They were very courteous and professional from start to finish. Eva was so caring she made me feel like family. I loved how a received a weekly status about my car . When I picked up my car it was nice and clean like she just drove off the showroom floor. I would recommend FIX to everyone I know. I was advised not to wash my car for 2 weeks and today it got rained on and I hope and pray that the paint job is not ruined. A job well done and worth the wait. Their service was impeccable. I received five star service from A to Z . There was a small hiccup, but it was resolved immediately. I ve had the car out for one day, and I have already referred someone to them. If you have my experience, you won t regret it.

Poor communication got multiple text messages saying my car would be ready when it wasn t. I asked why they are sending me these text messages they stated they are just sent out automatically . Not happy with the communication when I called to ask what all is going on I was offered to have to invoice sent to me which I did take but they still couldn t explain the delay. My car looks great but their communication is horrible and specially since they had my car for two months

Very unprofessional. A two week minor repair took a month. With no real updates and follow up. You can only hear it will be ready for tomorrow and we ll give you a call whenever it s ready borre it gets old after the 8th time. Staff is friendly but unorganized. It took a month for an adjuster to finally call me and give me an actual update. If you don t need your car right away then it s a good place to go. Work was done. They just need better communication and professionalism.

Terrible experience!Not only did it take over 6 weeks to get my car back. I have to take it back to get my air conditioner fixed. Took the car in to get my bumper fixed and left with a broken AC and blindspot sensors not working. Communication is awful! One of the receptionist does try to help. However, the other one has the worst customer service ever!

Don t waste your time here! They took for ever to fix my car!! save yourself some stress,they kept changing days of pick up blaming it on parts that hasn t been arrive ed bad management I think it is the managers job to make those phone calls and making sure the part arrives on time!!! That is how they make their money using us to make profits they do it to collet the most $ amount of money from the insurance companies the longer they take the more money they make , the funny part is they don t call you to led you know it s going to take longer , I was the one calling every week !! as Latino I felt I was treated poorly neglected , ignored and discriminated I asked to speak to the manager and I was told she wouldcall me back , never did My car has some scratches that didn t have when I brought it here. Didn t even mention it I m not going to leave my car again for another month

Worst experience ever. No contact with service guy until I called on the 29th day to find out when it's ready. He said today and your car won't start (how have you been starting my car the last 29 days) we can sell you a battery for $150, can you be here by 6 or pay over the phone?.... bumper had crooked smile (told me thats what my insurance approved)... day 32 car still not repaired... never ever again

I just got my vehicle home after they had it for several weeks to fix my bumper. I have a custom wooden frame in my car that turns my car into a mini camper. I got my car home and realized that the frame had been taken out. There were things stuck under the frame, pieces of upholstery that had previously been tucked under were out, the entire frame is loose (very dangerous in the event of an accident), small pieces of wood that we wedged under the frame to reduce flex are out, and there are wooden shavings everywhere.I went back over to the facility and inquired why they took the frame out. They were being paid to fix a bumper, nothing else. The guy there swore to me over and over again that they did not need to take the frame out and that they absolutely did no take it out. How do you explain why the inside is so different now compared to when I dropped it off? All of the evidence suggests that the frame was removed. I am upset that I will now need to secure tools to do repairs to this frame, and even more upset that the staff sat there and lied to me. This suggests that they will lie about more serious things too. AVOID.Service: Body & Trim

Some masking paper and tape were left underhood; dry paint bleed still there. Still waiting for a callback for 2-week-old headlight condensation.. Nice people.Update: Still no callback, as it has been 3 weeks since my call. I'm quite surprised - for a shop to be doing business with Geico, you'd think they'd have better post-sales service. I think I'll let Geico know.

I was being helped but Eric who did nothing but waste time and say lies. Long story short they had my car there for two weeks going om 3 and then they want to call sayin they cant fix it. I was givin three different stories which i still dont know which one is true but Eric was the one who couldn t get a story straight and he was the one in contact with the insurance company. Needs new management or whatever position Eric is because he is costing paying customers time and money and for what??TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE PLEASE!!!!! Eric is in photo provided, I also had the police called on me where they investigated that no crime had taken place just the crime of my time being wasted.

My name is Md Faruk. I had a bitter experience. In my experience they are Unprofessional, Irresponsible, Unqualified, Poor customer service experienced. I repaired my Honda Crv 2014 from Fix Auto on July 7th. On July 14th I picked up my car with missing License plate. Mr. John told me as soon they find the License plate, they will call me. But after waiting 2 weeks when i called, Mr. John told me he couldn't find it. He wants me to order a new license plate through Dmv and promised me that they will pay the fee as well as he will compensate me for the inconvenience. I ordered it and after 3 weeks I received that License plate. When I took my car there, they didn't have the frame. Now another weeks waiting for the frame. During this 6 weeks, I had been stopped by the Cops couple of times. And after all inconvenience, Office manager Maria denied to pay me! They didn't pay the Dmv fee either! Is not about the money only, her attitude was Unprofessional. I had my worst customer service experience with Fix Auto.

Will never deal with them again. My grandpa took his car here and they have been wasting his time they returned the car with a lot of issues and so much dirt all over it and oil grease on leather seats. Please don't go here the service is bad and the issues are not fixed.

I took my car here for a insurance claim to get my bumper fixed after driving start it for a bit my front bumber start hanging with the screw in my bumper I took it back I get blamed for running over something if I hit something my bumper would have been messed up every thing was still in tact I spoke to Jason he has been nothing but rude to me he don't have customers service skills I left my bumper with them so they know the exact part to get and it got thrown out and he blaming me asking me why did I leave there I knew it was going to get thrown out I left my piece cause they kept acting like they needed to see my car that was My 3rd time up there even after they took pictures they still act like they didn't know what the frontbumber was so that's why I left it but he don't want to replace my piece that they thrown away but blamed me for it cause they don't want to replace my piece how ever the receptionist has been very kind and helpful

2 months and 4 attempts later my car is still not properly fixed. Also still waiting on missing parts that Fix lost and a partial reimbursement check. I found a big dent in my bumper on April 4th after being in a parking garage overnight, just before I had to return the rental car and catch a flight with my family. I thought I would see if they could help us. AND THEY WERE amazing, they were very courteous and professional, and were able to work the car in quickly and take care of us, they put one of their best technicians on it.
