Was recommended this place by my insurance and ultimately chose this place because they have lifetime warranty on any work they do on the vehicle. Customer service is fine - nothing special but didn t have any issues. Was told my car could potentially be done by the end of the week since I had Geico and my car would be apart of the Geico express repair. Ended up my having my car for three weeks. I also make sure to take out anything of value when I drop off my car so I didn t notice anything missing. They cleaned the inside, vacuumed, and detailed my leather. Overall, no issues with this business. Would choose them again if needed.

UpdateAfter around 22 days, ACC informed me that the car was ready for pickup. I collected the car and started driving. Less than 10min later, I received a notification that the tire pressure warning system had been malfunctioned (see attached image). It s honestly frustrating to deal with all of this, and I don t understand why Geico would recommend this place. It s been 20+ days I ve been waiting to get my car fixed. Each time I call, I m fed with the same excuse of we are still waiting for parts . One day I received a message stating that the parts would be coming in today. Two days later, ACC says that they are still waiting on parts. Incredibly frustrating since it s causing me out of pocket rental costs.

My car was unfortunately dinged-up from my neighbor at work, swinging her door open & hitting my passenger door. She left a row of chipping within the paint and in the light, you could see small dents within the door panel. When taking it to ACC, I have to be honest, I was a little skeptical, but please do not be like I was and judge a book by its cover! ACC did a wonderful job at fixing my 2017 Ford Explorer! My biggest fear was that when they replaced the door panel, you would see the difference from door to door. However, Raul explained to me that they would be replacing the paint of both the front and rear passenger door, to ensure you would not see the "flip-flop" between the paint job. He also said that I would be covered with a lifetime warranty, as long as I owned the car. Not only did they get my car back to me within under a week, but it looks phenomenal! When they returned my car back to me, it also looks like they washed the exterior :) Raul was very nice, knowledgeable, & explained everything to me professionally, where I was able to understand all that was going on . Hopefully, I won't have to return to an auto collision shop in the near future, but if I do, I will definitely be returning here!

Absolutely unfriendly customer service. They have showed a very poor technical skills. They gave me an unrealistic ETA on parts (3 months). It just took me a simple call to the parts vendor to reduce it to one week. After receiving the parts, they did not installed it properly so it was necessary to send it to another shop to fix. Even after that done, they failed to check if the service was complete and need to send it again. I needed to go there 3 times just to verify that they didn t make what was necessary. Plus, don t be surprised if they return your car with an empty tank and marks on your mats. Avoid them.Service: Body & Trim

Don't take your vehicle here they will steal anything out of your vehicle. When asking where item is they even had pictures of my item but can't find it. My car didnt need a detail inside and its obvious that they didn't detail instead they stole from me they left obvious details that they didn't do their job no integrity. They had my vehicle for 3wks which not sure if that is even how long they should've had to even keep it since my damage was minor. I didn't have any mechanical issues going in now that I got my vehicle back it's a check engine light asked why they're saying it's not the accident even though taking off my bumper and replacing it back in wouldn't been the reason for the light I highly disagree since saying it's the canister to my gas tank which is the side where they did repairs odd no resolution with them for anything. Oh but let's mention they said would cut a check for item missing with a receipt which was sentimental to me since my family member gave to me before passing away how would you like me to ask my family member since she's DEAD the level of disrespect can't even touch the volume was given!! Geico should be ashamed of recommending this place or any other insurance company!! I would've given 0 stars but it's not a option. RUNAWAY FROM HERE SAVE YOURSELF!!

Unfortunately, I've been here 3 times, currently on the 3rd visit. So far, so good they've taken care of my other 2 vehicles. They seem to be very straightforward without the run around. They got me back in my car and looking good. Plus, it's a place that my insurance (GEICO) recommends, so they shouldn't mess up, wouldn't you think? Well, a year long follow up. Dropped it off December 22, 2022, they saw it on the 27th. It's now February 2024 they are texting me it's done, finally. My life has turned upside down due to this. No car and no real answers about the car. Why so long, and why wasn't they honest about holding on to the car. It was always 'we still working on it' and 'waiting on parts' ? At first, I was pleasant, and then I got annoyed, so now having my world upside down, I'm dealing with a form of depression. I'm exhausted. I'll pick up my car in time. I don't feel like being a driver anymore. My updated review you choose for yourself

