I serviced my car today at Autowise. I am very pleased with the extra-ordinary customer service. Mike and Lori are professional and kind. The service was done on time and definitely better prices than the dealership's. I always like supporting family owned and small businesses. Very fast service and very nice folks. Gloria was able to make me an appointment, assess my needs, and get my car in the shop quickly. Plus they're open till 7pm, everyone else closes at 5pm. And the prices were exceedingly reasonable!! I'll definitely go back.

I've only visited Autowise Automotive twice and have received great services. The staff are professional, you get in and out and they really do great work. My car was taken care of immediately and I was given advise as to what the issue was. I am so excited to have a mechanic work on my vehicle, who knows what he's doing. Thanks for the great service Autowise! Also, On December 17th, my vehicle was smogged and everything went well. My Honda passed. Great service I can count on to keep my vehicle running on the road. I take my two cars to them, I always had good experience with them. They identified the issue and proposed the fix, estimation and upon approval they did the fix. It worked great. I feel , they are honest hard working and only recommends what needs to be changed to keep the car in good condition. The quotes are reasonable This makes me trust them.

This was the first time that we did not take our Benz to the dealership for service and we certainly do NOT regret our decision. Autowise Car Care Staff was professional and welcoming. They answered my questions with genuine interests, providing me with responses that were informative NOT cursory, (which is how I've (as a woman)been treated at other service centers including). The C service mirrored the dealerships tasks and was HALF the cost. We've had no problems or concerns since receiving our service from Autowise and we will definitely return for all the service needs for our Mercedes. So glad we accepted the opportunity to have Autowise Care Care be our "go to" auto service provider!!

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. My experience with them were always good. All the times when I took my car to them, they explained how the repair would've caused and fixed it for me without delay. Few other times they even let me know in advance that no fix is needed and how the car would reset the system monitoring after new battery changes and let me take the car with no charge. I would recommend this place for sure.

I've been going to Autowise for years. The people who work there are friendly and professional. Right now my family owns and maintains 5 cars. Autowise services all of them, and I have never been stuck by the side of the road in any of them because they do such good work. That is very important to me, especially when my children are behind the wheel. As far as price goes...cars are not cheap to maintain! I would recommend that you shop around. You might find a better price, but remember the old saying...You get what you pay for!

Taken my Chevy truck here twice. Great experience both times. Did the work I asked for. Didnt try to sell me unnecessary work. They did good work in a timely manner and they communicated with me before they did anything. Friendly professional local shop Definitely 4 stars!!

Just received their coupon for Oil change Special and free holiday Check-up. I took my Mercedes and they gave me the highest quote around $96. I accepted their quote for oil change and a bunch of service they claim they perform (tire rotation, check fluids, change oil filter, etc.). Have the car back after couple hours, I found the tire was not rotated, the coolant cap still covered with dusts. I called the shop, but they insisted the tired was rotated. Next day, I stopped by and talked to the owner. I told him the tire has never been rotated because a small scratch in the front passenger side rim remained in the front. Then he changed his voice and told me that not all Mercedes required a tire rotation. I was so skeptical about his response, and then I requested to see the old oil filter they took out from my car. He could not shown me the old filter . Instead, he got extremely upset and raise up his voice with hate speech. I cannot believe the owner`s attitude was so rude to customer. I will not trust this shop anymore. I don't think that they actually do all these extras check up. I'm even wondering if they actually changed the oil filter for my Mercedes?( Not many auto repair shop carry the Mercedes special oil filter).Forget their coupons. They have no integrity and just try to sell other services for more money.Autowise - not a wise choice.

I've been coming here for 4 years now. I trust them with my vehicles. The staff is great. The service is wonderful. They call to explain what my car needs before they start working on it. They take care of things so I dont have to worry. They shuttle me home so I dont have to wait there ( if it is gonna take some time to fix what's wrong). I dont like going anywhere else.

Union City Autowise Automotive Adviser was extremely helpful in offering clients to get free diagnostic for its legit work of what then the other automotive repair shop suggested. The quote was reasonable and window time was accommodating. Superb! 5-Star for Autowise Automotive family Thank you for the end in mind.

In over 60 years of auto service and repair Autowise is one of two companies that I have found to be both professional and honest. Add to that courtesy and friendly advice with punctual delivery you have 5 star. Thoroughly recommmended.

There is a ticking noise from the steeling column when I am driving over 70 mph. I first took it to a dealership and they told me I need to replace the entire steeling components which causes $2500+. I then took my car to Autowise and they found that there are just some loosing joints causing the noise. They tightened them for me and now the noise is gone. Further more, they did not charge me anything! I think they are very honest and it saves me $2500+!!!This is not my first visit to them and I'm always very satisfied about their service. Highly recommend!

I usually work on my own vehicles but my SUV broke down on the road which caused me to get it towed. It seemed like the work that needed to get done required a car lift so I decided to get it towed to a shop. I was trying to figure out a good repair shop to take the SUV to so I called a good friend of mine up and he recommended this shop because he used to work here and he genuinely believed that this shop does good work. So I called up AAA to get my SUV towed and they even said that this was a good shop to take the car to so I was feeling happy about my decision. Low and behold, Autowise did not disappoint! I was absolutely blown away by the quality of service Autowise has provided. They were very communicative throughout the process of the repair of my car and got the repairs done quickly! I highly recommend this shop to anybody who needs work done to their cars or trucks!

Be careful with these guys. I went for an oil change and they told me I had a blown head gasket(about $1200 job to fix). There was nothing going on to suggest that this was the case(no overheating,no loss of power, no white smoke, no bad noises) Later I ran 5 different tests to check for blown head gasket and found no evidence thereof. All I needed was a radiator flush.

They are very rude and angry. Whenever they can, would overcharge you and if you ask why, they become unrespectful. I would never ever go there.They wanted to overcharge (we got better prices from two other auto repair shops, like half the price these guys offered) and we decided not to use their services. That simple, right? Apparently not!I'm a 5'5 woman and as soon as they knew we're gonna leave, a big guy started shouting nonsense!! Unbelievable how angry and rude he was... he was like why don't you get a job, so you can pay for your f... ing car!!! I was shocked and my hand was shaking, I never saw someone this abusive towards their customers.I thought maybe I should call the cops, but I didn't want to waste my time and energy on some rude stranger with anger issues.Bottom line, don't go there, specially if you're a woman or an immigrant.

Mark and Lora are really helpful. They saved $5000 by asking me not to buy a 2nd hand car that I was about to buy and you know how much did they charge. ZERO. Good human beings. Didnt avail any actual car service beyond the preliminary inspection.

The folks at AutoWise are terrific! They diagnose problems brilliantly, repair what needs to be done, but don t push to have unnecessary work done. They can take you home so you don t have to wait there. All work on my 2003 Saturn Vue has been done by AutoWise and my old SUV runs well! Estimates on work are accurate and work is done in a timely manner. Because it is a family business, clients are always treated with courtesy and warmth. I highly recommend AutoWise and wouldn t go anywhere else!
