My 1992 Mercedes 190e 2.6 was involved in an accident back in July. Before the accident it was in great shape except for minor dings and mild scratches.I wanted to keep this car as my vintage car so I wanted to find a body shop that I can trust to repair my car so it would look factory original. After reading the great reviews on ASM Auto Body & Repair and meeting Gagan, I was excited to have his shop work on it.Gagan and his team did an amazing job on my car. The quality, attention to detail, great customer service, and at reasonable price.I would highly recommend Gagan and his team if you need any body work done.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting ASM Body Auto Shop for a Dent removal and paint job on my car, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results and the overall experience. Hands down , the must have of pure silk ,wet ,flawless , dust free, NO ORANGE PEEL WHATSOEVER , Reasonable priced dedicated paint job a person could ask for . Pure integrity , skilled , professional experienced business. Gagan and his crew , let me just say I felt like family . Communication , response was within minutes . ( Very hard to find ) If there is a Santa Claus , this is where he resides . I not only received vechicle back after speechless words can not describe the quality of craftsmanship the prep , work , and moreover , corrected all three fenders of side swipe damage dents . That was explained to them , but was not in my budget . Well they fixed on the house . Surprised , I noticed the next day . Just look at the before after pics . This is a must have for the 5 star over 350 yelp reviews deserved of . ASM IS THE REAL DEAL , THE ONLY INTEGRAL BUSINESS AND TRUE PERSONAL EXPERIENCE OF BODY WORK FOR WHAT ITS WORTH 4 x + your hard earned money spent . No regrets , just thanks to you and your team .

Best customer service experience I've ever experienced! Gagan made me feel like a old friend he was doing a favor for. I went there to get a factory spoiler installed on my Lexus lx470 after searching endlessly for someone to do it. Gagan and his team stepped up and delivered + fixed something else they noticed on the house. I live in Oakland but will gladly travel to Hayward for all my autobody needs. I recommend you just show up and talk the man, you won't regret it.

Call in for an estimate, give all information over the phone via message. Month laters still hasn't got an estimate or a phone call to check in. Try reaching out, but no response at all... Seem like this shop doesn't want to do an estimate for their business.

Highly recommended. Honest, fast, professional, and knowledgeable.I brought to ASM my Tesla with a surface scratch on it. The owner inspected the damaged area and treated it with polishing material. This cleared most of the damage, leaving only very little damage that is barely visible if one tries hard. The owner said that he would not spend money by replacing the texture molding plate on such a minor (in fact, almost invisible) damage. He did not take any payment either.All this process took < 10 min. Very transparent, honest, and skilled professional. I highly recommend.I also had a short chat with the owner before I left. The shop is well experienced with repairing Tesla and had plenty of other Tesla's waiting to be fixed in the back. In future I would take my Tesla to this place if I need a repair.

The beat repair job for cars in east bay! I have used Gagan on two of my cars in the past 5 years and the repair job has been superior. Gagan will take the extra time to find the best price for you. He called around the junkyards to get me a used door instead of a new door for my car and it looks PERFECT, plus the price was great. Highly recommend!!!

Gagan is a honest and knowledgeable mechanic. My car needed to replace a fender and front bumper. Gagan gave me a very reasonable price and fixed my car in 3 days. I didn t know that Gagan was off on Monday. He started the job on Monday. After 3 weeks, my car s headlights were not working. I asked Gagan to have a look at it on Monday. Gagan didn t mention that he was off on Monday and gave me an appointment on that day. He fixed the issue and didn t charge me. I am so lucky to meet Gagan in Bay Area. I will definitely come back to ASM in the future. I highly recommend ASM.

ASM auto body always does great work. I have had several cars repaired - Honda, Acura and Mercedes. My most recent repair took longer than expected due to supply chain issues but the shop stayed on top of it and kept me informed every step of the way. The workmanship and customer care are top notch.

Gargan was great!! I couldn't recommend him highly enough. He has very fair pricing and he did my work super quick and clean. Also super friendly and honest. Would definitely go here again if I needed to have my car repaired.I had my passenger side window repaired lickety split!

This is a trustworthy place. After doing the four wheel alignment, I found the cause of the uneven wear on the inside of the tire. Thanks to Anthony and the guy in his shop who helped me with the four wheel alignment. After doing the four wheel alignment During the final test, I found that the steering wheel was a little bit off when driving on the straight road of the freeway. When I returned to Anthony's store the next day, he found some reasons and helped me solve the problem for free. Any tire problems in the future will be the first choice to go here to solve.

Worked with Gagan at ASM. He is extremely courteous and punctual. He explained in detail how the claim would proceed, and reached out to my insurance company. Gagan also made sure to keep me updated on the progress.About the car, he did a fantastic job on the car. I would definitely recommend everyone to give him a try, you will not be disappointed.

I have been using ASM and Gagan for 5 years or more now. He is hands down the most professional autobody shop, with attention to detail and a natural love for automobilesWe moved from Fremont to Cupertino, and I still go drive an hour to get my cars to him. He is prompt, efficient with quotes and also does cash only job if its not insurance for super reasonable rates.In one case he was 25% lower than all quotes from others and installed all OEM parts. In one he actually repaired a part (everyone else wanted to change). Gagan is an awesome guy to work with. I recently had a collision repair job to be done on an old car with no collision insurance. Not only was I given the most honest advice to keep my repair costs low, Gagan worked with my schedule and patiently waited on parts to arrive from various sources to complete the repair.His charges are very reasonable and quality of work excellent!

