QUALITY work !!!I took my car here because the insurance company sent me to a shop that wanted to do very little work. It s like they were working for the insurance company rather than me :(I spoke with the manager Kevin, and he got my car finished properly and on time.The first place the insurance company sent me to said it was a $1,500, job which is what they offered me.It actually took $3,200 to make all the repairs, including hidden damage.So if you want your car fixed right, especially when an insurance company is trying to grind down what they want to fix or pay you, bring your care here this is your place.

Straightforward and understanding of my needs and took care of everything necessary for a smooth process of my geico claim, provided rental car, and continuous updates to the end of my vehicle repair. Provided a neat summary of my repairs, fees, and coverage geico covered.Repairs to my vehicle looks good as new. Would definitely come back again but hopefully not for an accident repair. Perhaps something else entirely minor or for maintenance

From start to finish the care that I receive from all of the staff and the beautiful, detailed work on my vehicle were just above and beyond. They kept me up-to-date. They were very informative and took very good care of me. Heaven forbid I should need a body shop, but if I do, I will definitely go back again..

I cannot say enough great things about Carstar Chilton! These folks are ultra professional, caring, transparent, and thorough. Nobody wants to have to take their car into the shop to be fixed, but if you need to, this is the place to go. Their workmanship and customer service exceeded my expectations. A++++

Geico insurance gives you a list of collision repair shops you can send your car to. I did my research. The first one they sent me to was not good so I did not allow them to do the work and then research the reviews on Chilton auto body and they had great reviews so I sent my car there, I have to tell you best Move I ever did and regards to the repair of my car. They did an amazing job. Had it done within two weeks kept me informed the entire time and even detailed my car before picking it up I would recommend them to anybody.

Great work and excellent front desk customer service. The guy who marked the accidental areas that needed to be fixed on my Acura 2020 car when I brought it in, is very professional, respectful, and amazing. I commend him and I will recommend this place to anyone, anytime, any day.

Shop was amazing I would definitely recommend to others.Rosa and Kenia were amazing . Got updates on my vehicle from Christina and Gaby.I believe the managers name was Kevin he was friendly and estimator Rex had great communication .

This place might fool you with their customer service but their quality of work is terrible. I went here because it was recommended by my insurance. When I picked up my car, it had paint bubbling, paint drips, and my bumper was misaligned. I had to go back multiple times to get the repairs fixed. If you decide to take your car here make sure to check it diligently.

They estimated my car to be done within a week. It was done almost a month later and poor instructions were given for when my car was ready. However, my car was repaired very well and cleaned up when it was finally picked up.

One of our vehicles was rear ended and the insurance uses this biz. My wife handled everything and was pleased with their service, especially with Rex and Kevin. Chilton was very proactive regarding the communication of the repair status. I never had to call them to follow up. I received frequent updates via text and a phone call.

First of all this is to identify the incompetence at this establishment. Chose this body shop as it was close to my residence. Employee JUSTIN IS A CUSTOMER SERVICE DEAD BEAT. Went to pick up my car to find paint overspray cover my ENTIRE vehicle. So had to come back for a third time. Picked up again to find out that there is paint overspray INSIDE my car. Went for a forth time. DID they rid of it?? No! So had to come back a 5th time to find out the manager is in a meeting. So NOBODY else was aware of the guy showing up that had paint overspray inside & outside of his vehicle. Brilliant. So i was super upset about having to come back for a 6th time. NOPE! Absolute INCOMPETENCE! So because i didnt have a Mercedes Benz or a Porche, my car gets neglected enough to make a mistake of that magnitude???!! I called the manager, George, who said, yeh come on in we will take care of it. Yeh but how many time is one going to have to return to get their car back the same way it was minus the obvious damages that were repaired via insurance claim.So in conclusion, DO NOT CHOOSE CARSTAR AUTO!! The level of incompetence is high enough to share on google.Service: Body & Trim

Carstar has outstanding communication with the customer, sending status reports and keeping us well informed. Work was done on time. We had no delays waiting for parts, although they alerted us to the possibility. Be careful when leaving stuff in your car because these people are theives. Sadly, if you sign the paperwork, they won't be held accountable. I would stay away from this shop and their sticky finger crew. Insurance agencies should be ashamed to send their customers to this place because it's a den of theiving mechanics with snakes who cover for them and their behavior. If they don't take stuff from your car, they'll probably steal from you in another way.

Terrible just terrible. Scheduled my vehicle for auto body repair by the insurance company. Took it in and immediately Kevin says he won t do it. Thanks for considering the fact that this was scheduled and I had to take time out of my day to get to your shop only for you to deny service. Thanks for nothing. Terrible company. Terrible practice. Don t even comment or respond CARSTAR. You ve wasted my time. Bad service, lazy, and not considerate.

I personally got into an accident a month ago. My car got the repair done at Carstar. I'd say I'm pretty appreciate their service of the front desk receptionist. But one thing is that when I picked up my car, I've noticed that the mirror wasn't fixed, so I contacted them right away and they told me that they're going to order the mirror for me and let me know asap, but it's been almost a month, I'm still did not receive any call or message from them for the repair. Quite disappointing!

I have had the best experience working with Tiffany and Anthony from start to finish they have been very professional as well as kept me up to date with the status of my car. They not only take pride and care into their quality of work but their customers as well. This shop has got to be one of the best ones out there! Totally deserving of 5 stars. Check in process was smoother than butter. Tiffany and Anthony are absolute angels. I brought my Corolla in and they took great care of me and my car. I got text and phone call updates every single day which was awesome because at any other shop they ve never done that before. I got into a car accident where a car hit me from the back and messed up my rear end of my car ,i was very stressed trying to look for a good body shop i could trust around my area. The insurance company of the person who rear ended recommend this body shop that worked with the insurance AAA , with being stressed i decided to go with the recommendation they provided and took my car in for a estimate and let me say wow this place really took care of me ! went in for a estimate Tuesday, dropped off my car the following day a Wednesday , pick up my rental the same day and picked up my car back on Thursday in the same week good as new !! I was very happy with the service and how fast and attentive they were. I received texts messages with updates on the process of the car aswell as a phone call . to update me on my cars status and when to except my car out of the shop! I would 10/10 recommend this body shop , great service and very friendly staff , i was very happy with my visit especially since dealing with a car accident is a hassle but Wilma's took good care of us and sent us home very satisfied!
