If you're looking for a honest and well-versed mechanic in everything Mercedes this shop is better than any dealership in Los Angeles county. I trust them absolutely because they can do it all right the first time. Whether your MBZ is a classic, brand new or an AMG this shop can handle the repairs at a fair and reasonable price. Every customer is a priority.

Top notch repair shop specializing in Mercedes Benz. They are very reasonable and honest. Will not try to hard sell you unnecessary repairs. The work they perform is excellent and use OEM parts whenever possible. I wouldn't trust any other mechanic with my Mercedes.

Been in LA since 1980 and been to numerous mechanics from North, South, East, West. Once I walked in I knew I would like Europa is a rare business because they are organized, clean, neat, orders are extremely clear and customer service is excellent. The owner is professional and very detailed oriented. You'll be sorry if you go elsewhere - promise you.

I've driven BMWs since birth and when they are on warranty, they go to the dealership. Afterwards, straight to Tony. These are the most respectful, competent, ethical, and effective providers in this space.

I took my 2006 ML350 4Matic with a bad noise coming from the front diff, They diagnosed the cause of the problem and offered me 3 diffrent estimates based on 3 diffrent scenarios to fix it since this was a big job, and we both agreed on the best and reasonable approach to fix the problem, after the repair completion I picked up the vehicle and was highly impressed with work quality and the pleasant way they treat customers, it was not about money but more on how to gain people trust and business, These guys are awesome, honest and just plain good people.. Take your Mercedes there you will happy you did.Essam
