I took my Prius to this shop after an accident and they did a great job repairing and painting my vehicle. Super happy!

Worst experience i have ever had dealing with a tow company including their so called manager who not once apologized for his driver. The Driver not once asked what was wrong with the vehicle before trying to pull it onto the flat bed and to top it off was talking on his ear piece (phone) the entire time. Manager is denying his worker was on the phone as well even though he was not present. Now I m in need to further this issue because the driver denied service once he knew he messed my vehicle up more than it was, and left very quickly leaving my 5 year old daughter and I on the road. 45mins later the same exact tow truck from a DIFFERENT company came and successfully towed my vehicle no issue. Photos are attached to see your driver caught sitting on the side of the road as i was riding with the other tow truck driver. Legal action will be taken now. Do not work with them. Lazy, uneducated, disrespectful people working for this company.

The worst! Called them at 1:30 in the afternoon for a tow from Livermore to Dublin. They said they d be there by 3:30. At 4:30 (3 hours later) still not there, said there s traffic from hayward, (I checked traffic, it was light) but the driver was already on 580 in pleasanton (which is 15-20 minutes away), and would be another hour (even though pleasanton to Livermore is only 15-20 minutes away), so now eta is 5:30? I could have driven to Nevada in that much time! After all that!....They NEVER showed up! Awful! I d give negative 10 stars if I could! After all that waiting, my mechanic closed! It was a holiday weekend and the mechanic was waiting to accept my car but because of AAA I was screwed. I figured if I called a tow truck at 1:30 in the afternoon I could get my car to the mechanic 15 minutes away by 6pm but not if you call these people! Terrible terrible!!!

This place is AWESOME! Stress free. Brought in my car for an Insurance claim .Looked good as new after they repair. Highly recommended.
