Omar was very helpful and they took care of exactly what I need. I went in because I was having trouble installing my aftermarket head unit (radio) in my honda civic. I called them and they told me they could do it no hesitation. One of the other guys offered to do essentially a paint correction and it looked amazing so not only did they finish installing and finding the problem with my head unit but i left with a brand new looking beautiful honda civic! Price is good for what they do. Would recommend for sure. Friendly and get the work done.

These people are unethical and treat normal customers extremely poorly. I went there for an audio system and car detailing and they ripped me off and then tried to throw it in my face that they didn t do the job correctly. Sad times, I spent $700 and am very unhappy . Do not go to them or you will be disappointed. Ray and Omar both gaslit me and acted like it s no problem to disrespect me for simply coming to do business there. Ray got in my face and yelled at me and my Mom because he didn t feel like detailing the full carZ Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere!!

Service was great, nice job done after 1-2hrs. I still have my receipt as a proof. No problem with tint in my previous car that I owned for 12yrs but this one after 3 yrs makes a lot of bubbles on my back windshield. Contacted them maybe I can get discount to fix it but no one reply my multiple emails so I decided to make review here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this for window tinting.

I got all my windows on my Kia Forte tinted and had a very pleasant experience here. They did an excellent job and the customer service from Omar was great! It was very affordable and done in a timely manner. I definitely recommended this place to all my friends. Thanks Omar, Ali, & crew.

Just wanted to take the time and acknowledge Omar for his excellent customer service , and his crew for all of their hard work for putting in into my vehicle. They have great prices , kept me updated throughout the process. Decided to replace the lights on my own since it's pretty hard to see at night while driving and get brighter headlights , fog lights , even the reverse light to give it a better look. So glad I took it here through a recommendation. Not to mention , walking distance from home. Glad I stopped by. Thanks once again Omar. Really appreciate you guys.

This place is great! Omar is very knowledgeable and can provide honest recommendations. I have taken all my cars here. I've been using them for years. Recently took my new tesla and they did an outstanding job. If you need tint this is the place! They have superior quality!

I found HD CAR STEREO on Groupon where they have a special for 5 window tint for $120. I called in prior to coming and spoke to Ali who confirmed the price and even stated it was for ceramic tint. I head in on Monday morning (30 minute drive) and Ali is there. He says since my tesla model 3 is a hatchback it's going to cost me $799 for ceramic tints. I totally understand an up charge on these types of deals on $120 5 window tint of $25 $50 $75 and even $100 if my car is a hatchback but to raise the price of the service from $120 to $799 is just a false advertising bait and switch model. Such a waste of my time and my father's time who followed me in a sepearte car to take me home. Ali didn't even bother to give me a discount for the misunderstanding or try to make the deal work considering the circumstances. He was very dismissive and just walked away.

I ordered an aftermarket CarPlay for my 2014 Lexus CT200h. After struggling to get it to work, Omar helped me get one of theirs to work which historically doesn't fit my car. They were able to make it look great and improvised quite a bit. I also got new speakers from them as well. Altogether it netted out to $1,300 ($1,000 for CarPlay + install and $300 for speakers). Would go back to them in a heart beat. Top notch work and customer service.

These guys are great! Omar looked at my car, evaluated my needs and requests, gave me a reasonable quote and got to work. Danny did a great job on the installation and setup of my stereo, steering wheel controls and a clean setup in the center console. I highly recommend bringing your car here for audio work. Great price and great work!

Read the fine print. Upset I didn t read these reviews before bringing in the Groupon deal in. Didn t tell me as I was getting my Model 3 Tesla tinted that the whole back window would cost $200 extra.Understandably the Groupon is cheaper so paid extra to upgrade the tint from the price of the Groupon. Came back and half the back window was tinted. Omar was rude and told me it s all on the sheet. Didn t at anytime tell me the back window would be half tinted when I returned after two hours. Bait and switch.The Groupon is for legal tint of the windows (practically no tint) and would be their stage 1 which he told me will bubble and come off after a couple months. worthless.

I was apprehensive about going to this place because of the bad reviews but It's really close to my workplace so I went and inquired specifically about what I wanted which was a stero w/gps and backup camera. I discussed pricing with Omar before commiting so that there was no room for confusion. He offered me two different models a cheapy and a nice Alpine. I went with the Alpine. He told me they would "throw in" the back up camera. I checked online and found that pricing was pretty standard, nothing really "free" but I went for it. At the end of the day, they did the install in a timely and satisfactory manner. The new sound system is an upgrade that truly improves my ride. Conclusion: I got good service at a fair price. I guess the use of Grupons is not the way to go. IMHO consumers should not expect to find some kind of "unbelievable steal." It's kind of like a unicorn. All business are out to make $$ and if you can't understand that, you will often be disappointed.

Great job guys with doing my window tempting. I had gone to HD before to have my windows tinted my son and I, HD did an awesome job but I had moved to Riverside County and was looking for someone to do it out here but couldn't find anyone with a fair price.For My 2021 Tesla Model 3 here in Riverside they were trying to charge me $900 just for window tinting so I had to come back to HD and he was very fair considering it was a Tesla thank Guys.

Reading this comments not to waste my time seem very true I was quoted 185 for a hydunai and tesla the same amount . Compare this the prices on there board doesn't make sense . If you want returning customers dont be a LIAR , Best way to loose money .

