I used to work across the street in the previous dental office. Was Midas that I used to take my car to. After they moved out, LexService moved in, and I m happy for the change, because I m coming now to LexService. Very professional, trustworthy, quality job and very friendly. They always try to accommodate you with the appointment and service. Steve is very knowledgeable , respectful and Paul is doing very good job at the front office, his smile says everything. Thank you guys for everything

We brought our Lexus to a dealership service department for regular maintenance and were advised that brake actuator and boaster replacements were needed. We have been using Lexus dealer service department for years because this is our second one but decided to get a second opinion. Our car has only 68k miles without obvious brake problem and the brake light on the dashboard wasn t on and the cost quoted was about 5K . Paul was very nice and we informed him to do the repair if necessary and our car was checked and even test drove. We were pleasantly surprised when they told us that there was NO BRAKE PROBLEM and to return in 6 months for regular maintenance. Our family will be their customers for life !

Have a great reputation but are a terrible company. They say that they offer free estimates so I brought my Lexus in to get an estimate on Transmission replacement. Upon arrival, I was told I would be charged $80 for the diagnostic even though I already knew exactly what the problem was and just wanted an estimate for replacement. After painfully agreeing to the diagnostic fee, they called me and told me that I would have to replace the transmission and he would contact the supplier to see when he could get one. He wanted to charge $5000+ total including labor. After weeks of calling the guy who works at the front, I was told that the transmission was on backorder and wouldn't be able to get one for a couple months. I was charged a diagnostic fee for something that they can't even fix. Time and Money completely wasted.

This is my go-to place for maintenance and repairs of our vehicles. Steve and Paul are the best. I ve been going there for 19 years and I trust LexService to do a great job at a relatively reasonable price. They have maintained our 20+ years cars almost since they were new and they are still running like new. You can t beat that.

Lex Service is the absolute best! I used to go to the Lexus Dealership and decided to try Lex Service. It s been 5 years later and I am a loyal client. I will not let any other mechanics even touch my Lexus! They have reasonable pricing and always take great care of me. Thank you so much Paul & Steve!

Timely, accurate, professional and trustworthy. No upsell or up charges. They don t fix what s not broken. They complete a thorough inspection of your vehicle, any current and potential problems. They are experts with Japanese vehicles and they have a loaner car! I was car shopping and took two of my potential buys to Lex to check them out. The staff was great and got the cars in and out while I ran errands. They were honest and had fair prices. I would even recommend my family to them. Nice to see good customer service, it actually very rare nowadays!

My mom had taken her car to be serviced at the dealership & they found numerous items that needed attention, she shopped around & found Lex services had reasonable rates. We took her Lexus in for a vehicle inspection. They were busy at 1st and seemed to not be attentive however that didn't last for long (plus we were 25mins early). Her service advisor Paul was able to take us early, was professional, attentive, & throughly showed & explained to us what was needed & not needed. His honesty is greatly appreciated as he couldve easily agreed with the paperwork from the dealer & taken my mothers money. He explained that they prefer to do their own inspection & not just go off paperwork received from another place (which i ddnt quite understand, but now I Totally get it). Overall the experience was pleasant, needless to say she will be returning & we do recommend Lex Service for your vehicle needs. Thanks again Paul.

Steve and Paul are exceptional! Not only are their prices very reasonable, but they explained everything to me in detail. I brought my Toyota Camry in for new brakes all around and Paul told me the front brakes still had at least 20k-30k left on them and they're fine. They did a great job on the rear brakes and in just two hours. I took my car to them mainly because they use genuine Toyota parts unlike other shops I called. I would highly recommend them to anyone not only for their prices, but also their honesty.

Took my car here, they didn't want to give me the time of day & right away wanted me to go to the dealership. They didn't offer any diagnostic & we're not interested in helping me period. Luckily I found a better mechnic, and got my issues fixed in no time. I wouldn't recommend Lexservice to anyone with a beating heart.

I've been going here for years. They are way cheaper than the dealerships and they don't try to get you to pay for repairs your car doesn't really need like the dealerships. They are dependable and do good work. The owner Steve, along with his workers, has a ton of experience. The only drawback is they can be busy at times, so call ahead to schedule an appointment. The office manager, Paul, is very helpful.

My service started out great there in 2018, until I kept having to bring my 02 GS 300 to Paul, spent afew or more grand! on something in the coils they was saying was bad everytime l left in it check engine light come on and running bad on my way home like 1-4 times. I Calls, bring it back tomorrow I m, paying still.. the car been sitting since purchased, a bottle of Rislone for complete fuel system cleaner. Just, on the 11th put it in, running like it supposed too. Lexservice, just straight up told me we don t know what s wrong with it. Took, it to another mechanic take it to dealership 1bottle on a half tank of gas. Didn t, offer me a dime!!! back of my money. My, daughter was crushed spending all that money supposed to be the kings of Lexus. Misfires 1,3,5 are gone. $22.99 mechanic in a bottle.

I ve always been paranoid when I get any of my cars worked on, because I think I m getting ripped off. I have never felt that way at here. The staff is really helpful, honest and they go out of their way to explain everything and keep communication open. I have an older hybrid and they have taken the greatest care of me from the very first time I brought the old thing in. I've been a customer for five and a half years. These guys are nothing short of phenomenal. They keep your vehicle running great year after year. I know. Our vehicle is over twenty years old, and despite its age runs great, a credit to Lex Service in Harbor City, CA.

Quality service. Look no further. I've been coming to Lex Service for a few years now. I won't take my car anywhere else. The office is clean and they provide free wi-fi. Mr. Paul and the staff are friendly and honest. My car was badly in need of tires in addition to needing servicing. They could've taken my money, but instead put my safety and the safety of others first. The team is efficient and work with the utmost integrity, they never try and sell me anything unneeded. Give the a call.

Simply said, I trust this business. My old Lexus-alternative repair shop simply gave me a tune up. Lexservice treats your Lexus as you would, if you knew how. They look at the whole car, spot and warn you about upcoming issues. They are knowledgeable, kind, courteous and they know you by name!!! They have a loaner car. They supply cookies and TV if your repair time is short. They even pet my dog!Although my review sounds very personal and that I care about treatment, believe me, I go for the expertise and ability to communicate.

I have been a customer of Lexservice for a few years and usually happy with their service. A couple of days ago I was told I need new rear brakes now and front brakes soon. It's been 3 years and 17,000 miles since they had installed new brakes. When I questioned why my brakes needed replacing after only 17,000 miles, I was told I must be hard on brakes. I'm not a two-foot driver and not hard on my brakes. I took my Lexus to another shop where my wife has her car serviced and had them inspect my brakes. They told me the front and rear brakes are only 30% used and I should get another 3 years out of them. When I questioned Steve why the difference, he said his mechanic must have made a mistake in his measurements. But brake pad measurements are taken during every service and they were consistently wrong for the last 3 years. They have lost my trust and my business.

II would like to thank steve for excellent customer service again. I was pulled over last night by the sherrifs for my passenger tail light being out. I emailed Lex Service and Steve emailed me back early at 6am in the morning. I went on my lunch break thinking I would have to leave my car to be service and I was surprised by the blessing of Steve to change my light for me free. What a blessing from God.
