DO NOT GO HERE!! avoid at all costs.I am extremely dissatisfied with the recent service at your dealership for my 2011 Toyota RAV4. Despite a three-hour wait for an oil change and multipoint inspection on Feb 19, I received a substandard report and had to demand a physical inspection printout. The report claimed a seal shaft leak, leading me to seek a second opinion at Wheel Works, where a mechanic found a blatant coolant leak missed during your dealership's inspection. Most importantly, the oil change received at your dealership caused the oil cap damage, which I had to repair at Wheel Works, along with a whole new oil change, resulting in extra expenses. Paying less at Wheel Works for a diagnostic test revealed a major oversight on your part. I left a voicemail for the service advisor, Qais Mohsini, and sent an online text to your company but have not received a callback. Disappointed and furious."Feb 29- update! I received a call from Service Manager, Carlos, apologizing for the dissatisfaction and inconvenient. He said he will look into the issue and call me back. I will update status.

WORST used car sales service. Do NOT buy a certified or used car from AutoNation Toyota Hayward. Just look at what they did to my vehicle while I left it to be fixed for paint chips after I purchased it!!I bought a 2020 Highlander XLE hybrid and it took a whole month to get a front bumper paint chip fixed and hood aligned, AND it was only done because I continuously called them to schedule an appointment. I live 1 hour away and I had to go 4 times, 4 TIMES! All because they didn t coordinate things properly and because they had told me it was ready when it wasn t. And when I FINALLY took it home, I m dumb and didn t check the whole vehicle, I only checked the area that was to be fixed. Well as soon as I got home I went to open the trunk, and I noticed they had HIT THE SUV!! They hit the trunk and back bumper during the time it was left for service for 4 days. AND the inside was stained, when I was told by Erick it was going to be detailed. This is by far the worst service I ve ever gotten from a dealership. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else because if this is the service I get for a certified vehicle, imagine a used car that doesn t go through a very detailed inspection. Oh and my sales man Omid was no help whatsoever. Erick the sales manager was worse. Respectful when spoken to, but lacks communication and apparently doesn t check to make sure everything is done properly. As he is the one I dealt with the whole time.They also wanted to only give me 1 master key, when the inspection for a certified vehicle states that they need to provide 2 master keys. It took me threatening to call corporate for Erick, the sales manager, to finally call me back and get it done.If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Hopefully nothing else is wrong with my vehicle.

I ve purchased a brand-new vehicle from a Toyota dealership in Hayward. The sales representative, Mr. Khalid demonstrated exceptional customer service. He exhibited a remarkable level of attentiveness, kindness, and support. Have been visiting to different Toyota car showrooms and finally found the car I wanted at Hayward location. The salesperson named Moe was very helpful and nice from the beginning to the end. The process was longer than expected but his genuine customer service and good sense of humor live up the mood. He was also very patient and polite in providing all the answers to my questions. Overall, it was a great experience!

Great experience buying a car today! The process went quickly with Amiri and he was very friendly. We also had a great experience with the finance manager, Alex including wonderful conversation. I would definitely recommend this Toyota location. We had bad experiences with the last 2 locations so we appreciate how well it went here in Hayward

They were on-time & communicated well abt the progress with my car. Service Advisor, Sammy, was over the top in communicating my options. He even had a Lyft driver bring me home back & forth. I will highly recommend. Oh! And they washed my car at the end

Sold my car to them and I m not the happiest. My original offer was slashed in half once I arrived but since I really just wanted the car off my hands I continued. What I was told would take no more than an hour ended up taking 2 hours. The paperwork to purchase took over an hour, so leaving there with after 9pm wasn t what I was looking forward to. The team seemed fairly unorganized and she show room Lounge s equipment did not work for refreshments. Finally upon receiving my payment I was told to wait until the following day afternoon to deposit. All and all it was a frustrating and tedious experience and I won t trust buying a car from them.

Highly recommended. Sam Hafizullah and Herny Hamid are trustworthy and sincere person in this dealership.5 stars no doubt . They are quick response and reliable. Best experience in purchasing a vehicle ever. No sale push, going for extra miles, clean closing deal and walking out within 2 hours. Really appreciated and absolutely recommended.

Received a coupon in mail and come in for an oil change, and Jim was my advisor , he is very helpful and informative. Explained everything that my car should be done, and being understanding as I rejected some of the service. Easy to work with, will be back!

