I am Extremely happy with the outcome of the work done to my car. Its back to how I drove it off the lot brand new a few months back. I am very grateful to have found this shop. You would not regret coming here to get your work done on your car. Though my insurance tried to lowball me Ara and the crew really went out there way to satisfy my needs and wants. Made sure I got all OEM parts. They are very fast with the work and are very reasonable in price. Especially with this inflation going on. I appreciate you All to the fullest!!! Thank you again

This is a family business; dad and his sons repairing auto body for over 20 years. My insurance company recommended them and I could not be happier with the job they did, repairing the hatch of my Subaru (side panel and the hatch were damaged).I should also mention that the repairs ended up being nearly half the price of what other auto body shops in the area were asking for. Awesome work, great people. So yeah, I definitely recommend them!

I was helped by Jake and his father, both very professional and helpful. They kept me updated and informed about the status of my car. They communicated very well. This is a good spot to bring your car. I am very happy with the service they provided. 5 stars all around. Thanks guys.

Ease of an experience!Wanted a shop to fix my auto body repair in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. Hawthorne was perfect! The service was awesome! I took my car in and had it back in 9 days, looking amazing! Thank you V&A!

Had major rear quarter panel damage on my Lexus. They quoted me the best price I could find in the area and were very straight forward with what they would need to fix, and didn t try to offer me some inflated price like a lot of other body shops in the area! When they were done my car looked perfect! Maybe even better than before my incident! Very high quality work, from very honest people IMO I d definitely go back if I need any more work done! Vic and Ara are the absolute best! They are honest, professional, and treat me like family. (I know that word gets thrown out like cheap candy, but they are true to that- family that takes care of you and makes you feel safe.) They are the absolute best and if you want to have a honest, worry-free experience, and top tier body work, please come here. If you are a woman like me and have had negative experiences when dealing with car-related issues, Vic and Ara will make you feel like a beloved niece.I have been going to V&A for the better part of a decade and I hate to admit- I go there a few times a year as I constantly get into fender benders. Every single time, Vic and Ara have been so kind (it's so embarrassing to be there multiple times a year for hitting inanimate objects) and gone the extra mile and a half for me. They've even given me a ride home, before Lyft was popular and I was hesitant about the bus and walk home in the dark.However, sometimes we don't really appreciate people until there is a crisis. I had just gotten out of the hospital, I was really stressed and got into a much more severe accident instead of a fender bender, the type where people stop and offer aid and I was too shaky to walk home for about ninety minutes afterwards. (I was definitely unwilling to get into a car right afterwards). It was such a BLESSING to know that Vic and Ara are there for me. I was able to send my car with the tow truck to them directly and not worry. I know that they are honest and trust worthy, I didn't even have to remove valuables out of the car- because I trust them 100%.I could just focus on staying calm and getting home safely. Thanks to Vic and Ara- I didn't have to worry about where to take my car, if the body shop would do a good job, or if I'd have to stay in contact with the body shop to make sure things were being done right.I knew the repairs would take awhile, since there was significant damage, the holiday season, and supply chain issues that are occurring globally- but I never worried, because Ara and Jake have great communication and constantly kept me up to date.I got the car back today, clean and new. Vic and Ara (Jake too) were so kind to me and that really makes a huge difference in a stressful situation. They always make sure to take care of me consistently and even help me get the car out safely, so I don't have to worry about the jitters of backing into a busy street.Please consider taking your car to them, they are amazing, honest, and professional- and I'm so biased from my repeated visits, but they are so kind and warm. When I walk into their office, it's always so comfortable and I honestly feel so welcomed.Service: Body & Trim

these guys are amazing, hands down. They are honest, fair, work quickly to get your vehicle back on the road, and aren't out there to rip you off or take advantage of their customers like other auto body shops I've been to. They do quality work and I'll recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicle's exterior repaired especially in this area!

I had another place want to charge me so much more for the bumper I needed replaced without even properly looking at my car saying I needed all this extra stuff to be done and blah blah blah. V&A body actually looked at my car properly, gave me a good price, and got it done fast as well. Theu did a great job and I highly recommend going there!

The best. Don't even bother going anywhere else. Great prices, great work, and great people. I could ask for more. Even when the insurance was giving me and them a hard time they did everything to make it easy on me. Wonderful people.

Very overpriced for the area. They also dont want to work within the customer budget. Wanted to replace body parts unnecessarily and charge a huge markup. The positive reviews must be from friends or relatives
