Absolutely 5 stars and a big thank you to the team at BATR. This is one of the highest quality refrigeration shops in the bay area that specialize in commercial systems. I brought my converted E450 motorhome to them after being told by 3 other shops the rear AC wiring was a mess and would never work again. Over a year of disappointment at other shops but the BATR team never gave up. They not only got the system working within just a few days but went above and beyond showing and explaining to me the work they did which blew me away (pun intended). So grateful to the team for getting our bus ready for summer weather

Amazing shop very knowledgeable quick effective creative about Solutions on how to finish project due to supply shortages Parts Etc Lewis run's a tight ship... I would recommend to any small / large business that needs liftgate work body swaps customization of truck body modifications Etc reefer unit Pros custom walk board ramps. Custom doors Etc... All In All Good People good team good service

Lewis the service manager has been very helpful along with all the other employees. They are very friendly, courteous, prompt and professional. There prices are fare and in my case they have gone out of there way to help me. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of the there service without a doubt.

I cannot say enough good things about the way I was treated by these good folks. They got me in on short notice and properly diagnosed the problems I was having with my APU Every single person I came in contact with treated me with respect and respected my equipment. I will come back should I ever need service in this part of the country. Thank you for a job well done.

Road call tech met me at shop within 30min of calling. Troubleshot the reefer unit and completed repairs in two hours from start to finish.

Horribly reckless drivers. I just watched one of there drivers cut across 4 lanes on 880 at 65 mph with no turn signal and totally oblivious of the three cars he nearly hit. Had the other drivers been as distracted as him the entire road would have been a mess. Also, when I called to inform the company of this dangerous driving the lady on the phone was dismissive and clearly didn't care.
