in Hayward. Straight forward and professional without wierd or shady upselling like other shops around Hayward.I've taken all of my cars here for tire installs, used tire swaps, purchasing tires, TPMS swaps, patches, and repairs. Taking care of my family's cars and also flipping cars and wheels on the side, that means a lot of visits and constant consistent service.

I had flat tire on the San Mateo bridge, Cal Trains towed me here. They didn t have my specific tire size but ordered it / had delivered less than an hour and everything good with my Masi less than 2 hours. Very good hard working people.

Francisco and his guys did a great job installing a 2.5 inch lift on my jeep wrangler. Best prices around and it even drives more straight than before. Highly recommend for all things tire and suspension related.

I was in that red Tesla rental! Customer service was A1. Thank you for saving the day and getting me to work. I didn t know what to do with this flat tire and not being from the area only over here to work and oversee a site nearby. And since these cars apparently have no spare in them it s such a shame and major inconvenience . You guys were fast, the price was right on the used tire, plus matched the tires pressure all the same. Made a relieving beeline to work afterwards. Lol, Thank you

Fantastic service, very fair prices and honest people!Castellon Tires saved the day when I took my car in (literally 20 minutes before they closed) and they were able to repair and patch it, and perform a quick check on all other tires. The staff was incredibly friendly and speedy. Will definitely come back here for all of my tire needs.

If you are looking for a great service and excellent work on your car when you look for tires, alignment and rims, I recommend this place to everyone. They gave me an outstanding service and check all my car suspension and they fixed the problem and align my sub. I cannot express my gratitude to the Castellon family here in Hayward CA. This place appears to be a family run business by a friendly team of son, sister, and mom. They don't just specialize in tires, but also suspension related work. I provided the parts, and they provided the labor and alignment. Very satisfied with the work!

Went in for a leak i had in my tire and instead of trying to sell me a tire Maribel recommended i go to the dealer to see if i was still covered under warranty. She could of just sold me the tire and made some quick money but instead she was honest and i really appreciated that. To top it off they gave me a really great price and the customer service was awesome . I will definitely go back whenever i need tires and will recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Castellon tires!

Quick service. Friendly workers. They are very honest in fixing my slow-leak tire. I learned about them while searching around in my neighborhood with highly respective reviews. It turns out to be true. They quickly found my problem and patched the tire. I also mentioned TPMS service and tire valve stem. The mechanic took my concern seriously and carefully checked up the tire valve stem. He recommended me that the tire valve stem looked in great shape and I didn t need to replace the whole as unnecessary. Instead, he replaced the tire core. The cost is reasonable. I would return to purchase tires there because of their honesty.

This place is a family owned business and I can say they are amazing. Best service hands down I ve ever received from not only a tire shop but pretty much any business. Everyone in staff goes out of their way to help you out. I don t buy tires anywhere else. This place is what businesses should be like.

The ladies at the counter are just a delight, courteous & Profesional. I was in and out having my tire patched. Then a guy came and said let me check all the tires for pressure levels- I never asked for this and he did it anyways. The customer service is why I WILL go back here from now on. Thanks to the folks at Castellon tires I was back on the road in minutes.
