I came in for first time to service my Mach E. I had made an appointment for 7am and thought I would be helped by first available advisor. Turns out the appointment website put Terrance as my advisor and he was not there on time and was told I would have to wait until I arrived. I asked if another advisor can help me and the response was that my appointment was with Terry and that I had to wait. I said my appointment is at 7am and not whenever Terry decides to show up. This was followed by a response that next time I should not make an appointment and to just show up.Very unprofessional experience. Since mylar is an EV I have no choice but to come here I guess. Hopefully next time the people here are more helpful than argumentative.

Updates on this location1) no more car wash with "The Works" oil change service. Other locations offer this with the package.2)It says 45 mins or free. I came to the location at 7:15AM and been told that the wait time is over 2 hours.3) Giving 2 stars because of their cafe and $5 voucher. Yes, no free coffee or tea..UPDATE:Service Advisor Row Ratti did not give me the paper work for the services done to my car. Saying that it is free since they did not honor their promised timeframe and kept my car outside of the service area for 2 hours without touching it. i was able to leave the service after 3 hours.Row told me that he will email me the paperwork for service record. So, that I can keep a service records. Two weeks passed and he did not do what he told. I've sent him an email on 5/8 and today is the 16th.. Still no response to my email.. Not only you will be ignored in the service area, but also this will follow you when you try to follow-up on a promise via email.I've never had such a bad experience from an authorized service.

I had a coupon for a free oil change and it was really fast. Everyone who works here are really nice and friendly. They even give you free breakfast or lunch here. Steve Lopez was so helpful. For now on I will be coming back here

I always take my Ford to quick lane. My point of contact is Frank he has great customer service and gets me in there and calls me when my car is ready. They also will give you a ride home and while they work on your car and they will pick you up when it s time to get your car.

Quick service, faster than I expected actually, and I didn't even have an appointment. A little disappointed that the snack bar had already closed (usually get a voucher for while you wait) and it wasn't quite 2pm but oh well.

Went for a routing check up at 8am, I was out before 9am. Recommend this place for any routine or major repairs.
