I've been to sunrise rv repair a few times over the years, and I have no complaints. If the people giving negative reviews about this place,know a better place in the LA area, let me know ,and I might possibly consider thinking about going there. I doubt it though. Sunrise is the best

Rafael (Ralph) is the BEST! We needed help to fix our RV heater in the dead of winter and he worked diligently andthoroughly for3 days to get ours fixed. He did not overcharge and he went out of his way to help us in a pinch! I would definitely recommend him to anyone!! Amazing!!

Our travel trailer had a major axel and drum issue. We got stranded on the side of a busy road. We made at least 20 phone calls trying to get help. Ralph, at Sunrise RV Repair, was the only person that was helpful. We sent him pictures of the issue and he said he could get the parts and fix our trailer the next day. We took it to Sunrise RV Repair the next day and they were able to fix the issue. Very pleased with their work and appreciated their being so helpful. I would highly recommend them.Service: Brakes

Always love the service these guys give. This is the only place I bring my truck camper.Just ask for Ralph and tell him what you need. No project is to big

Everything that I wanted done... was done. And not just done. But being a novice to the RV field. Ralph and his very congenial employees, took the time to explain everything to me and how it works.And also took the time to let me ask them to explain the whole thing over to me so I could videotape it for reference. Wonderful people. Very very moderately priced. And I had read a couple of reviews we're what they said made absolutely no sense to me... and now after experiencing the visit for repairs at Sunrise RVs... I have to wonder if it could indeed be some sour grapes competitor. I mean these guys are so professional... that there is nothing too big of a request that they cannot fill or too small of a chore that they won't do. I believe some woman made reference to not being able to get ahold of Ralph... well I'll tell you something it's been my experience that when you have the head mechanic at the phone all day you have to wonder who's doing the work. That yard is huge... and it is indeed a treat to even be able to walk around it and gander at some of the unbelievably priceless RVs of the past and the present . My father used to collect very expensive antique cars . And he told me a good sign of a good mechanic is to see what he is working on and if they are of a higher value ... well people just don't trust anybody to something that maybe is their life savings on four wheels . And I can tell you there are some beautiful beautiful pieces being worked on there and you are in very very good company if you have the Good Fortune to have sunrise and Ralph work on your item . That being said my point is if he is at one end of the yard and you call... would you rather interrupt his work... or leave a message and have him call you back. Because he always called me back promptly when I left a message ...always. you shouldn't write reviews that place doubt in people's heads. Especially with a dedicated outfit like sunrise and a guy who is all gold.... Ralph, and all the guys... I'm indebted to you, I love you guys, I am so glad I found you, and I will be back every 6 months for you too Tighten the bolts up and give it the old once-over. I truly feel I have found a home that I trust for my very precious investment... thanks guys see you soon your friend Harry

Agreed to meet at 9am to drop off truck, but owner was not there. We waited until 10:30am and he still hadn't shown up for business, so we left. Phone calls didn't go through.

They couldn't take me in right away. They were booked solid for the next 4 weeks. I believed him; I could see how busy they were out front. But Ralph still took the time to hear my problem, and offered some suggestions. And then he referred me to another mechanic that might be available sooner. That was 15 minutes of his time that I wasn't charged for. Also, the staff were polite and helpful. The guy in the street was directing traffic around the motorhomes, and he made sure I wasn't blocked in anywhere.

Ralph and his dedicated staff are the best. My motor home is my house. He was extremely through and detailed . The job wasn't rushed in order to get me out, like a service mill type of place. This man puts passion into his work.From his early on beginning in this business, he knew that this was his calling. I was referred to Sunrise by two different people, at different times that praised about him. They both said that they had an excellent mechanic. To my surprise, it was the same one.Ralph is an artist. He understands people and is extremely reasonable. Don't have just anybody working on your motor home. This is the BEST PLACE IN CALIFORNIA.I am in love with Ralph and his dedicated staff .Feliz Mc Innis

I made an appointment to get an estimate on a rear end collision. There was no parking so I double parked on the street. Ralph was very professional. He took lot's of pictures and was very exacting and detailed in his report. I saw work that was in process. A guy was buffing out a Streamliner that had been repaired.i haven't had any work done yet. The estimate was free.

Had a last minute emergency with my AC and Sunrise was the only one who would even look at it. They went above and beyond helping me solve the problem. So nice, so skilled, and very easy to work with. I ll definitely be back.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

** Warning - Stay Away**Purchased a rooftop a/c with heater element and control panel and was charged $1367.67. Same unit at Camping World around $800. Same unit On Amazon about $600. Then they charged me 3 hours of labor! Camping World does it in about 1.5 hours.When i called Ralph he had a hard time keeping his story straight. He came down $200.00 after he couldn't justify the labor time.I am all for a good company to make a profit- but this is not a reputable business in my opinion. Beware, SHOP AND COMPARE.

Well another no show from the people at this location, I am only .5 miles from there show. I even offered to pay them to look at the issues with my RV and still a no show.It's unfortunate that you can't even pay the guy to the job or as I did ask him if he even wanted to do the job to which he answered yes.I would be Leary on using this group l see 4 stars where I would even give them 2 stars. I guess family can fill out the rest on the reviews.

Have been using Ralph's place for many years to fix my RV Trailers and to store them. Ralph Tapia (owner) is a great guy: honest, plite, modestly priced and very experienced auto mechanic and "jack of all trades" handyman as motorhomes are just that: HOMES on wheels with all the house appliances, electrcal, plumbing, etc... inside them... The place does not look liker a "Showroom floor in Beverly Hills" but...do NOT let the looks deceive you! Quality service is performed here!

These guys saved me big time, i called 30 min before close and was stuck with my vending trailer in LB, they let me store it in their yard for a few days, & they figured out how to fix the electrical and plugs for me.. thank you so much, ill keep your business in mind next time im out there.

For the past 18 months, Sunrise has been my go-to place for repairs and maintenance on my RV. They always solved every problem, and did all they could to make sure I was a satisfied customer.

Very personal, friendly, and honest...Although expect to be patient, as they tend to be quite busy and it may take a while to get your RV back.

They do not return phone calls when they tell you they will, one of the Bosses there told me that he will call me back a certain day and he did not, I had to follow up, I end up taking my RV to a dealer my experience is that there is no professionalism

So far not impressed. Had appt at 10. It's 1115 and nothing has been done.