Worst paint job ever. What a joke. Not only did I tell them not to paint, they did anyway, but the paint job they did was terrible. When I asked why they painted they claimed "I never said I didn't want it". Then when I asked what they were going to do about it they said there is "nothing they can do". To top it off I told them this would be a job for the BAR the guy threatened me with paperwork that was signed and they would use that against me. What a nightmare!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had front end damage after having an accident where the front end of my car needed repairing and a new bumper. It was over 2 months they had my vehicle and the completing time was in a week every-time I checked, but ended up being over 2 months. I questioned one of the head lights and many other things that looked like they swapped parts from my vehicle to fix other vehicles. They weren t professional from the start and became even less professional after a month and giving completing dates they never met.I ended up getting my vehicle just under 3 months after being in the shop and just took it elsewhere to find out half the things weren t replaced they said was replaced/fixed. My insurance paid for things they never fixed/replaced. It s bad business and criminal behavior. I d never recommend these crooks that seem to not only to be bad for business, but appear to have prejudices against certain people.I will be reporting them to the state and local offices including the Better Business Bureau as well.Service: Body & Trim

My insurance company referred me to this place for my repair. They did a great job on my dent. It was Professionally done. The whole process took about 2weeks and they kept me updated on every status change. Very friendly and welcoming customer support. I want to thank them for going the extra mile helping me with a new key.Definitely recommend this place for all your auto works.

19 days just to get my vehicle just for the front side of my vehicle to be repaired for minor damage. The agents at the desk were very unprofessional and rude how they explain the delays and greeting their customers . The guy said it s not their problem and it s out of their control. At first I spoke to a lady and I asked to speak to a manager and she transfer me right next to the rude guy. I asked him if he was a manager he said no like seriously guys. Once I spoke to the manager Raul. I explained to him my frustration and my encounter with he s team . He apologized and went throughly what was going on. Communication is the key and their team missed that. If I was told hey due to delays on parts it can take up to a few days to a few weeks. That would ve given me a head start to get a rental car and not be as this frustrated. If the receptionist communicated more better it would ve avoided a lot of upset customers. It s sad how one person can ruined a successful business. At first I given a 1 star I changed to 3 star because of Raul. He went above and beyond. And they honestly did a great job on my car. Their delay on part though is ruining their business. Should work on another alternative.

I brought my car here to get my bumper fix. It was a very seamless process because they had enterprise on site. I was able to get my rental car and drop off my car all in one spot. I was probably in and out of there in 15 minutes tops. What I liked about the shop is that they sent me automatic text updates as my car was being fixed. When I got my car back it looked really good. They even gave it a wash. Hopefully I wont have to go back to a body shop, but if i ever do I would go back to Auto Collision Center because of how easy it wasService: Body & Trim

I have had issues with multiple cars over the past decade and thankfully my insurance list offered ACC as an option. I initially selected them for location, however after my first experience with them I have taken each vehicle. The staff has always been friendly and professional, fast turnaround time, accurate and fair estimates, and most of all A-1 service! I would recommend them to anyone that has to go through their insurance company or anyone needing body work. They always go over and beyond.Service: Body & Trim

WORSE AUTO SHOP EVER! i wish i can give them zero star. Raul is full of lies! they did more damage to my car instead of fixing it. I had to take my car back to them plenty of times but never repaired the damage they ve caused! I dont know why geico recommends this shop. They had my car for almost 3 months just for minor paint job and window replacement. They ended up messing up my camera, my wipers and guess what, they got no electrician on site. They kept moving my pick up date with the same excuse we are still waiting for the parts so i ended up paying for my rental coz my insurance only covered 1 month. NEVER AGAIN. dont go to this one. dont get fooled but the STARS they get.

Everything went really smooth when I went. There were some people waiting as I arrived there a little late from my appointment, but, however, they greeted me and still helped me immediately which was great.They directed me to the rental guys which were literally next door, very convenient! I received my nice rental and they called me when my car was finished. Instead of leaving me my vehicle and telling me to hit the road they pointing out what they worked on and did to my car which is a 1up, not to mention they include a complimentary clean to your car (which was really prolonged on my part...). All in all, great customer service and I would definitely recommend someone to this place.

I've taken my Audi to Automobile Collision Center twice. Both times they did great work, provided excellent customer service, and had my car ready for pickup sooner than I expected.The first time I took my car in, the rear bumper was damaged so bad it had to be replaced. The new bumper's paint matched the color of my car perfectly and the places where the bumper connects the to car were seamless. The second time I took my car in, the rear bumper had to be buffed out and a tail light replaced. Again, flawless work.The staff was professional and friendly. They explained the repair process, asked which form of communication I preferred to be updated by, and kept me updated every step of the way.The work was done sooner than I planned on picking the car up. They offered to stay open later to accommodate me and when I said I would pick my car up the next day, they said they would detail it again since it might get dirty overnight.Overall, the repair process was quick, the staff was pleasant to work with, and my car looked great in the end.

