They have a great shop in space I'm sure they do great work on many types of projects however they were not able to accommodate my needs as advertised.

No BS straight to the point no frills old school honest trustworthy dependable reliable and the only place I go. Larry has been there for me every time I've had an issue. Even went as so far as to stop by my pad to help me correct my screw up. Not normal and not saying he does mobile service because he doesn't. But it gives u an idea as to what Larry's about. If you wanna bro up n compare notes on the newest motorcycle fads, this ain't your place. He's polite but to the point. You youngsters....guys just figuring out the bike life.....hipster types that wanna be "cool" may wanna stay clear. If you're lookn for the happy happy joy joy let's chat and make friends with guys you think are your new best buds because they tell you what you wanna hear.......this ain't for you. Larry is straight up. He will not screw you over with overpriced parts n labor. He also won't stroke your ego if you show up to the shop looking for an education like this goof ball below. Great shop. Great guy. Highly recommend.

I was recommended to LARRY through the Hog group and what a pleasure it was doing business. He is straight up, knowledgeable and very fair in pricing. I have sent him my M8 and my twin cam and have been satisfied every time.

I have dealt with Larry Settle twice now. The first time was when I first got my bike my wheel bearing went bad and I pulled off my front tire and brought it down to Larry who installed two new bearings in my front rim for me. I needed a special ABS bearing and a normal bearing and he knows his stuff so got what he needed and had my rim back to me in a day. The price was affordable actually since I bought this bike 8 days earlier from Pomona Valley Harley Davidson. I went ahead and sent them the bill so they paid for it. Larry obviously had to get on the phone with them and verify this so that was appreciated.My first visit essentially was free so I had him on my radar for sure.The second time that I visited his shop was yesterday. I've been driving my Harley around a lot recently and it's time for an oil change. I called up Larry and as usual he shot me a fair price and he told me to swing it by around 10:30 the next day.Life happened and I was running late so I called Larry and told him it would be more like 11 and he said no problem. See communication is key here. I am hoping to roll in, get an oil change and roll out. If I miss my slot i might get seriously delayed like I have been at other motorcycle shops so I am always on point when it comes to this stuff.I showed up at 11am and Larry took my bike and put it on the lift. I was actually scheduled to be on a conference call at the same time so I was on the phone and talking to Larry at the same time which was kind of rude.I sat there on the call for about 35 minutes and then my bike was done. Sweet!I stayed on the call, finished up with Larry and then hopped on my bike and headed back to my home office where I finally ended the call.Talk about multitasking, that was great!. I will be swinging by Larry's shop in another 5000 miles to do another oil change and give the bike a once over. Now I am ready to ride!

Awesome dude. Straightforward. Will get your bike fixed as it should be without trying to upsell you on what it doesn't need. I trust him with my bike. From an ignition module to a simple tune up. This is the place to go. Solid

If you have a Harley-Davidson and you want good affordable work done then go to Settle. The owner has been working on Harley for most of his life. California Harley-Davidson is about 2 blocks from his shop and they've been sending him customers for as long as he's been there - the Harley shop doesn't work on all years of bikes.

Went there to get a tire placed onto a rim, told him I didn't know much about bikes but I was building one because I got into UC San Diego and needed a bike for college. He began to give me prices and then kind of halfway insulted me by asking me if I knew Math to add and subtract what he was saying. He finally told me the price which would be 155 for a new tire and to place it on the rim.. He then told me I could save $75 if I ordered one and waiting till Wednesday which was two days away. On Wednesday he calls me and tells me I could come pick it up, it's done $121 so I drive over thinking there must be a mistake in the price cause it's 34 dollars less then 155 not 75 dollars savings he then tells me to my face that the last tire was 130 and this one was 75 so when I asked why there was a 55 dollar price difference with the tires and why the final price only went down 34 dollars instead of 55 dollars he tells me to leave his property... Maybe this guy does give good service but if you don't pay attention to what he says i bet he's ripping you off blind every time and lying to your face

I called and asked for an oil change, first question he asked is "do I want synthetic or regular oil" I said "I want synthetic and I would bring in my own oil and filter. He then asked "why did I want to provide my own oil and filter?"My response to him was "I just want to make sure good oil goes into my engine" his immediate response was "it sounds to me like you have a problem trusting people" after that he says he's backed up for the next 3 weeks. Why ask what oil did I want if you were backed up?? Pretty stupid dont ya think? Don't waste time and let people know you're backed up.

The place is a scam. I took my Harley in because it was miss firing. He rebuilt the carb and it still had the same problem. Later I figured it out on my own, a loose spark plug wire. I could have saved a lot of money by not going to an "expert"!
