Mike and his team were very helpful .These guys are knowledgeable and Professional.Took my corvette to them for a body workI was concerned since it's Long Beach red metallic was worried it might not match but looks like nothing happened Mike got the work done on my car, and detailed. He also paint corrected the rest of my carlooks amazing He goes above and beyond for their customers, Great service highly recommend. Hard to find a good shop now in DaysService: Painting

Great service down at South Bay Auto Collision. From the office staff to the repair team everybody was professional, friendly and attentive. Fernando is awesome. I ve been here several times for both my car and my wife s car and the repair work has been emaculate every time. The vehicles were not only repaired on time but came back looking better than new. I ve been to numerous other autobody shops over the years but they don t compare to SBAC. Their attention to detail and sense of pride in their work says it all. Great job!

I visited Fernando on 3/25/24, for an Interior repair on my BMW X6 . Not only were they fast and completed the job perfectly, they were very friendly and professional. I would recommend anyone to this shop . THANKS AGAIN FERNANDO!!!!!!

Amazing experience. Fernando and his team were professional, honest and friendly. They worked so quickly to make sure I got my car back before the holidays and my car looks amazing. I know if I tried to go anywhere else, it would have taken twice as long. Super grateful for this team.

I ve brought in my Audi for repair . And this was the best experience I ve had dealing with any body shop . Fernando was honest about pricing, repair expectations and gave a reasonable ETA. They are the REAL DEAL. Thank you guys again !

a few days ago someone scratched my bumper, I thought I needed to paint the entire bumper, I came to the guys for an estimate. but they said it could be polished. I am grateful to these guys for their honesty and fair price. definitely recommend them. Thank you

I bought my 2019 Infiniti Q50To South Bay auto. I had bad front end damage to my bumper. Not only did I have bad scratches along the bottom end , middle and sides of the bumper , my lights along part of the grill was TERRIBLE! I bought my car in on a Monday around 5pm right before they closed and I got a call within one week saying my car was ready. I was a littleNervous because I thought that was too fast and there s no way my car would be ready done correctly that fast. I was wrong. My car was ready , and looked like a brand new vehicle. Not to mention both times they waited for my arrival . Customer service was amazing from start to finish. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here! I ll never go anywhere else. Bought in my 4Dr Mercedes Benz to replace a damaged passenger side door and back panel repair. They had my car about 2 weeks and did a fantastic job! My car looked like new, the paint was matched perfectly and they were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Action speaks louder than words. I've over heard a conversation in the office at south bay auto collision when I turned in my impala to get repaired and the gentleman was on the phone with a client. The client was asking something in the effect of" when is my car going to be done?" And the gentleman said something like it takes time to make sure your car is safe and done the right way. COOL! I thought "I'm at the right place". My 2017 blk impala was in there shop for six weeks and I've waited and not once, I've complained or called bc I thought I was getting quality work done. NOPE WRONG! Instead what they did to my car was...first, i went to pick up my car when it was done and they parked it on the sidewalk behind the building (which I thought was weird but whatever) in the shade so you cannot notice the bad job they've done.My car roof is faded, the hood is faded and the black paint they used was not the factory paint, it's duller, so they buffed my whole car to match the non factory black paint and now I'm stuck with swirl marks all over my impala in attempt to "color match" their black paint. The damage they repaired was beautiful at first glance (bc they parked it in deep shade) and i started to notice all the imperfections in the sun when I gave my impala her first wash. The damaged area was not sanded properly and left painted over scratch marks. Also, they've taken all my rubber floor mats including trunk mat. I've called them about my missing mats and they've never called me back. I'm a firm believer of getting the job done right the first time. I highly do not recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Friendly staff, as soon as I drove in a body man guided me to the office. Fernando is the best. He clarified any questions I had in regards to my vehicle. I highly recommend this shop.

Had to replace the front bumper after a small accident and they did an amazing job! They worked with insurance to make it very easy on the customer s end, and took their time to do a very good job with reconstruction and paint matching. The inside of my car was also cleaned incredibly well. Would recommend this shop to anybody in the LA area- Chris and Rosemary are the best!

Thank you South Bay! Truly life savers! They were very professional from start to finish. They were very friendly and made me and my son feel like family. My car looks better than when I purchased it from the dealer. I was involved in a head on collision and after the accident my vehicle looked hideous but after being recommended to South Bay and them working their magic my car looks good as new. And they even gave me free towing to the facility. Thanks a million South Bay you have my business for life!

I brought my BMW here. After a road trip I had all kinds of front end paint chips and dents all over my front bumper. It was very ugly and I did not want to be seen driving such a nice car in such bad condition. I called up this place and a few others and I got the lowest phone quote here. Naturally this is where I took my business. The owner greeted me and complimented my car and told me he is a BMW enthusiast as well. I knew at that point that I was in great hands! Long story short, my cars front bumper was painted and color matched perfectly. Can t even tell that I had it touched up! Best body shop ever!

From the moment they picked up my call, to the moment I got the keys back to my car, I was comfortable, well attended and overall taken care of from start to finish. My car was vandalized and dropped on bricks when my wheels were stolen. There was a ton of damage underneath and some body damage done to the exterior of the car. This incident made me worried about my future safety while driving the car but thankfully the guys at South Bay took care of me! The car came out great and it was done rather quick making this inconvenience simple and easy for me. Don't hesitate to come to them! They have my approval here on out.

Called for an estimate and some guy named Chad pretty much told me to go somewhere else. The reason being I believe was because my car is an older model. Anyways, he told me that he can't do a repair of a small bent hood for less than 10K. That's crazy!