Rosie did a phenomenal job from start to finish. I m military visiting family for a month and gotta drive my Toyota Camry from California to Florida and she made sure there were no discrepancies in the vehicle and that it was safe for the 44 hour drive. Customer service was so good I would definitely take my car back here again

Easy and quick drop off and pick up. Loved the fact that they send a video via text showing what they ve completed and recommendations. I purchased a used car from this authorized Toyota dealer- expecting the used car to be properly inspected. Upon delivery of the car, we found mechanical problems and leaks on the axle- so we have to return the car (as promised for their 5-days money back guarantee).It's been 3 weeks since I have asked for my guaranteed refund- with multiple calls and talking to multiple associates-but the finance/business office has been evasive and keep on delaying the refund date when I asked them about the status.I would expect a better business practice from an authorized dealer- but unfortunately the problem has still not been resolved

Sultani was phenomenal. He reached out to me shortly after I put in a request online for an eta of a 2024 RAV4 that was in transit. Worked with Brian and Vinny. Vinny gave a nice walk-through of the cars functions and answered many questions. He knew how the car operated very well. Brian had good communications and was easy to deal with. He did what he said he was going to do. Brian also helped us get the Toyota apps on our phone.

First time coming to this location bringing in my Corolla. From the second I pulled in I was greeted with a smile from Sammy. Without leaving my car I was showed on a tablet everything that I could get done today and some suggestions of what I might need for my current mileage. I got a full video review of the inspection as well (how cool). It was quick and easy to get the exact service I wanted done to my car and informative with the nice video that was sent to me during the inspection. I ve had another car brand and never have I been immediately greeted and helped the second pulled in but I didn t have to awkwardly wait to get someone s attention or go in to find a service tech. Thank you Toyota for putting not only my Cars service first but putting me first as well!

Purchased a used 2010 Honda CR-V from this dealership, overall, had a good experience but here are some highlights.First, Mo Sharifi and Amiri helped me out, both great salesmen. Amiri made sure to follow-up with me when the car was ready to view and test drive, Mo finished the sale, giving me plenty of time to check the entire car never once rushing me. I really appreciated the space, and neither of them made it difficult to be at their dealership and examine a used car thoroughly. Hats off to them, continue the great work gentlemen.Second, probably the best thing about Toyota AutoNation s 1Price deal is that it is really one price. For about 2 weeks I had spent hours calling dealerships all throughout California looking for a CR-V. Many had appealing advertised prices, but almost all of them wanted to do dealer add-one to the final price, often saying they were required . This is a really bad business practice, one that I did not have to experience with this dealership. I paid the price that was listed + taxes and fees. That was it. No paint protection. No gps tracking device. No warranty. Alex, the finance manager, didn t try to sell me anything when we were going through paperwork this is much appreciated. It made the process very easy.However, I m giving 4 stars because of the service department. The first time I arrived to view the car there was small amounts of brake fluid on the intake box. Fluids out and about is never normal, but the mechanic doing the inspection should ve seen that before allowing the car to be viewed. I asked them to have the mechanic check it again, and after doing some research on my own figured out why it was there (added fluid then installed new pads). A good mechanic would ve figured this out, or at least noticed the fluid before releasing the car from inspection. Good help is hard to come by these days, but that s unacceptable.Nonetheless, if you go here just double check the car to be sure it is mechanically sound. Generally, it should be, but always good to get a second opinion (which I did within the 5-day return policy just to be sure). Really happy with the car, thanks again Mo and Amiri!

I came in interested in used cars, one in particular that I had seen advertised online. The sales person who greeted me told me I should be looking at new cars and that I should come back when I have more money.The funny thing is, if someone there had just been willing to talk things out and work with me a little, they could have had a sale. I ended up leasing a new car from another dealership down the road. They were willing to show me options, and numbers and helped me realize I could afford a little more than I had realized.Thanks for nothing Toyota!

Got the last new Highlander they had in stock with only 10 miles on it. Good experience. I also really liked how they didn't "Jack up the price" like so many other dealerships have been doing. That was a big reason for my visit. I got a fair price on my trade in as well. Went for the premium Toyota Care warranty and maintenance package too because I drive a lot, so it'll pay for itself almost.First brand new car I've ever purchased!

Had Najim take me around to look at and buy a car and it was fantastic. He was very enthusiastic, knew what he was talking about, and helped me through different options and considerations.He connected us with Henry for our financial manager. Henry was super awesome! Very helpful, and extremely patient. Really appreciated how much he explained all the different options available, and offered a lot of good suggestions and discounts. Could tell he wanted the best for us.
