Richard and Pancho are awesome. I do want to say something about being a rider and of course an owner to a motorcycle. I never understood why any shop would charge so much for something as simple as an oil change until I tried doing the work my self. Every bike is designed differently which means the amount of time to take the bike apart and put it back together will varied. I've had so many incidents where I pull up to a motorcycle shop and they have turned me down because they are extremely busy and I understand. I will not automatically leave a bad review for any shop. A busy business means their work must be good. I love richards shop Because I can call anyday and he tries his best to squeeze me in with his busy schedule. Be smart plan ahead of time so you can get your services done correctly. A fast job doesn't mean it is done correctly. Safety first. Also I feel that the prices at richards shop are reasonable. Every other shop I have gone to charges at least $95-$116 dollars per labor hours aside from the actual parts. Also we all as riders should already know that we have to have money available for all motorcycle repairs. I feel that if we don't have the money I wouldn't even bother taking it to any shop until I save up to get the proper maintenance. Again this is all my personal opinion. But I do love richards shop and I will definitely recommend him to any rider that I know. Have a great day everyone.

Excellent communication with people, but this person s work is terrible and the person does not want to correct his mistakes

Wanted to charge me for his mistake. There was a water in my gas tank so he so "fixed it" then after gas started leaking. I was far from his shop so I had to quick check. The whole gas tank bottom seal was not put back together well , he put the seal outside it's pocket so seal got squeezed between and broke (check pictures) So I asked him to fixed it. He said he won't do it for free. He did open this part to take out the water so yes it is his mistake for not putting back things together correct. And he wanted to charge me to fix his mistake.

Got charged for his mistake buying a bad stator. Had to wait 2 months to get my bike from a rotor assembly and stator. Paid him 1000$ for thisTold me bike was good but wouldn't star need battery. I bought a battery still didn't work. Had to tow bike backCost me 420$ for a tow Richard didn't care. He never fixed rear cables like he promised to take care of. Then charged me another 250$ after he said he would give me a discount.

Really cool shop.I dropped by today to get some tires installed on my sport bike and they got me sorted out quickly and easily.Their price estimate on the phone matched what I was eventually asked to pay and their price was significantly cheaper than any of the other "major" shops in the area.I wouldn't hesitate to go here again. These dudes were awesome. Thanks again, guys!

Charges me $40 to patch a tire with a nail. He says its $25 for the tube which should make it $65(a high price as it is). Then he says it's $75 total so he then wants to charge $35 for a tube. The dealer sells the same tube for $18. And he wont do the job unless you buy the tube from him. Also charges $200 just to look at your bike even if you know what's wrong with it. Not even the Ducati dealer charges me to look at my bike. I've heard nothing but horror stories from people dealing with them. They are super rude, condeceinding and careless. Just look at the way they treat the bikes on their lot. It looks like a junkyard.

I came in to get tires changed, chain lubed and tightened, and an oil change. They were extremely professional and affordable! They were far below the average asking price of other shops in the area. I arrived at 12:30 and had my bike ready by 1:30. I will definitely come back for my other motorcycle needs.

I notice that people who post good things come here for small jobs. I paid 800 for a tune up and a fuel injector. He charged me around 550 for labor. He did not install an air filter and did not clean my valves as promised. Most of all I paid him 800 to get my bike to stop stalling and it still is. Had he told me before hand that he would do a basic tune up and install a fuel injector, I would not have given him the time of day. He did not even save my old parts so I had to take his word for "what he did"

It is not flashy, instead it relies on experienced personnel who are helpful, honest and hardworking. It opens up at 7 am, to me that not only shows the character of the owner but also means I can come here and get to the daily meeting on time.Highly recommended, good honest friendly people are hard to find. Not only do you get out of trouble but enjoy the process too

My '06 Suzuki Kat got a stripped spark plug hole thread, helicoil or timeset were the easiest and cheapest solution to the bike problem but also somewhat difficult and possibly dangerous to bike's engine if you don't know what you're doing. Although for the most part I work on my own bikes, didn't feel comfortable doing this fix. I called RICHARD'S and explained my issue, right away he asure me not to worry and he will personally perform the job on my bike, I asked how long he'll take to finish and told me it was a matter of a few hours, not days like other shady shops around town, so I made an appointment, took the bike in on Thursday late afternoon and by 10A.M the next day bike was ready to roll. I picked up bike on friday and been riding it with no issues what so ever, I asked Richard how long the fix would last and he replied with a sincere smile "the fix is permanent and as long as you don't over tight spark plug it should be fine for many years to come." Job was done very professionally, fast and at a good, reasonable price!!.. Have it for sure that Richard got a costumer for life and I finally found a bike shop that is trustworthy, professional, fast working, honest and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this shop!!. So if you are and avid rider like myself and need some work done on your ride, stop looking around town for a decent shop, Give Richard a call, most likely you'll end up with a running bike and writing a good review for this local, small shop... take it from me I've been riding for over 15 years and no shop comes even close to Richard's in every aspect!!..

Richard is great with old bikes. He's upfront about what the problem is and how serious. He insists on OEM parts, which can be expensive, but it's best. Usually very fast. A bit expensive but he backs all his work and he does things right.

Great service. You can tell they are hardworking guys who know their stuff. Baught my bike used and these guys fixed it up. My only suggestion is to be a bit more diligent in documenting the work you do. Hand recipts make it hard to discern what work was done.

This man is a liar. He had my bike for one month. gives it back with missing bolts and charged me with a 'new' regulator guess what he did.. he painted the old one black and told me it brand new. my buddy works for him and told me himself he mistreated my bike. I will be calling the police. the app doesn't allow me to upload pictures but i will soon update it. Posted some pictures on the stuff he lied to me about my motorcycle.

He gave me my 08 cbr600rr back without completly doing what was paid for also he gave it back throwing a code and I had to tell them what the code was for also I think they put car antifreeze in my bike it started running hotter by almost 20 on street highway saw no difference really nice people but if you pay for something it should get done and done right

Takes entirely to long to work on your bike and seems careless with it. Damage to the plastics and missing screws.
