Aaron's body shop staff was very welcoming and nice. The owner reassured me of the process and any concerns I had. They kept me updated with all repairs need on my vehicle. This was the second vehicle that Aaron's body shop worked on. I was very satisfied with the high quality and excellent work done on my vehicle.

Farmers Insurance recommended repair businesses were useless to me - I have a customized overland rig and they only worked with original parts. Aaron's was amazing - I needed a replacement bumper from a small shop (Victory) so it took months as that shop was backlogged. Aaron's made my rig roadworthy so I could get around until it came in, and Victory now made it with LED turn signals (I hate that, but not Aaron's control). Anyhow Aaron's hooked it all up no extra charge - I expected to pay. But most importantly the shop was super productive, crews seemed very focused. Every person I dealt with was very helpful and knew how the place worked. I highly recommend this place.

I recently had a pleasure to get my car fixed with Aaron body shop. Mr. Harold one of the owners took great care of my car, and he did a phenomenal job. Their team is fast and efficient. Their customer is top notch, and I highly recommend get your car fixed over there and they will take good care of it. 10/10.

My car's catalytic converter was stolen and I have to go through my insurance. Even though Aaron's body shop was little far away from my home but still chosen this place based on the reviews. Indeed the reviews are true and I got the best service from Aaron's body shop. First I made telephone call to Aaron's body shop. Mr Pat took the call and he assisted me in the entire process. Mr Pat is very friendly and very genuine guy as he tells what can be achieved. He dont over promise or under promise. He tells the actual fact. He gave estimation to the insurance on the first day. Once the insurance approved the quote, he quickly ordered the parts and started repairing my car. I didn't take car rental option in the insurance so I have to rely on public transport to go to office and I conveyed it to Mr Pat and he made sure my car would be fixed earlier. This saved me lot of time for me. Thanks Pat and Thanks Aaron's body shop.

Thank you so much for the wonderful work you did on my Lexus, it looks beautiful. When I picked up my car it was back looking brand new. I want to thank you and your staff for the excellent job they did in repairing my passenger front door of my car. You can t tell my car was ever damaged. Thanks again for a job well done.

If you re looking to take your car for repairs look no further and call up Aaron s body shop!! I can t recommend this place enough. The customer service is amazing! I got into an accident and Aaron s was the place that caught me by surprise. I spoke to Harold Jr first and he solidified my decision just by having a conversation with me. Super friendly and down to earth. Phat and Jonathan helped repair my car and they did an amazing job. Not only did they fix all the damages caused by the collision but Jonathan went out of his way to ask me about little scuffs I would like to fix as well that didn t happen in the crash. They painted, washed and vacuumed my car once it was ready and man does my car look brand new! Aaron s did an absolutely fabulous job, as always on repairing our 2012 Honda Pilot after an auto accident. Their communication during the process is fabulous as I received frequent text messages about the status of my vehicle. Greg and Harold have fabulous customer service as we even received our car, freshly washed and clean for pick up. We would not take our cars to any other body shop. We completely trust Aaron s with all of our vehicles.Service: Body & Trim

This has been the easiest car experience I have ever had between my car insurance (State Farm), car rental (Enterprise), and this shop. The process was smooth and I felt like I was cared for genuinely by the shop owner. They told me what to expect and kept me in the loop with my repair. I was expecting my car to take a while to complete because car shops are always busy and take long in general based on past experience. Surprisingly it was done within 2 weeks. Also the process between the car rental and the shop was easy. I got picked up at the shop to the car rental place after they called to pick me up. Once all the repair was complete, I also had the opportunity to leave the rental vehicle at their shop. It was Friday and it was near closing hours for both places. I wasn t able to do both places before they closed. Saw the estimated bill, fairly priced. They even handled my deductible for my car insurance. I just had to file the claim (prior to shop) with State Farm and the rest was history.

