Bob and his crew were so extremely helpful and efficient. I took my car in around noon and he had my car done within hours, despite having to order parts. He even went past closing time to I get the job done. Seems like one of the few people in this world that genuinely wants to do right and is honest. Very kind and hard workers! 10/10 recommend coming here!

I came by Bob's because my car was making some pretty weird noises. Bob was gracious and kind and gave me a quote that far beat anyone else!Bob was able to squeeze me in same day for a full-day repair even with his very busy schedule. Bob goes above treating you like a customer; he treats you like family.As a women, I absolutely hate going to auto shops because I know many try to take advantage of me, but for the past few times I've seen Bob this hasn't been the case. There is a reason why Bob is always busy. He is the best South Bay has to offer and it truly shows with his work ethic, honesty, and humility. Thank you for your help Bob!

Bob is such an awesome man. Very honest. I took my 2018 Ford Flex for a check up and he told me everything that was wrong and what was concerning. Very honest man. Definitely recommend his services.

Bob's Auto Repair show is located right off of Rosecrans Avenue /Firmona Avenue, cannot miss their sign!I started my search using Google, Yelp, and asking neighbors abkut trustworthy mechanics. I was given a few to call, was not impressed and a couple straight out didn't trust. I contacted multiple mechanics for qoutes, and visited quite a few until I landed on Bob's Auto Repair shop.The owners name is actually Bob, and has been in business for 35 years! Bob gave me the best price for the work I needed. Total job (full radiator flush + new front new brake pads) only took a couple hours to complete!!!I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here and making Bob your go-to when ANYTHING comes up with your car!Trustworthy, dependable, fast and the most reasonable price for labor and part's you will find besides a DIY project...Thanks again BOB!!!

Bob always takes care of you and does a good job.Bob has taken on 2 large projects on my old truck and did them quickly, efficiently and was great at communicating.Well priced, tooUPDATE: Bob took my ranger in after it had failed on me on the way to work. He solved the issue relatively quickly and got it running again.

I brought my car in for an inspection and estimate for how much repairs would cost. Bob checked the car and gave me good advice for a great price. I should've stopped there but then afterwards I went to a dealership for a second opinion and they charged me thousands more just to confirm what Bob advised from the start. So in conclusion you can trust Bob, he's an honest mechanic with fair prices.

Bob replaced my Oxygen Sensor and got my engine light to stay off, honestly. He replaced both of them after I got ripped off by American Tire Depot next door, so I took it to him. He gave me my old parts back. I would have gone to him first, but I was too naive. Never again. Now I know. Bob does things legitimately. He won't scam women like me, either Nice place to get work done professionally.

I called about my leaking radiator hose. They made sure I was safe and told me what to do to not damage my car and to come in next day. I did and they saw what was going on and gave me a more than fair quote right away. I am always nervous to go to mechanics by myself because I ve had bad experiences in the past, but here that wasn t the case. GREAT prices and AMAZING customer service. I am definitely coming back to do further work on my car.

!EXCELLENT MECHANIC!Called around for a few qoutes, landed on Bob's because of the price and turn around time! Great prices compared to other local mechanics. Great turn around time. I got to watch and learn a little about what they were fixing with my car, IDK if that was ok, but Bob was cool with it.Thanks Bob!

Work up at 6 am to bring my car from Whittier to be told to keep waiting for someone to look at it when they get free. I cleared my schedule for this. What a joke .

AMAZING SERVICE! I can't say enough how pleasant the experience was dealing with Bob. Best experience with a mechanic I've EVER had. This is the second time we've used them for repairs and Bob is FRIENDLY, HONEST, and ACCOMMODATING. The first time we came in for repairs and he diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution to solve it that was less expensive than what the dealership service dept recommended. He did fast work and saved us money.He answers the phone, he's clear in his recommendations, and their pricing is VERY reasonable.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Bob is the best I d been searching high and low for a knowledgeable and reliable mechanic who knows classic cars. One of Bob s specialties is classic Mustangs. I brought in my wife s car for service and other repairs. Bob was great. Excellent communication, very knowledgeable, and extremely competitive with his rates. I felt I received a lot more value than what I actually paid for the services and repairs. I ve already recommended Bob to a few friends. Great experience! Bob the owner is hands on from my initial call, through to the final payment and pick up of my car. I drive a Fiat 500 Pop, this car can be a challenge at times to find a mechanic that is comfortable working on. He did a safety check. He is helpful, reassuring, honest and reasonable regarding pricing. As a woman, It is often difficult to find a trustworthy, honest mechanic. Bob runs a great shop where you can feel secure that you are in good hands. Bob's was also very efficient, they inspected as well as replaced my front breaks and other maintenance in only a few hours.Thank you Bob, I will be returning for future maintenance.