I got referred about ASM body shop from my cousin. He is the past client of Gagan ji. When I showed him my car he assured me that he will make the car like before. In fact he handled the claim for me from AAA and he repaired the car in about 2 weeks. I am 110% satisfied with the service and work. I didn't mind traveling from Santa Clara to Hayward for this service. He also polished and cleaned the car inside and outside before return. It's like new one now. My friends ask me now and I am happy to refer everyone to his shop.

One of my friend refer ASM Auto Body & Repair, I had minor collision some denting, painting work with Insurance. every thing was hassle free for me. work done on time, they used OEM parts. Gagan is amazing person prompt communication, took care of insurance negotiations and all give your car to him and need not to worry, what else you want.I highly recommend him, Excellent Job !!!!

I went to ASM Auto body for my Honda and Toyota for different repairs. The repair for Toyota was to replace the rear bumper and for the Honda was to change the windshield. They did a great job on both the repairs and Gagan was friendly throughout the experience. I would recommend them for any auto body work in a heart beat.

It doesn't look like much from the street, and it is confusing to locate amidst all the other car places in the short stretch, but I'm so glad to have found this place! Gagan is the best. He knows his stuff, great at diagnosing things quickly, very helpful and pragmatic in his solutions. I've had to use them twice in the past year and both have been far faster and lower priced than any place else I checked.

Gagan is the best! He took care of everything from start to finish. Arranged a pick up from Enterprise and communicated with my insurance adjuster in a timely manner. On top of all that, he kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs.

ASM Autobody repair is the best! My car was attacked by a Eucalyptus Tree with significant body damage and Gagan and his team made my car look brand new in a short time! Gagan went the extra mile for me by keeping in touch with my slow to respond AAA insurance company. He kept me apprised of progress and was super fast in responding to my questions, He also took my Hertz rent a car and said he would tuirn it in for me. Gagan weill go the extra mile for you. I highly highly recommend ASM for any and all body repair that you may need for your car as they are the best in the west!

Gagan is amazing - very friendly, attentive, knowledgable, and he genuinely cares about delivering good customer service. He's also fair (or more than fair) when it comes to pricing.He knows how to do the business and deal with the customers.I took my car to Gagan for an estimate after I was involved in a hit and run accident.This is my first time to get in insurance claim. He guide me as a big brother and tell me what to do step by step.I was very worried about my car and claim too but Gagan helped me alot.He also arrange a rental car on the body shop.Gagan settled all amounts with the insurance company as my car was being repaired, and they even repaired a small dent unrelated to the accident, and touched up the bumper free of charge! My car looked amazing when I got it back!I would like to give him 10 star for his Customer service(which is world class) and guidance.

I can t recommend this place highly enough. This not your ordinary auto repair shop. I m one of those people that rarely writes reviews, but I had my mind blown multiple times while I was here so I can t hold back.Gagen exceeded my expectations from the very beginning when I called his shop on New Year s Eve. I was hoping to head north to visit old friends & had already called my own regular mechanic & five different highly rated places in my area - none of them could make the time to look at my malfunctioning horn. By the time I called ASM, I had all but given up on the trip.From the getgo, Gagen was extremely warm and helpful, and explained exactly how he would go about diagnosing the problem - no other place I d called had been as completely upfront, transparent, and easygoing about it. After asking if I could come in that morning, he told me to come by anytime and that he will take a look at it. I was thrilled, and my experience only got better. After asking him how much the diagnosis would cost, he told me if it only took a few minutes he wouldn t charge me anything all (!! ) this immediately impressed me as unusual behavior for a auto repair shop, paritcularly on NYE! (I had been quoted $180 just for diagnosis from a Toyota dealer). So before I even started out for the shop he had already exceeded my expectations.When I got to the shop at 11:00 AM, Gagen Took a look and diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. My mind was blown by how quickly he sorted it out. He explained the issue to me and told me that I should probably come back on another day to get it fixed. But when I told him that i wasn t from the local area and I was trying to visit friends on New Year s Eve, he took a moment and decided to go ahead and try to fix it himself (instead of having another mechanic work on it) and had it fixed within an hour. Again, mind blown , by his kindness, quick work and obvious mastery of his craft.Within 1.5 hrs, I was in my car ready to safely on my way for my 3 hr trip north. And that was when he totally OBLITERATED my mind. As I was moving to get out of the car to pay him, he told me there was No Charge! I couldn t believe it - never in my entire life have I had such an experience at an auto repair shop. I was speechless. Even as I tried to insist on paying, it was clear he wouldn t take my money. He just moved on to his next job and said Happy New Year! Everything he did hugely exceeded my expectations. Gagan is not only an exceptional Mechanic but also an exceptional human being. Because of his kindness and generosity, I was able to ring in the New Year with friends I hadn t seen in years.Don t think I ll be going anywhere else for a long while. Thanks, Gagen! If I could give your place 6 stars I would!

Had to replace my Door handle and driver side mirror on my 2001 Sienna ... got quotes from the dealer and wheelworks ... ended up going to ASM Autobody.. took about 3 hours on a Saturday. Satisfied with the work done. Owner is approachable and accommodating to your schedules
