The guy tried to ripoff my girlfriend over the phone by trying to say it would be an extra $100 to get her replacement window on a Sunday. I'm not an idiot, I've been working on cars my whole life, there is no $100 difference between windows just because of a day difference. If you're a woman, avoid this place because they'll try to take advantage of you.

These guys are awesome! I called after 5pm and got an appointment the next day. Nasir came to my house (for no extra charge) and replaced the windshield (and the molding) in under an hour. He called to give me a heads up when he was 20 min away and was friendly and professional.Can t recommend them enough, great price and great service. So glad I called them and didn t go with the company my insurance recommended.

Stopped by today to have the shop check a water leak near in one of the cars and Alexander was more than graphics to fix the issue by clearing the drains! Appreciated the work tremendously specially since the shop was busy and I did not have an appointment.I strongly recommend the shop.

I had my car broken into on New Years Eve and needed the window replaced. Not only was Auto Glass Force's mobile option cheap, they came out in the rain to do the repair. the same day very early in the designated time window. Nassir was awesome and fast, and did the job in the rain, thanks again Nassir! Zero complaints and I'm very satisfied with the service.

Love the result of my car! Went to get my windshield replaced. They were quick, I was in an out within an hour, they have the best price around and they are very professional. When I arrived they took care of a customer who was being irate by de-escalating the situation and sent him home satisfied by doing an extra service for them. Drove by and pulled over for a quote for window tinting. Alex gave me info on Ceramic and carbon film application. I chose ceramic xenith ir for my Camry. My car Looks great, and definitely less ax usage. Profession and quick service.

Our windshield replacement appointment was arranged by the dealer from whom we bought a used Audi. Nasir from Auto Glass Force arrived as scheduled, with a call ahead to announce his arrival time, and completed the job with professionalism and care.

Unfortunately it looks like my experience is way different then most reviewers but was consistent with some of the negative reviews.These folks came in the with the lowest bid for a windshield replacement but I was quickly reminded that you pay for what you get. They installed an aftermarket windshield from Benson. Once it was done I got in the car and everything looked distorted and the lines on the road were wavy. I called back and they said they would replace it with a warranty. So they come back and the installer asked what the problem was. I re explained the issue and he just walked away to his truck and got on his phone without saying anything. I waited 15 minutes while the installer is called the office, I have since called the office myself and was put on hold. The installer just took off and said he would be back later with out saying anything else. The company is very disorganized and uses cheap parts. I called back in to talk to someone and was told to send in pictures as the installer could not see any defects. At this point it felt like I was getting the runaround and was not willing to do anything else to clean up their mess because of how difficult it has been to work with these folks on top of that the person at the office told me "you have to do what the f*** you have to do". It was obvious that I was stuck with this defective wind shield and was blown away how they could speak to a customer. I was just going to contact another business and have the defective windshield replaced and eat the cost.But then within a couple of hours later Naj who is the business owner called. He said that he will have the windshield replaced with a different installer. He also mentioned to reach out to him directly if there was any issues and wanted to make this right as he is a small business and his reputation means more to him than anything. I was surprised by this proactive approach by the owner and was very please he reached out with proposed resolution.So the second installer comes and the first thing says is "what's the problem?!". Here we go again re explaining the issue but he installed it with no argument or resistance. Now the second wind shield has been installed. The new windshield does not seem to have any defects but the installer did a sloppy job and damaged my vehicle with out cleaning up all the debris from the job. There is a gash on one side by the windshield and some sort adhesive or glue slopped on the other side of the windshield. I did not notice at first because the installer covered it up with tape as you can see in the pictures which were discovered after I lifted the tape. I will also have to clean up all the glass shards from my dashboard that was left behind from the installer.I texted the pictures and explained the situation to Naj with no response but did hear back from him later in the day with a text from a different number asking me if everything was ok with second install. I let him know the about damage to the car and sent him the pictures but have yet to hear from him. I do think Naj cares about his customers and means well but obviously not the installers or some of his employees who handle the phones.As another reviewer put it you are better off taking your car into a physical shop to get these types of things done. We took our Prius to physical shop and did not run into any of these issues or hassles and will be out the money on this windshield on top of the damage to my car. This is the worst case scenario and one of the worst experiences I've had with any business.Do yourself a favor and and pay the extra money to work with another business in a physical shop to avoid the hassle and stress! I hope no one has to deal with what I did.

I have a driving school, our cars get vandalized in our parking lot a lot . My window was replaced by some auto glass shop but they couldn t fix it , so I contacted Auto Glass Force referred by a friend, they came out to my residence same day and fix my auto window repair of window regulator and motor. Very affordable price, fast and techs are experience professionals. Very satisfied with their car window repair service.

Would definitely recommend this shop. Had to replace my windshield due to to an enlarging crack and came across this place on Google. Reached out to the shop to request a quote and they were very responsive. Great price so I decided to go in. I was early for my appointment and they were able to accommodate me and get my vehicle in and out. The crew was very polite and professional. My husband and I are on a 2.5 week road trip from Canada, and on our last day in San Francisco our back window on our SUV was smashed out - the minute we showed up they took our car in and got to work immediately to fix it. Definitely made our day better after having some awful happen. Thank you again!!! And god bless!!!