Big shout out to Greg owner of Arron s body shop. He went above and beyond to help us out with our car. Quickly surveyed the damage to our car and let us know what needed to be done and explained the reasoning behind it.Obviously takes pride in his business. We are very pleased with the work and honesty at Aaron's body shop. I took my 2022 car to them and Greg helped us out. We had taken the car to a chain auto shop and were told it would be take 2-3 days to repair the dents on the passenger door. They said they'd send an estimate later that afternoon, which was Friday, it is Thursday now and we have not received an estimate. Aaron's shop was able to look at the car, get us in the following day and do the repair in less then an hour for a very good price. Everyone there we encountered were friendly and helpful making sure we were taken care of. Thank you Greg for your service in repairing my vehicle.

I used Aaron's after my entire front bumper and fenders were torn off from an accident. They are very professional and Greg was very up front and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. They are trustworthy and family owned and operated. The work was done sooner than Amy other shop would have done it, and the work was perfect, and at a competitive price. I can't say enough good things about my experience. If I have body work to be done in the future, it's an easy choice on where I'm going. You won't be disappointed. Greg and his team are the best. I recently came into the shop for a cosmetic repair in my front bumper. The technicians were quick in fixing up my front bumper and did not take long at all. I actually used this body shop last year for accident-related repairs and not only they were amazing in the repairs, but they kept me updated on the repairs frequently throughout the whole process. They do their best in giving you the best service and accommodate to the best of their ability. I would definitely recommend stopping by for repairs and damages. :)

I was in a fender bender and needed an entire front fender, lights, etc. to be done. Greg from the shop took my car in, and gave me an honest, through assessment. They are very experienced, and know what they are doing. You can definitely tell the difference with a family run, honest car repair place like this vs others. The work was incredible, and it looks like nothing ever happened. Greg and his team are very detail oriented. He was upfront and truthful during the entire process. I was very happy with the results, and it was worth every penny. Hope I don't have another accident, but if I do, my car is definitely going to Aaron's! I got into a minor accident that required a new cover for my rear taillight and removal of scuffs & scratches in the surrounding area. We did the estimate in week 1 + ordered the parts and it was fixed by week 2 right before I headed abroad for a trip. I appreciated the team for working with my timing and keeping me in the loop during the process! They re extremely professional and super kind - I appreciated their service and due diligence. From start to finish Aaron's body was professional and timely. They keep me informed all the way through the process. The best advice I was given, don't bring your car in until the parts arrive. That helped tremendously. Once the part arrive it literally took only 3 day to complete services. Also, the car wash was great too. I has the best experience with Aaron s Body Shop. Harold Jr and his whole crew were so nice and they made me feel reassured and felt like I can trust them. Harold Jr was so accommodating, very efficient and resourceful. He kept me updated with my car and went over and beyond with my car. After experiencing my car accident and all the stress of it all, Harold Jr eased my anxiety and made me feel assured and ok and that he ll take care of my car. He did a fantastic job. I have nothing but good things to say about Aaron s Body Shop. Greg the owner is always helpful and accommodating. I brought my 56 Chevy in to have a deep scratch repaired. Not sure where to call to get an estimate for a utility trailer that got damaged in a collision.Called Aaron's Body Shop and spoke with Harold jr.Even though I live in Elk Grove and the trailer is in Hayward Harold jr manage to get an estimate with pictures and emailed it to me in just a few hours.Friedly service and very professional.

Excellent experience from start to finish! Experts at what they do and the attention to detail is unparalleled. My entire family has been taking vehicles here for nearly 2 decades and that speaks volumes. Customer service is outstanding and the turnaround time is always good. Best shop to get your car done!!!!! I've had 4 of my own personal vehicles done at Aaron's Body Shop and I tell anyone who needs auto body work to go here. By far the best quality work done. I could not ask for better customer service from Harold Jr. And Greg. They are polite and very detailed when telling me about the work being done.They make everything easy for me while my cars were in the shop as well as keeping me updated with the progress of my vehicles.Bottom line, stop searching for a better auto body shop (you won't find one) and contact Aaron's. You will not be disappointed!
