Update: I had a good experience the first time around but was surprised at the lack of professionalism and communication this time. I made an appointment for a Saturday, called Andrew the day before only to find out it was canceled. I scheduled an appointment for the following Saturday. Andrew asked me to come in at 7am, I called at 6:30am and was told 9am was better for him. Called again at 8:30am and was told they weren t going to able to do the work because they were too busy. That s two cancellations in a row, both last minute. Clearly Andrew doesn t value his customers time. I was trying to support small businesses but would rather go with the competition moving forward. At least I know with these larger companies my time is valued and appreciated plus I ll get a warranty. Who knows how long this business will open with the way things are ran. Needless to say, I will not be doing business with Off Road Express again.
