We were supported by Paul at this location. He did a great job of keeping us updated - and the insurance company. The car had about $12k in damage so it was extensive. We got informative status updates and predictions of parts arrival and explanation of what was going on in the process. We knew it was going to take a long time from friends who have had work done recently, and this was somewhat on the early estimate of getting parts and the many jobs needed to finish.The work seems excellent, paint is gorgeous, no signs of work done, all clean etc.

Excellent Service!After a less than ideal experience at another location, I decided to take my car here for an estimate. This place is an approved body repair shop that my insurance recommended. The receptionist was very helpful over the phone and when I arrived they were warm. It didn't take them long to do the estimate, explained what is needed to be fix and the estimate. They even made the car rental reservation when I come back to drop the car off.I'll post a before pictures now and will update my review once my car is fixed.March 27, 2021Update: Got my car back today, so happy with the finish product. Just like new again! Also the turn around is really quick. Dropped off March 18 and repaired done March 26.Love the extra touches like they buffed the headlights and wash and wax, vacuum the inside.

Caliber's work was quite good. I had a 1997 vehicle repaired and they did a good job of making sure replacement parts fit well and paint was blended well. Only drawback was length of time of repairs and lack of communication.

The car looked awesome! It was done earlier than expected. They even gave me a ride when I dropped it off. They said they would perform a light detail, but the car looked better than it did when I paid a professional to detail it about six months ago. I had them evaluate my cars damages through AAA Insurance and they told me the car wasn t totaled as all it needs is a new hood and front bumper (no frame damage or damage to any engine components) and they quoted me for 8,500 on a 17 year old car. If you have AAA do not go to caliber because they take forever to do even a basic email or evaluation and take turns tag teaming you from behind with AAA. My mechanic quoted me 2k for the whole job. They only care about profits at Caliber.

I stopped by today with Manny regarding a concern on my previously worked on vehicle (hood gap) by caliber collision. Manny was super friendly, even though it was 15 mins to close time. He really made me feel taken care. He looked at my vehicle identified the issue and took care of it with his team promptly. I was very thankful and it genuinely felt like he was happy to see this issue resolved. He stated that I come back and visit him for any needs. It s genuine customer service like his that would make me come back all the way to this shop. Thanks again Manny.

Professional character and concentration Neil put into my job was terrific.Neil responded immediately to Farmers Ins. regarding my "Total Loss."I mean this guy Neil can answer questions before I asked them! He takes so much interest in what he does. I received a check within days from Farmers. Honestly, other places were so slow talking, delaying and I thought I was at their mercy. Neil stepped up and basically gave me confidence he knew and I could rest easy. He did know! He did do it right! I was thrilled to such good news in a few days! He supported the entire collision report, step by step, day by day, AND NEIL WAS CONTINUOUSLY IN TOUCH WITH ME! Always available. I give him and Caliber 5 Gold stars! Thank you Neil, you made it happen!

My car was assigned to Paul at the Harbor City location. From the beginning he was Beverly communicative about the steps in the process that I would be seeing. He delivered weekly updates about my vehicle. Having experiencing my car at any auto shop for work before, I was used to calling in to get a status. I didn t have to do that this time. Edwin Garcia the Service Manager at Caliber Collision made the repair process to my vehicle seamless. His whole team was professional, courteous, and had great communication skills. The personel who attended to my Honda Civic 2013 LX rear ended with extensive damage were thorough both in their workmanship and customer service. I could not believe that the finish was spotless and lasting. Well worth the time taken as there was no compromise as to customer satisfaction. Thank you Manny and Paul. I wish I could give less than one star. Very unwelcoming atmosphere. I booked an appointment through my insurance. The technician who met me at the entrance made comments like How can this appointment be booked under Express Gieco? Then the front desk took the car and connected me to an advisor. They kept my car for one day. Next day afternoon, I received a call stating that they can't work on my car so I need to take it back before 5:00. Upon request they extended the pick up time to the following morning with a very inventive and strong tone. Found their comments and dealing very unprofessional. Please think twice before you choose this place for getting your car repaired.

Please please don t take your car here! Customer service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE Paul is very rude and needs to go back to grade school on how to talk to people. A VERY unwelcoming atmosphere. I took my car here first then I got quotes from 2 other more respectable shops & they definitely up charge like crazy. If y all need more money then just say that. Needless to say the experience was poor from the moment I called to physically going there. Zero zero zero stars! (Throwing tomatoes)

Such an awesome experience after being in an accident. State Farm works with this business here in LA. I received texts on almost a daily basis in regards to what stage the repair was in. They delivered my truck BACK to me when it was done!!!! My truck looks great and drives better than before the wreck (suspension).A big shout out to Manny (Manuel) in the South Harbor Location. I swear he was such a great customer service rep!!!! I never had to worry about a thing. He had it covered and kept me informed every step of the way!! Great work they did. The entire time my car was in the shop, which was less then a week, they text me updates and kept me informed. This made the experience great. They also took care of my Enterprise rental. All I had to do is leave it at their shop and pick up my car, they took care of the rest. And the work they did is guaranteed for life! I didn't know this shop even existed until my insurance company recommended them. I so glad they did. I will recommend them to anyone looking for an A-1 shop.Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim

I was hit by another car and they crunched my driver side doors, both front and back, and then scraped the whole side up to the front of the car.Calibur Collision gave us a clear estimate and kept me updated. Manny reached out to me every other day and gave me ETAs about the parts and repair schedule. They even finished a week and a half early! I loved my experience with this body shop. Second time I've taken two different new Volkswagen's, Manny was great in getting them both repaired perfectly and on time.This is an add-on to the original post, I wouldn't get my Volkswagen repaired anywhere else other than caliber. My whole family drives newer model Volkswagen's and they seem to be well versed in repairing the newer version of the Volkswagen's.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The people who work there were very polite pnd professional.. The repair that I had done was the whole front bumper of the car. The work they did on the car was great. The paint job and repair was so good you could not tell my car was in an accident, thank you caliber collision
