I was going through an emergency. My mechanic wanted hundreds of dollars just to help me. Humberto helped me patch my car up for free. He also did a diagnostic test for me for free. And he gave me great advice.

One of my employees bought the wrong battery from autozone and when they came back to exchange it they said they didn t have the battery in stock and gave my employees a hard time regarding returning it for store credit. I would not recommend coming to this autozone if you have a return as they won t honor it.

I came to buy a battery and Alexander helped me out . He told me about all different types of batts and warranties. Explained all and even helped me installed the battery outside . I am thankful to him and whoever decided to hire him. This is what people need . ThanksUpdate ; I do have an observation towards a lady manager. While Alexander was helping me install the battery, a manager was coming into her shift . She actually stopped and told Alexander he wasn t suppose to help me install the battery because my car did not quality, whatever that meant, however, she did that in front of me. I dont think that s proper behavior from a manager, first of all, why would my car not qualify ? Second of all, if for whatever reason my car would not qualify you don t stop in the middle of the work and say this, we were almost 80% done . And not only that but the way she spoke to him was not the greatest . Also, you don t talk to an employee about not helping the customer in front of the customer. I mean who does that ? That s enough t not to come back. But I will comeback because of Alexander .

Saturday, I was in AutoZone and had a question. I looked over and I saw an AutoZone Employee. I asked for help and he came over. Turns out that he was from another store entirely. He was just picking up parts for this Hawthorne store. Still, he helped me find the right oil for my car. Thank you, Andrew.

Last night my sister and I went to auto zone, for a car battery issues. Ricardo was so nice, very helpful, and knowledgeable. In minutes he changed are battery and we were on our way, thanks again Ricardo.

They don't need your money or maybe they are too big. I know these bad experiences can't be just mine only. I went in to buy a radio fuse for my 2017 rav4 and I recieved no help. The attendant "with the biggest attitude" couldn't even point me to the fuse ejector tool. It's my second bad experience with them. Maybe attend to your customers with a smile. Charisma with technical knowledge of what you are selling will go a long way too.

Clueless manager must ve lied on his resume.I can t believe he even wanted argue. He swore up and down that the front main seal is not the same one that comes in the timing cover gasket set.I even tried pointing at the part in the picture for him and i asked you re telling me this seal is not a front main seal for the crankshaft? .. Sure enough he disagreed with me so i had to tell him to just charge me for what i asked for so i can be on my way.I opened the box in the parking lot to fit it in my backpack and wouldn t you know? CRANKSHAFT FRONT SEAL is written on the box AND is present inside.This manager truly tried to argue his point across even though HE WAS COMPLETELY WRONG. Spreading uncertainty and disinformation to Autozone customers

Hard to find replaceable batteries for my SUV after the CVS Wal-Mart my 3rd and last stop was AutoZone .I was able to buy the 4pk for $15. 2 now and 2 later.

Opened up late. Didn't have tool to check "check engine" light. Waste of time. In addition, didn't answer calls trying to find out opening time and to see if they would be able to help.

I was having issue's pulling up my warranty from autozone. Felix took the time to help me pull up the warranty. He tried different options of searching for my information and was successful. Customer Service from that young man is what will keep me going back. Thanks Felix, I appreciate your hard work and persistence.

March 20, 2023 in the afternoon one in Hawthorne I asked for cleaning materials for my car got no service. I was there for 20 minutes and still no service and I walked out. Get your act straight people. I counted at least four employees in the back and one in the front. There was at least four or five customers in the store.

This will be my main location from now on! I was greeted with friendly, attentive staff. After ordering a keychain online to be picked up at another location, and told it was out of stock by rude and inept staff, I detoured to this location in the middle of my other errands. Not only did they have the keychain that I wanted when I called, but they went so far as to set it aside for me until my arrival, instead of just directing me to it when I walked in. Consumers appreciate the efforts of those who go above and beyond for us to make our day just a little less stressful and a little more brighter than it was before. A special thanks to the young lady at this location who took the call, and the gentleman who checked me out!

Laziest freaking workers ever. Tried to buy a $200 battery and they just simply said we don t have the tools to replace that even though they have a free tool rental program. Insane. Don t go here

Don t buy anything here . They will never let you return anything w out the receipt even on the orginal packaging. They are the worst at returns not a safe place.

Very helpful staff! I needed only a small fuse for a car charger, or so I thought. The person who helped me appeared to be a manager, showed me how to seat the fuse properly, and I was on my way. Couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I'll definitely return for a purchase next time!

Customer service is excellent. They helped to find the proper model of my car and helped me to find the proper window motor regulator which I was able to install myself which saved me hundreds but it was a lot of work to figure it out! The employee also helped me to find the proper door mounting pegs for my vehicle.They also allowed me to return an item that was not the right thing for my car. I would definitely recommend them, they are super helpful. Also the window motor regulator I bought came with a life-time warranty and it was cheap to buy. :)

I went to AutoZone today in Hawthorne California to replace my battery Abdul and Malachi were awesome I haven t heard customer service like that in years they deserve a raise they made me extremely happy and they fix my radio is the small things that matter to me I would definitely go back to this location just because of those two employees thank you guys very much again give them a raise They both went above and beyond their service they didn t have to do it but I am so happy they did and smiling from ear to ear

The clerk wasn't very savvy on parts side should just cashier or something else. She didn't know what epoxy is. When I asked she thought epoxy is a person. Her reply was a loud audacious "Who?""The clerk that knew what/where it was defending her says everyone doesn't know what epoxy is!" Its on this aisle Epoxy is gasket maker. They're rude why is she here not to help but to MOCK customers at AutoZone both his&her nonsense for my gasket making needs.Vroom

I always go to but they closed down! And no signs that they are closed! I came here and they had a good selection of parts! Got a deal on oil, filter, and air filter! I was looking for a quick oil change but they had very bad reviews! I decided to do it on my own! It took me less than 30min and the SUV purrs like new very smooth! Cashier offer me that deal! Tnx guys.
