The cashier ( Mr Ashfaq ) is really strict on discount. Even the service is not that great but as a cultural and ethical way we goes to get the service.I will not suggest anyone this place.

Not cooperative.I went to them for rear brake change. They made me wait for 3 hours and charged too much for that And the brake still makes noise i went to them again waited another 2 hours they put the new brakes and charged me labour again which is not fair.

I was here few days ago to fix my car one of my friend referred to this people 1st of all the guy the owner not the old guy other one has a attitude he didn't do any thing for my car just opened my front hood and just checked my spark plugs and charged me money neither they didn't change it this kind of money they will not hold long time it will go in the ways bad Karma..

I called on a saturday with bumper issues, some of the plates had fallen off below my car. The mechanic took me right away and he was incredibly helpful. They are new in the area, and he did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this shop.

Liars, cheaters and fraud people. They took money for new parts but put used parts. And their work ethics is very bad and poor

I have been very impressed with the quality of service from Horizon Auto. I received a very competitive quote to have all my brakes and shocks/struts replaced on my 2006 Acura TSX from Bill. During the repair they found a couple other related issues that needed to be addressed. While this was unexpected, I had a solid impression that Bill and Heath had my best interest in mind. A couple months after the repairs, I had some questions and concerns related to the work they had done. They took the time and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the work they ve done. The customer service is far above what the norm these days has become. Although, I live in Dallas, I will be taking all of my family s vehicles to Horizon Auto from now on.

They did a hell of a job painting and fixing the body damage on my car. It looks brand new. They even cleaned the oxidation on my headlights and the price was reasonable. I would recommend this body shop to anyone looking for quality body work.

WORST PLACE EVER! My car has been there for about two weeks. It was supposed to take ONE week.. Four days after it was dropped off I went to check up on it and nothing was done.. I then thought it was mabe because they hadnt received the parts. I was then told it would be done Wednesday , wednesday came and my car was still not finished. And was told to go back friday.Then on friday I was told it was ready, we go pick it up... And the bumber was not painted, theyre excuse was that the guy who worked on it made a mistake. UNPROFESSIONAL thankfully my father had an extra car just imagine he didnt and that i rented a rental car.. Like I said UNPROFESSIONAL. Then on friday i was told it was going to be done Saturday. On saturday (today) we called to see if we can pick it up and i was then told monday. These people are NOT business people. Like a month ago i took another car to a different shop. I was told FOUR days and in FOUR days it was finished. They obviously don't care about their customers, and i dont plan on EVER coming back to this place. HONESTY IS KEY. They could have just said an extra week instead of getting my hopes up multiple times. I will GLADLY take my business else where. Ps this is the first review ive ever done. Thats how irritated i am at this point after coming home to no car ONCE AGAIN.