Extremely rude business . Customer service is horrible. Pricing is flippant, not firm.. How I wish I had read other people s review prior to approaching this business.Now is your turn to avoid similar experience. Follow your gut feelings.The two guys brothers ( Omar and ..) that run this business are very rude and condescending) . I was fooled by their initial niceties, like calling you brother or friend. One person will quote you one price, the other another price.Appointments are never honored. I was asked to come back numerous times only to be disappointed and disrespected.I will stay away from this business if you value your peace of mind.

They installed a subwoofer in the back of my drivers chair and it fell two days later. They didn t even consult me on placement, that was a terrible place to mount it.

---They quote prices just to see if they can fool you----Several times I visited this store and recommended it to friends, because several products were available.However, I was extremely dissatisfied few days ago in my last visit.On my previous visit, I asked the manager or owner of the shop for a quote on a stereo problem. The price was set at $80.00. This includes parts and service. At that moment, they could not fix it because it was late.When I returned for the same service, the other owner quoted me $500.00 for a permanent fix or $250.00 for a temporary solution.I explained the previous quote from the other manager, and he said he could do it for $150.00...was a total joke to see how he throws numbers around.It was disappointing that my last visit were conducted in such an informal manner.

Omar and his team are top notch. They always have the best pricing, top quality installation and customer service above and beyond. They installed underglow and an amp/speaker combo for me and it was all far better than expected. They even went out of their way to help me fix a tint problem that was installed by someone else. They have a customer for life. What a great business.

Do not use Groupon!!!!!!You will need to schedule an appointment 1 month ahead. Read the reviews for people that try to use the coupon.When I try to use mine they told me that I had to wait 1 month for it BUT if I was in the position to upgrade my film for an extra $60 they will do it right away . I was on-site and didn't live close by so I went with the upgrade and told them that I'll be interested in ceramic tint which he proceeded with the upgrade. Tint was done pretty quick can't complain about that. So they told me not to wash the car or pull down the windows for 5 days. 10 days later I took my car for a car wash to see the end result. I am not an expert on film but seems they use the cheap version and not ceramic. Also , the tints still shows bubbles in it. I will not recommend.

Despite being told that my car stereo parts arrived, they called me two hours AFTER I dropped off the car for installation to tell me they didn't arrive after all. This isn't good customer service and unprofessional. I ordered the stereo and parts last weekend and was told it would arrive Tuesday. I called Thursday to check and they said they would arrive Friday. I showed up for installation on Saturday and they said things were fine and installation would finish in two hours. Two hours later, they called me and said the parts were arriving Monday. This is incompetent service and a hassle to deal with. Good service would've simply been told Friday that the part still didn't show up and that they'll confirm with me when it did arrive so we can do the installation. I showed up to pick up my car and requested a refund on my $250 deposit (for a total $1000 job). The salesperson resisted refunding me saying it was a special order and I replied, "I'm not paying anything when no service has been performed." Had he still refused, I would've called my credit card company to dispute the charge. So he asked his manager who immediately OK'd the refund. So two stars for refunding me, but overall, not a good, transparent experience.

I read several reviews about people having to go back a second time for this business to fix their mistakes. I had the same issue, but the experience was so awful I am not going to bother going back. Be careful when speaking to Omar. He switched the prices on me and gave me half a$$ed answers. Also told me they had 3M film, but my tints had a hint of orange. When I asked, he said they dont have 3M. They also only take cash. I'm sure they know that someone with a good credit card can get their moneh back for non-satisfaction jobs.

Omar provided me with awesome customer service. As a woman im always intimidated when going to shops, but as soon as I walked in Omar was knowledgeable, straight to the point, and provided me with the steps they were going to do when tinting my car. I immediately told him that I had a groupon, which made me nervous because I never used groupon before and thought the price was too good to be true so I was prepared to pay out of pocket, but all Omar did was scan my groupon code and I was out the door. My appointment was at 9:00am and I had my car by 9:45, super quick. The tint in the front matches with the back and im super happy with the results. I definitely recommend anyone to visit HD car stereo. Thanks again Omar.

Where may I start as a Customer since 2015, this place has not let me down! Omar and his staff have helped me with my car ever since purchasing their services, I first installed my radio, and it has never failed me. Then I tinted my windows and after 3 years they haven't pealed or any sign of wear, it has held and still looks new. I did my speakers and added an amplifier here and they gave me a great deal and my cars sound system has improved and is loud if I need it. Latest thing I installed was my alarm system and restored my paint for my car. And WOW! The car looks like it came out of the dealer and the alarm system "viper 5305v" is AMAZING. This is the only place I'll ever go. They have so many services and work with you the best they can. Hands down a reliable place, and great outstanding products/service!

I bought a Groupon- $49 for two windows. I called for appointment, was told that Groupon people were last in line. First available was one month later (today). I was surprised.I arrived on time for their first available time slot at 9:30 this morning. At 10 o clock, I was told I had to wait another half an hour. At 10:20, when I asked, I was told they might be able to get to me at 11. I had other appointments, had to leave. Certainly didn t expect to wait a minimum of 1.5 hours just to start the work.Requested rescheduling, and was told I would have to wait ANOTHER month!! When I expressed surprise that they were refusing to reschedule sooner, was told that $49 was a great price. Kind of like what did I expect. Did not consult any schedule book/screen that I could see, either. Basically just mean and dismissive. Fellows, if you don t want to do Groupon work, don t offer it. Didn t get windows tinted, felt disrespected, wasted an hour of my time.NOT RECOMMENDED.