All I can say is WOW!! :) These guys are awesome. Someone had keyed my car deep so I brought my car in on Wednesday morning and called me Friday afternoon and told me it was done. When I went to pick up the car I was shocked. Key marks were COMPLETELY gone and the paint was a spot on match. On top of all of that, they detailed my car in inside and out, tire shine and all. Very impressed by the level customer service by every member of the team, especially the shop manager. He told me he wished it was done sooner! And I thought 2 days was fast!! All and all, this is a must go to to repair your car. Awesome experience! :)

My father got into an accident in his brand new truck back in January. Geico told him to take his truck here and they would cover it. In a surprise to everyone, GEICO paid them in advance for the repair. It is now the end of august almost and the truck is nowhere near being finished. It has been one excuse after another with them. He even got a text back in June saying work was complete, only to get a second text a few minutes later saying they were still working on it. If possible do not get your vehicle fixed here.

Customer service is the number one priority at "Automobile Collision Center". My car was evaluated for repairs. The manager, Rito explained what they were going to do to my car and the time it was going to be in the shop. Everything was on target. Great service, communication and follow up. When I got my car back it was just as new. Best of all, is that they guaranteed their work. No regrets about the quality of their work. I highly recommend this body shop.

I was involved in a three car accident, my car was the first in line and only the back of my car was damaged.I was sent to this location by Geico and I can tell you that I am really happy with the results (am believe me, I am very picky).1. Superfast registration with Raul, the manager of the shop2. After inspection I received detailed explanation of what repairs will be made3. Every day I received information on the repair status4. The repairs were finished one day earlier5. Fast check out, closing the claim6. I could not recognize my car when I picked it up. It was like a brand new car! It was detailed inside and outside, shinny and super clean!This is the shop I would recommend to anyone!

Our Acura had a fender bender, but yet needed a bit of professional work. When my insurance company asked me to choose a body shop, I have no hesitation in selecting ACC Hayward due to feedback I got from a friend.The vehicle was to be estimated to be delivered in few days time after the work, but it was delivered on the same day. The service, timing and quality of the job was excellent and overall the experience was nice and pleasant.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Great service, amazing people. I brought my car with the recommendation of GEICO insurance. First I wasn't sure because my car has tricky paint which is not common. They took my car around 10:00 in the morning and was done before 6:00 pm on the same day. These guys really know what they are doing. Outstanding customer service.Jeff the general manager is amazing. He answers all my questions and explain everything in detail in how these kind of paint is being done. My car is good as new when I pick it up. They really took care of everything.I highly recommend this shop. Great shop, great people, great service, escellent job!

After filing my claim with Geico. This was one of the recommended body shops. The entire process from start to finish was seamless and easy. The rental car was already at the body shop upon arrival. They also sent daily updates on the status. I recommend ACC to anyone looking for great customer service to go along with their body work.

This place is stellar. I have taken my car to ACC twice, through insurance claims (Though I could have gone elsewhere). The service and workmanship is right on point! I appreciate how they text updates on your car. Their work had the car looking better than new, and the interior detail/cleaning they did was totally unexpected and just the icing on the cake! I would definitely return - insurance claim related or not - and would definitely recommend! (Side note: there is an Enterprise Rent-A-Car onsite, which makes this place even better!)

We took our Honda Civic in for body work covered under a Geico claim (Geico did an excellent job handling our claim by the way). The collision center fully restored the damage to our vehicle and did an excellent job on the detailing. When we got our car back, it was so clean that I felt like I was a driving a new car off the lot. I strongly recommend these people as they were friendly, quick turnaround on the body work (2 days) and a beautiful job on the detailing.

I received regular and informative updates. Staff was very helpful. Awesome job done and everything was so smooth. I have been there twice for different cars, and the quality of the service I received was awesome on both occasions. I wanna say I would definitely go back, but let's say I hope I do not have another accident that requires me to get my car fixed, but if I do, I know where to go to.

Wow! Fantastic customer service and quality auto body repairs. From first walking in the door, getting an estimate, keeping me updated and picking up my repaired auto... everything was clean, pleasant and seamless. They even had my car finished before their estimated date. When I picked up the car it looked new and was spotless inside and out.I definitely recommend Auto collision Center of Hayward.
