We had issues with our 2013 Ford F250 truck and servicing was a problem. After having worked with several dealerships with no positive results, Dwayne Granguillhome, Fleet Service Mgr. came to our rescue. He stayed in touch again and again assisting us with a resolution. Thank you Dwayne for your persistence! We really appreciated your help.

Had an oil leak. They said they'd start by replacing the dummy plugs and "go from there." $4400.. engine reseal for $12k..Found an outside guy who looked at it and replaced the seals that connect the oil filter mount. That was it. He charged me $60..This place just steals your money. Don't go.

We dropped off our service truck at this location on our last trip to California to have some repairs taken care of and a service. The repairs were made professionally, cleanly, and in a timely fashion. We had to wait for them to retrieve our truck from a separate lot but we were given vouchers to be used at the food stand just outside of their service area which was very appreciated. I would not hesitate bringing our truck in there again in the future.

First of all, I want to say thank you to Chuck and his team for always providing the best service to our community van! I have been servicing our community van at South Bay Ford Fleet and Truck Center for five years now and I highly recommend this location for service! Chuck is very helpful and extremely informative; he is great with communication and has our community van done in no time! Thank you for everything you have done for us!

I highly recommend this place for professional friendly service. Our company has a small list of places that we're allowed to take our vehicles to, and Ford Fleet Center is by far the best. Chuck is very familiar with not only the needs of our vehicles, but also the financial aspects, and always makes sure everything gets done correctly and in a timely manner. (Also, the gentleman running the food cart is really nice.)

DISHONEST, these place here is a total RIP off, they want to charge me 11k for a repair that they had told me around 4k , that is ridiculous.. a brand new engine is priced for 9k , and i did not need a new engine, I'm am very upset and disappointed, on top of this my truck has been there for almost 3 F@%#& Months, March 1st 2021 to be exact , I would not recommend coming here at all. I know there are some good reviews about this place, and I doubt they are legitimate customers, I know I'm. SMH South Bay Ford.

We brought vehicle for throttle cleaning service. This resulted in a chain of malfunctions. Returned back for a second inspection. The bill doubled. Next day the vehicle broke down on a highway and towed to another dealership. Stated malfunctions were not confirmed. Damage discovered associated with throttle cleaning. All signs of fraud. We requested investigation with the bureau and will follow up with a law suit. This company is servicing a ton of city vehicles and can possibly bubble invoices including public service contracts and private vehicles. I will publish attorney info later here. If you experienced similar situation, please check back to join us.

Terrible service department. Rude, barked at me( what do you want! Why are you here!?) without saying hello first, offered a BOGO deal on oil change but it is all but impossible to get the free oil change without giving up half of my day. Nothing but a hassle and not worth it. Go somewhere else that will treat you good and who wants customers.

I moved to California for a job opportunity and while I was there my IDM went out on my 2000 Ford F350 7.3, after days of trying to fix I found out there was a Ford truck center so I took my truck in to be worked on and they said I'd be a few days I waited a few days and didn't hear anything I called they said it isn't ready I wait a few more day and I call they asked if I could come in i went in and they were trying to take me for ever dime I had by list a bunch of random things I didn't need so I said no and just wanted to know why the truck was running bad so they said it was a fuel sensor it cost 45 bucks i said okay change it and when I came back to pick it up they charged me 900 dollars in labor and I paid it thinking thank God my truck will finally work as I was about to get on the freeway my truck died causing me to almost crash lucky I was able to manage but they put money before my life and I went back to justify but they said they can't do nothing about it and said they could run another test for 6000 dollars i said no and left ease do not take your vehicle here they scam you and they will put your life in danger for money.

The worst dealers you will ever met in your life, the diesel truck went twice for safety issues, still doing same.
