Martin Gil at South Bay Ford Lincoln is the person to contact for all your car purchases. He was prompt in responding to my inquiry for a vehicle I was interested in. Sent me pictures, videos and all the details pertaining to the vehicle. When we met, he was very professional, helpful and extremely knowledgeable in the vehicle. He definitely made the experience fun, easy and I had no doubt I was in the right place to purchase the vehicle which I did.His exceptional service was impeccable.I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Nick and Simon for a wonderful experience!!! This is my second vehicle purchased from South-bay Ford, however, this sale was enjoyable.I arrived at the lot with this vehicle already in my mind, Nick was the first salesman I approached and I m glad he was. We inspected, drove the car and during that I got to know him. He understood my doubts about buying the first car I seen today and sheared his story regarding his dream car. What sealed this deal was 1- Nick attentiveness to how my expression was when I saw the vehicle, it had everything I wanted just not in the color I desired. 2- he wasn t pushing the sale, reason why I hate car dealerships. 3- he delivered everything promised to make the deal fair on both sides.Simon closed the deal paperwork and he was also a pleasure to meet and hear his travels.They both understood my car being totaled out by driver on her cellphone and I was still mentally and physically dealing with that while looking for my new vehicle.Thank you guys for a wonderful day and handling the details to now my new vehicle. If you re in the market for a Ford vehicle, I highly recommend contacting Bill Knapp! I ordered a 2024 Maverick in September of 2023 and he kept me updated throughout the whole process. I finally picked my Ford Maverick on January 28, 2024. It was a simple process, there was no upsell on anything. I was able to get my vehicle at MSRP!!

I had an Amazing car buying experience at South Bay Ford! Adolfo the GM is the sweetest! He introduced me to his nephew Jose who took excellent care of me throughout the process. Then Jose in finance, it was seamless! Do yourself a favor and go see them for all your car buying needs! I highly recommend South Bay Ford!!

I have been a long time customer of South Bay Ford, my family is a South Bay Ford family and have always been greeted with excellent customer service. Adolfo, Kevin, Martin, Mark and the rest of their team are always so welcoming and patient with us as the car buying process does take time. They are all very knowledgeable in what they do, always able to answer any questions we might have. If you are in need of a good dealer with great staff and a variety of models for your next purchase/lease come to South Bay Ford.

After doing a lot of research, I finally zeroed in on the exact car that I wanted. Once I knew that I wanted a 2020 Aviator, I found a few dealerships in LA that had them available and started making appointments. South Bay Ford had the exact one but it was an hour drive and I decided to look closer and see what was available near my home before committing an entire afternoon. I was flexible on interior color and there were several within 5 miles of my home.I know that the market has changed in the last few years so I walked into each one knowing that it might not be the right time to purchase a car, but still hopeful! I'm not sure if it's the market or just bad luck but I walked out of every local dealership pretty disappointed.I went back to the online search and that perfect one at South Bay Ford continued to pop up. I decided that it was worth a trek and called the dealership. Within the hour, Martin had called me and set up an appointment to meet the following day.Martin was great. He had the car ready and he was knowledgable about it, answering even my most random questions. I knew that afternoon that this was going to be my next car and we started the process.I am so incredibly happy that the other local Aviators didn't work out. I got the exact one that I wanted and the best part is that I walked out feeling great about the entire process. Martin was fantastic. I was not pressured in any way. He provided the info that I needed to make the right decision and when all was said and done, I was seconds away from actually hugging him. Buying a car isn't an easy process. There are many steps involved, transferring of funds, estimates, calculations, test drives, etc. It's a lot and once you've made the decision to buy something, you can only hope that you have a salesperson that you can trust and a dealership that stands by their products. I feel very good about buying through South Bay and have even recommended them to friends and family who typically shop locally in our area.I definitely recommend this dealership and if you can, work with Martin! He's incredible and has redefined the car buying experience for me.

Martin Gil was the perfect salesman for my wife and I. Im lost for words, I can t hesitate to call Martin and Gavino when I need a personal truck or van for work. Today I ve been blessed to get a new raptor for the second time and like always best customer service by far been searching for this specific truck and Martin and Gavin didn t hesitate just like the first time I met them there quality service and attention to detail made it speedy and fast to squire my once again dream truck I should state this is my second raptor and I will come back for more thanks Ford, and special thanks to Martin and Gavino for teaming up once again and never disappointing bless you guys

I took my truck in for service and my service advisor, Frank, did an excellent job in getting my truck repaired and back to me as quick as possible. The place was well organized and all of the staff were very friendly. I will definitely be returning to South Bay Ford, if my truck needs any repairs in the future!

I had the best experience buying my car here! The first time I bought my Explorer in 2021 Mark has always checked in to make sure everything was good with my purchase! It s because of people like mark that I came back to purchase my 2024 mustangHe introduced me to Andy and Chris where they introduced me to several options and made the sale smooth! Thanks to all 3 of them for making this purchase happen!Great job to the GM for hiring people like them!

We just leased a Ford Escape PHEV from here. Vahag was great and very easy to work with. He was communicative and responsive via email when I reached out to see the car and needed to arrange a test drive. He was helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle during the test drive. He was very honest and straightforward and not pushy or smarmy like the salespeople at another dealership we went to right before, so we felt very comfortable with him. We appreciated that the dealership doesn't mark up the MRSP or add on unnecessary things to the vehicles that cost thousands of dollars, like the other dealership did. We really like our car!

My car has probably spent a total of 3 months here (at no fault of the dealership) and Row takes such good care of managing expectations, keeping me informed and just being nice! While I try to only correspond with Row, I have had to work with other people. It s a little hit and miss with great customer service but the good outweigh the bad and Row is just the best so I keep coming here!My review was a little worse previously, but the manager called me and I was really impressed with his commitment to providing good service and helping his team grow and be better. Good management starts at the top!!

By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. South Bay Ford gained a life long customer this weekend. Leandro Cordeiro went above and beyond any expectation I could have had. He is extremely easy to talk to and very genuine when it came to finding the right truck to suit our needs. I've never experienced a dealership sales team that truly cares this much about customer satisfaction during and after the sale. Their sales manager and the owner both stepped up big time throughout the process and I cannot thank them enough. We now have a beautiful F-150 in the driveway that is going to serve myself as well as my business VERY well. Thank you South Bay Ford for going the extra mile for us, I definitely look forward to our next car buying experience with them.

I recently purchased a 2024 Ford Bronco at a dealership over 80 miles away from my house so any aftermarket work/installs would have to be done closer to home. I purchased a trailer tow kit online but needed to have a dealer install due to FORSCAN requirements and it was a little over my head. The dealer I usually have my Fords serviced at is located just 2 miles from my house said they would charge me 5 x what Mike Pendleton (Service Manager) at South Bay Ford/Lincoln ended up charging. So, I drove to South Bay Ford instead of the one 5 minutes from my house. I met with Row (service advisor) at 8am and I was out of there in ONE HOUR. Again, the cost was one fifth of what the Torrance dealership quoted.Row is an excellent service advisor and kept me informed the whole HOUR I was there. Mike Pendleton, the service manager, was very responsive via email and phone the week prior. They have earned my business for all our Fords, even though I must drive 20 minutes further.Thank you and I will see you soon with more aftermarket installs.
