Hired their mobile service in August to come out and fix my window. They replaced it and soon after it came off the track and bent my regulator. I was on a road trip in November and I needed a window so this was really bad workmanship! i fortunately knew how to just prop the window up until I could get it fixed. I finally got it fixed today and it took me 3 hours there. The place was the nastiest waiting room with overflowing trashcan. They frequently patronized me about not having the brackets for my window when I did the emergency self repair. Like what? I shouldn t even be here right now if the window had stayed fixed. But I am. It wouldn t have broken if their workmanship held up in the first place. I ll delete this review if I receive a refund. I understand my warranty didn t cover a new regulator and I paid for it out of pocket, but I shouldn t have been there at all for a service I already paid for. Theyre getting away with doing the bare minimum probably.

I don't do reviews often, but this is well deserved.Chose to do business with these guys based on their reviews. Did not disappoint. Was able to accommodate same day and finished within 2 hours. Other places advised it would take multiple days to order parts for my car.Luis and Omar took care of business. I lived nearby, they even provided transportation to pick up my car. Really thankful they cleaned up the broken glasses inside my vehicle as well. Saved me a whole lot of time. Top tier customer service. Thanks again.

Bay Area Auto Glass Depot.. spectacular phone service even when trying to call they were very informative. I was able to get my driver side window prepared immediately same day service. Customer service is very friendly. Prince the manager was very helpful Kiki the associate was just as helpful and the two people that did my window Caesar and Martin did it expeditiously I was in and out had a great price if you ever have someone analyze your car trying to break in because I think you have something in it this is the place to go to get it replaced on my insurance

I will call these folks from now on for any windshield work. Luis arrived when he said he would and texted me on arrival. My BMW is a bit older so some of the trim pieces are very brittle. They were damaged when he arrived but no additional damage was done, which in my opinion is worth quite a bit. I can't say that for Peter Pan - the last people that replaced my windshield. Bay Area Auto Glass Depot was also 1/2 the price. Everything was spotless when he left. Thanks Luis!Service: Auto rear window replacement

Shout out to both Omar and Luis for helping us today. I had 3 of my cars broken into, which 1 did not have insurance. Called Bay Area Auto Glass and immediately Omar was able to locate a replacement passenger window and get me a quote.Luis is a expert in has craft, big props for being able to fix a higher end vehicle even though the parts on hand were not 100% OEM. You made both me and my wifes' day with your workmanship so I thank you whole heartily my friend.I highly recommend this business, these guys are honest, and will treat you right.

I stupidly put a hole through my windshield on Saturday morning of the 4th of July weekend, and these guys were extremely helpful in getting me on the road to my destination! Omar was very helpful and courteous in making sure they had the correct windshield for my car, and Luis did the work. It took a smidge longer than expected, but everything seems to have been done correctly, and the glass I think is actually better than the original glass from the manufacturer. Hopefully I'll never have to see them again, but if I have another auto glass issue, I will definitely call them first.Service: Auto windshield replacement

They provide excellent service. I needed a windshield replacement and they took me in without an appointment. Omar did an excellent job on my windshield replacement. I thought I had to wait more than an hour but he did it less than an hour. I would highly recommend their service. These folks give excellent service at a great price. Angel, the field tech is very courteous, knowledgeable, and skilled. He took the time to take apart the rear hatchback door and get all the glass out from where you and I can't see it, made sure the rear window defrost worked, and vacuum the car. Prince, in the office, is also courteous and efficient. They came to my workplace in San Francisco on the day I called. They were 40% cheaper than the national chain with the memorable jingle on TV.Service: Auto rear window replacement

I needed a front passenger side window replaced on my Honda minivan. Omar, the owner gave me a great price, got me scheduled the next day. His auto window tech, David was excellent, did a amazing job and did not cut any corners getting me the right glass for this specific make and model. I was very impressed with the quality of work. Good place to get a windshield replaced. They offer a mobile service but I brought my truck in. They were on it as soon as possible and got me out in a reasonable time. They also walk you through the process and materials used plus gives you a guarantee against leaking.

Omar and Ivan were great. Called at 10:40am on a Saturday. Scheduled for 3-5pm. Ivan was there by 5:30pm (he did 9 calls in a day!) and done w/in an hour. Everything was easy and affordable for same day, at home, Saturday service. Really nice guys.

Would highly recommend coming here if you need AutoGlass repair! The owner of the shop Omar was so nice and accommodating! I called and they were able to repair my windshield the morning of. Omar was very responsive when I contacted Bay Area Auto Glass Depot on a Saturday morning after I had my rear and side windows smashed in the night before. He and Armando were able to replace the windows and get the car back to me by that afternoon. I was so grateful for the quick turnaround. I had 2 windshield crack incidents in last one year on my 2022 Outback. Both times I used Bay Area Auto Glass Depot and Omar was very helpful. He is responsive and informative with excellent customer service. His pricing was affordable and took care of the differences of the OEM glass that the insurance didn't cover 2nd time. He was pretty friendly and gave me a ride to the nearest Panera. I will definitely use the shop again and refer them to my friends.Service: Auto windshield replacement

They were able to fix my windshield the same day I called which was awesome and they were fast. Price was a bit higher than some other places I call d but again they were available same day. They did however leave some junk on the ground in front of my house a razor blade and some plastic. I have a toddler that puts everything new that he finds on the ground in his mouth so I m lucky I found it before he did. Otherwise good service.Service: Auto windshield replacement

This morning I got into my Honda Civic after months of no use and found that the windshield had a long crack in it from something apparently falling on in. I immediately went on-line and contacted the famous _ _ _ _ lite company that comes to your home or work and replaces the glass. They quoted me a price just under $400 (w/o tax) and said their first opening would be 7/12, 10 days from now. I then contacted BAY AREA AUTO GLASS DEPOT in Hayward and OMAR the Manager got right back to me. He checked to see if they had the Honda windshield in stock and as soon as he confirmed it, he said I could bring the car over and get it installed right away. I did not know where they were located at that point, but I was delighted to find that they were less than a mile away. I took the car over and immediately LUIS began the removal and installation of my new windshield. They were prompt, professional and best of all, the entire job cost me $217 out-the-door! Way better price and service than the _ _ _ _lite company. In fact, I was so impressed with their work that I got a quote to replace my rear window (with imbedded defroster and tint) next week. AGAIN, A GREAT PRICE! I am so glad I found BAY AREA AUTO GLASS DEPOT. I will return next week for my new rear window. I definitely recommend this company.Service: Auto windshield replacement
