If I could give a negative review I would!I originally purcchased my car on 3/29/23. I paid the down payment, signed paperwork and went back the next day to pick up the car after I was told the car would be maintenanced for tires, tuneup oil and washed. Well that never happened. I made repairs myself and all of the repairs made were precursors to the turbo going out. Sufi agreed to pay half of the turbo repair, he then reneged on it, made additional repairs without my knowledge. The car had been sitting in my driveway for 45 days Ihad to upgrade my AAA to have the car towed to him for the turbo repair as he refused to pay a tow truck himself. Well, now he is mad that I refuse to pay the additional repairs that were not approved. He is greedy, cheap, and his mechanic rigs parts on the car to make them work. Oh, by the way, he also claims the payments are higher than the actual sales contract! He likes cash and not checks. The communication is horrible amongst the staff.Attached is a picture of the Coil with a blue rubber piece added to it. I am sure that this was done by his mechanic.

After a slow process, YVETTE the best at costumer service Stepped in and Helped solve the initial Problems that I had. 2 stars for cars4less without YVETTE 4 to 5 stars with YVETTE. Got an amazing deal from the owner Sufi!!! I couldn't get financed because of my bad credit and got turned down by 5 different lenders. Fortunately he did an in house finance out of the kindness of his heart!!! He gave me a chance and trusted me to make good on our agreement!!! THANK YOU SUFI!!! I LOVE CARS4LESS HARBOR cITY

I came upon Sufi by accident... I'll explain. There is another sham "dealer" 3 miles away that my wife and I took an uber to. When we got there, it was just office buildings, so I called Cars4less. Came to find out it was a different place altogether. After quickly realizing the place we were at was a shady operation, we figured we we're close by, so let's go take a look.Couldn't have made a better choice!!I sell RV'S, and I was so impressed with Sufi's demeanor and his white gloves approach to building a relationship with his customers, which it's exactly how I approach my business, I would be a fool to not do business with him. He is very up front, honest, and has many avenues for putting a deal together that fits the customer's budget comfortably. I was not looking for another Cadillac, as our previous 5 cars were Cadillacs, but we wound up buying a Cadillac from Sufi and we are very happy with it and WILL definitely buy another car for my wife from Sufi very soon!

I happened upon the treasure CARS4LESS in Harbor City by chance after a disappointing experience from the nearby SHIFT who though asked if they had any add ons, which they denied, added a $2500 service charge to the bill. This being the third time add ons from 2500-4500 were tacked on when buying, my son who was purchasing and I had had enough. Let me see what else is around here I told my son. A quick google search revealed this gem CARS4LESS. After reading all the great reviews- and now adding another, we headed right over. Just a FYI the lot is in back and to your left behind a large building s parking lot so keep driving left to you see it. So so worth the trip. The owner Sufi ( as others have attested) treats his customers like long time friends and has the highest of integrity standards. The car my son purchased needed a wash ( parking lot is gravel so cars will be dusty but absolute bargains!! ) When Sufi was having the car detailed ( included in the price) he noticed a door was faded. At HIS expense he had it painted as he knew we hadn t seen it and he said it needed it. As I said integrity in spades! You can trust Sufi to both stand behind his cars to a very satisfying purchase and he has a large selection of previously owned vehicles at fantastic prices- NO ADD ONS HERE. If you are looking for a great buy and great service- make the trip and take a look and you too will find yourself wanting to share this great find with others.

This is a great place to get a car Jojo has the right people working for him, they give u great deals on thier cars Sufi is very nice n helpful my experience overall was great And on top of it they give loaner cars what s not to love about this place .

Sufi is the absolute BEST ! Very Professional & hands on. Great customer Service. Friendly and Patient. Put me in one of the best cars I have had. My car Runs and Drives Smooth, no Problems what so ever. Sufi and Chandru are two very reliable people and their Staff is amazing and kind hearted. Definitely Recommending Cars 4 Less to ALL my friends and Family !

I came to Sufi with just questions about a car that was not really my first choose but it was fuel efficient. I came out of there with my dream. Are that I never thought I could get and it is as good as new! He worked with me and made sure the car was exactly what I was looking for. Even after I purchased my car, Sufi went out of his way to follow up and make sure she was running as needed. I would recommend Sufi to anyone who is looking for a car and needs someone who is experience and knowledgeable in this car industry. He is much more than a salesman, Sufi is a responsible caring business man who takes care of anyone he works with. I am forever grateful for the amazing car he got me!

I financed a 2011 Hyundai Sonata, and my credit is badddd! But Carz 4 Less and their team were still able to get me driving that same day with no hassle. They really care and help you out . Felt like family. Most definitely recommend this place going onto a month with my vehicle and is been amazing. Will be back with family and friends thank you.

I have had a lot of experiences with car dealership but this is by far the greatest. I can say that Sufi and the staff of CARS4LESS are a God send and an answer to a prayer. You might not have all that you need to purchase a car but they will accommodate you and show you such favor. My experience has been so wonderful I keep coming back, this is my 3rd car purchase from CARS4LESS! Thank you and may God smile upon your business. They come highly recommended from me and my family.

There are not many of these places left, especially in the used car world. These guys are honest and there to help. I explained my situation and they got me in a great car at super fair price. A ran into an issue with the car in the first few weeks of owning it, called them, and they fixed everything for free. They take pride in their work and stick to their word. Truly can not say thanks enough to Cars4Less. Forrest is the man! Thank you

This has been the best car buying experience ever! Sufi and his whole team have been amazing and worked with me every step of the way. I have a beautiful 2013 Honda Civic now that runs like new and I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend this company to everyone!

BEST PREOWNED DEALERSHIP!!!!! Sufi is the most understanding a helpful car dealer I have ever met. He gave my dad and I a sweetheart deal on my Cadillac CTS and it has been running amazing for the past 9 months with no problems. I also live stress free knowing he will fix it if it does start having problems. there's no shady business here and he truly cares about his costumers. when I had a flat tire he picked me up and towed my car to a nearby tire shop. I absolutely appreciate the heck out of Sufi and his crew and I respect his honesty and good morals. BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE!!!

My husband Joseph, was in need of a good reliable car. He was specifically looking into buying an older lincoln. We found it here. My husband called and spoke with Sufi the owner and explained our situation. He was very understanding and worked with us without any hesitation. We drove 3 hrs from where we live to view the car. He test drove it and fell in love with it. We took the car home and it drove like a champ the 3 he drive home. Thank you Sufi for everything! I would highly recommend buying a car here.!

I want to say that i am a very happy customer, i bought my car over three weeks ago and its doing great, Sufi the owner is a very nice man and he works with you, as long as he can tell your a good person he will put you in something you like. overall I'm satisfied and thinking of getting a whole other car already :)

Sofi i is the best Car dealer, he gave me the best deal when I bought my car and worked with me till I completed my payment, later his mechanic also helped me with my car tune up and he was kind enough to ask his Mechanic to fix my Mom's car at a very reasonable price. Sofii is the best, I'll recommend him to my friends and my neighbors because he's the best. He has lots of beautiful cars to chose from and with reasonable prices. They are good people they have some of the best deals, the environment is great, and they make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend cars 4 less.