Called 6 diffrent places for 2019 camero they were the only 1 that found a window since chevy being on strike they did a great job only thing was quoted 525 but it was 562 with tax. Otherwise very Profesional

Great turnaround, friendly staff, and amazing work. I was able to get a bullseye rock chip repaired on my Tesla Model 3 in less than 15 minutes at Auto Glass Force Inc. In addition, the quote I was given at AGF was unbeatable when compared to Safelite and other nearby competitors. 10/10 recommend.

Naj and his crew were friendly and did a great job on my truck. I was in an out in a very quick manner. The best part was they hand the windshield I needed in stock. Other places I called all said they would have to order it. The quality of repair was great, I would recommend anyone to use them. This place is great. They are a new facility and are expanding. I needed a windshield replacement and they had it in stock, the price was great and very accommodating. They were able to squeeze me in that same day and their prices are really affordable and not overbearing. Im excited that they will be doing window tinting as well coming soon. I saw the finished product on one of their vehicles they had worked on and it looks great. Thanks again for helping me out that day. I really appreciate the friendliness as well as remembering my name on the appointment.

Found out these guys was not honest, be carful going here. They did work for me, but did not give me a receipt. Did not fix my car correctly, lucky that I did not drive my car, or have my family in it. What happen was there was a leak in my vehicle, I paid them to fix it. But found it. It wasn t done correctly, but we have no invoice to prove it. But I did see the gentlemen and he reminded me where he worked, he did not fix my car correctly and he didn t tell my the correct issues with my car. Do not go here, this business is not professional,if you have your kids md family in the car, do not go here.

Upon calling Auto Glass Force for an estimate on repairing my driver side window(which had been shattered by an attempted theft.) He informed me that his warehouse vendor would be closing in five minutes. (The time was 12:55pm.) I told him I would like to call a couple of other places, he said that would be fine and that he would go and pick up the window, should I call back. After a few minutes, I called him back and he had already went and picked it up. In less than an hour, the repair was completed. He walked me to my car to be sure I was happy with the repair job. I was especially happy that I no longer heard glass rumbling inside the door and that I had a window, which rolled up and down perfectly. He and his employees were all very polite and hardworking. He made me feel at ease, especially during this Covid-19 Pandemic. The price he quoted me was the price he charged me. And what a great price it was. Already my recommendation has led to my significant other wanting to have two chips in his windshield repaired. Will continue to give them great reviews and recommendations to my family and friends. Sprinter van had a shattered windshield. Called and requested same-day service. Not only did they give me a time slot the same day at their shop, they offered to come out to me. Called AGF and arranged to have my windshield replaced. I gave them the make, model and year of the car and informed them that the windshield did not have a rain sensor. They told me that they would check everything when they arrived to make sure that they installed the correct windshield. During installation, the technician informed me that the wipers required an adjustment. When the job was completed, they said they needed a special part to reattach the rearview mirror. The following day, another technician arrived, inspected the car and informed me that they had installed the wrong windshield. A week later the same team showed up again and installed the correct windshield and mirror. Two days later, I tried to use the windshield wipers and found they would not work. I inspected them and found that they had been left crossed. I uncrossed them by lifting one over the other and they still would not work. I contacted AGF and they sent out a technician to fix the problem. After working for almost two hours, he left. They sent a second technician and he could not fix the problem. He tried to blame it on battery corrosion, even though every other electrical component worked perfectly. When I discussed this with the manager, Alex A., he attempted to blame ME for the problem. I took my car to two different mechanics and they both stated that the crossed wipers indicated improper reinstallation and this had probably damaged one or both wiper motors. I eventually had this repaired and the mechanic found that both wiper motors had been burned out. The repairs cost $602.00. I filed a complaint with the BBB and AGF ignored it. Now, I have to take legal action.Service: Auto windshield replacement

After i had my car broken into last night, i was worried sick about the time and cost id have to spend replacing the window. But these the guys at Glass Force made the whole experience super quick and easy.I m very happy with how everything turned out. I just wish i had cash on hand to tip the guys that came to my home and fixed the window in under 30 minutes. They re rock stars and deserve a raise! Super professional, understanding, and they even cleaned all the glass!!I ll make sure to recommend my friends and family to this crew.

I had the pleasure of experiencing a "smash and grab" while visiting SF. I sent 3 online quote requests on a Saturday to different window repair places in Hayward. Auto Glass Force is a) the only one who responded and b) offered an incredibly affordable price. They set up an appointment ASAP and were punctual, professional, and speedy. The convenience of having them come to me is priceless. Hopefully I won't need them again, but if I do I'm glad to know I can count on them.

Had a wonderful experience with Auto Glass force. Very professional and very good pricing compared to the other glass companies I contacted in Fremont. They worked on my front windshield for my 2015 Nissan Altima and did a great job. The best thing about Auto glass force is their convenience. Their mobile service team came out to my work and replaced my windshield; They surely turned my bad day around with their great customer service. I highly recommend using them.
