Let me start by saying that I've never experienced a customer service at this level at a body shop, Cristian is the man! He walked to the whole process of replacing part and painting my car, he kept me updated weekly and did a really nice paint job on the car. If your in the Hayward area I 100% recommend you call him and see if he can help you out with your project. I always appreciate when someone values my time. Thanks Cristian!

Cristian was so nice and super helpful!!! He got me such a good price!!! Everyone quoted me for $1000 or more and Cristian was able to fix the vehicle for under $100!!!! I am so thankful that I found him on yelp, what could be better than saving over $900?? He s an honest auto shop worker!!!

I was recommended to Cristian three weeks ago plus I saw his excellent yelp reviews so I decided to reach out to him to provide me quote. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and provided a very competitive quote. From the time I brought in my 2017 BMW X1, I found the whole process went very smooth, the quality was superb, and turnaround was very good. I would definitely use him again for any auto body work I need and would highly recommend him to anybody who wants quality work, competitive quote, and great customer service.

Raphael was quick, efficient and exceptionally helpful. He informed me what was needed from beginning to end. He first saw my car based off a photo & video, gave me an estimate. The following week I brought my Jeep in and he gave another assessment added a few extra dollars for parts. Which was understandable, as I ve received several quotes and felt over charged. He gave me the best deal hands down! He even gave me a loaner. For the 2 days he had my Jeep. I dropped it off Tuesday and picked it up Thursday a day earlier than quoted. When I picked Black Betty up I couldn t have been happier, she s not a Bust Down anymore, lol. Thank you Raphael, I appreciate the work you did and great service you provided.

I didn t expect my Range Rover to be repaired like this I totally didn t expect like this the result is so amazing! Feels like I just drove it off the lot for the first time again. Definitely a highly recommended repair shop!!!!! Great staff and very helpful and communication is 5 star service!

Have brought my cars to this body shop over the years. They have always done great work on my cars.Always friendly & great service on collision auto body repair and painting.The owners, both Rafael & Cristian are honest and they will go out of their way to help you out.Highly recommend Accurate Body & Paint.

I walked in this shop hoping I can get proper service and I walked out wanting to hug the owners! I have a 2015 Prius C and many shops do not have the appropriate material to accommodate my vehicle and due to that I have to call several body shops. Cristian and his team of technicians really did a great job with my car. They added a new bumper on the back and fixed the front bumper. They also cleaned the inside of the car and repainted the car. I saw it and I fell in love with my vehicle and this is all thanks to the team. I will be back! I highly recommend this shop!Service: Body & Trim
