One of our vans needed some transmission work and Jose did the work for half of what we were originally quoted. The repair was timely, the staff were helpful and we are very satisfied with the service. Jose answered our questions clearly and in layman's terms, leaving us feeling educated as well. If you are having trouble with your vehicle and your looking for a place to take it, we'd recommend STV Auto Repair.

I had a bunch of work done at this establishment recently did my struts, brakes, a transmission rebuild that came out flawless and also a rack and pinion following a power steering pump and new tires all around ! Formally known as mike and sonsDANGER DANGER DANGER !!! Horrible service got charged 450$ to get an evap fixed 2 months later still have the same problem try to talk to the owner got Pushed away said sue me if you don t like the way I do business plz keep your money safe and away from this place DISHONEST UNRELIABLE UNFAIR mechanics it s not about the money but the piece of mind

Jose Santos is A fast working honest mechanic with integrity. I m a single mother/woman so finding a trustworthy mechanic is a huge relief. I m sure you ladies know what I m talking about. Everyone in my family and our friends bring their cars to Jose. Money well spent. Having peace of mind in knowing Jose s impecable work ethics when he works on your car is priceless.

I always receive excellent service, and the prices are always fair. I had been taking my car to the dealership, but when my battery started to get faulty, they refused to help until the battery was completely dead. I was able to get an appointment at SVT without any issues, and the mechanic, Jose, was super helpful. I don't think I will ever go to a dealership again.

Kind of felt robbed there. Took my car in running and got it back inoperable. Then cost something over $600 just to see why it stopped running. Told me I need I new transmission so gave the okay to order one. They didn't order one and then told me they the transmissions for my car are out of stock and I need to wait 1 month. I was left with a car that needs to get towed, $600 less in my bank account, and still no idea what they even did to my car. Needless to say I called other mechanics and they had no shortage of transmissions. They found the problem fast, got me a new transmission installed and running better than ever for half the cost of what I was quoted from this shop. Maybe other people had a better experience but idk. I wouldn't go back or recommend it.

Jose and his team were very professional and explained everything that they did. We had them rebuild our transmission on our Eurovan. They did a great job and got us back driving at half the price of other transmission shop quotes. Highly recommended.

Im long overdue on this review I ve had my car back for about a month now and all I can say is that I highly recommend them. Truck runs so smooth. It was a big job replacing cylinder head gaskets but they explained everything in detail and were in constant communication! Best customer service ever! Words can t be enough to describe how professional and extremely Great SVT has been to me ! If your looking for an honest and reliable auto repair shop look no further , your in good hands. Never have I been dissatisfied with their work , they really do treat you like family and you can always count on them to fix your car . Jose by far always making it happen , by fixing any issues my car may come by Not to mention how fast & efficient he does his work ! Thank you so much SVT !

Extremely professional, first class auto shop with emphasis on service. They don t overlook anything, the handful of times I needed their help, they have saved my butt, have always been treated me extremely well and done incredible great work. Auto repair service can be difficult to deal with but I know I can always count on SVT Auto Repair Team, always manage to make my customer experience a strongly positive one.

Bmw dealer overcharged me for a water pump replacement on my bmw 530i, I call this place and the price was reasonable,... I get there and definitely inspired me to leave my car there. Job was done whit no issues, no hidden prices, on time and the clear my tire light for free. Definitely coming back.

The shop must be paying for positive reviews or having friends and family post, because Santos is the opposite of honest and respectful. He will be happy untill you tell him the product failed and need him to honor the warranty.Mr. Santos mocked me and implied I'd need to consult with an attorney before hangging up on me. The work done on my car didn't even last a year for the next smog test and costed almost $600, I am in the process of filing a legal complaint against the shop.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

UPDATE: So I finally had the ability to get my car to a new mechanic. Apparently, the prior mechanic at this location stole my catalytic converter. I was advised to speak to an attorney about this matter. Despite them saying their under new ownership, I'd never go here again. As you can see earlier on I posted he was a nice guy the original mechanic, but now I find out I was completely conned. The shell was left in with broken pieces that clogged the car up. They claimed prior mechanic died, idk if anything they are saying is true. Please be cautious with these people. Very disappointing people like this prey on those who need help. When I called they also tried saying they just let guy use the shop, so that's also weird. Don't risk it, it's been more expensive than it needed to be. Their reviews may be inflated because I'd not be here posting again months later if it was really as amazing as others claim. During these rough times I think it's important for people to know that this shop is not the best when it comes to catalytic converter replacement. The job cost me a lot, and did not last a year. They also claim to let people use their shop and provide receipts with their company's name on it that apparently are not part of the shop so watch for that, and confirm who you speak with is actually employed by them. It's unfortunate that the man that originally did my work lost his life to coveid and he was very kind, I believe if he was around he'd done whatever he could to help, and I don't think it was his intention to do a job that lasted less than a year. However, these other people seem to be sketchy. 1st call they said find the receipt, 2nd call they said they don't do that type of work, and the man that did it originally didn't really work for them, then they said they changed the name, and purchased the business. If you need real work done do not go to this shop, go somewhere that is willing to back up their work. A more established company. Maybe their only good with their family and friends, idk this is my experience though.

From routine maintenance to emergency repairs, they are always friendly and professional, the shop is always clean and I'm always treated with respect. Most importantly, I have peace of mind because I know they are also trustworthy. I called and asked to speak to the owner to tell him how wonderful he was spoke of. When someone answered the phone and I asked for the owner the perks on just kept saying, can I help you and never mentioned if he was the owner or put the owner on the phone. The person then just hung up. Very rude and I wouldn t spend a penny with them. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

They work by appointment but the service is fast, very good prices, cheaper than Jiffy Lube.Trabajan con citas pero el servicio es r�pido, muy buenos precios, m�s barato que en jiffy lube.