Bob is amazing with any auto repair and has amazed me time after time with his fantastic work on my many different cars. The dealer says $7000 and Bob says $100 for something simple. I have been going to Bob for years, like many in the South Bay, and he has truly become a friend. Thank you Bob.

Bob s is great, when he has space. More than once we haven t been able to get our car seen because his lot was too full. He should start charging people for not picking up their vehicles.

Bob was great. I brought in a clunker of a car that I purchased on craigslist, and Bob took a few hours to do a safety check up and notified me of all the issues. Fortunately I was able to return the car, so thanks to all of his honesty and good work I was able to save myself a lot of future hassle. Thank you so much Bob, take care! I highly recommend.

I normally have so much trouble with mechanics but Bob was so refreshing. He fixed everything I asked for and made me feel safe to drive my car. Seems like he is everyone's favorite mechanic. He is a busy man but makes time for everyone. I'll definitely be back. Bob is the most reliable and honest, hard worker that makes sure your vehicle is ready to go and road worthy asap. He fixed my timing belt and water pump for a more than fair price and did it in one day since I was out of town visiting family. Do yourself a favor and trust in this man's work skills. My family is taking all of their cars and trucks there now.

My car stopped suddenly and I had an idea what the problem might be. Taking it to Bob s was the best decision I made. He confirmed my car s engine was seized. He offered to help me by calling the dealers on my behalf and assured me everything would turn out fine. Sometimes it s that caring personal touch that makes choosing a local mechanic. His prices are fair but his expertise on cars is impressive. He knew what was wrong instantly when I described what I m hearing. Bob is awesome he s got a new loyal customer. Thank You Bob

I cannot say enough good things about this repair shop. The service I've received from Bob and his guys has always been amazing. Bob is very knowledgeable and is great at explaining what is wrong with my vehicle to a novice car person such as myself. I've always felt the prices were more than fair, especially for maintenance services such as oil changes and tire rotations. I'm originally from AZ and I thought taking my car to a mechanic in CA would be more expensive, because hey everything is more expensive in CA, truthfully the prices at Bob's are better than my old mechanic in AZ. Bob helped acclimate my husband and I to CA state regulations for vehicles and even recommended a good smog check place to us when we were in a pinch. I've had my brakes replaced, rotors replaced, multiple oil changes, and transmission serviced through him. My car is an old Camry, but I feel like it has many miles left on it thanks to reassurances from Bob. He's made fair suggestions for what needs replacing next and I know I won't get the quality of service I receive from him from anyone else. I live within walking distance of the shop and I am always made sure to be given a ride home and to get picked up when my vehicle needs to stay there for the day. I even called Bob when I was panicking about locking myself out of my car to see if he knew anyone who could unlock it for me. I was 39 weeks pregnant and apparently lost my mind. Bob was sincerely worried and told me to call my insurance to see if I could have someone come out for free, if not to call him back and he had a guy who could come out and help me. Bottom line, I won't take my car anywhere else and you shouldn't either.

Bob does a great job! If he's not sure what's up with your car, he'll tell you and go from there. We had just moved to the area and saw all the great reviews he has. Either he has a lot of relatives, or he's just that good. Well, I can tell you he's just that good. And a very friendly and courteous man too. I'd trust him with all my cars...

Bob is the absolute best! I've been going to him since I mined to La in 2003. He's honest, kind, efficient, good prices, and has a team of great mechanics. He never upsells like other mechanics I've experienced in the past and a only tells me what my car needs. If your looking for an awesome mechanic and overall great guy look no further!

What can I say bought my car in the day before the 4th of July and Bob was pretty busy. He ask me to bring my car later and he diagnosed my check Engine Light and give me my options. I can only say that I very happy with the service and price. I recommend Bob, for anyone that is tired of mechanics ripping us off, he is fair and will give you great service.
