Great experience overall. Carlos and the team handled our claim quickly and efficiently and even addressed some additional issues with the vehicle while it was in their care. They were great in communicating updates each day on the repair progress as well as helpful text updates as well. They even went above and beyond and did a full interior detail as well as car wash. Exceptional work and highly recommend!

I DEFINITELY recommend! The entire process was amazing! The ease of getting my car in for an estimate with their professionalism handling with the insurance company as well as myself was superb. Isabella was terrific. She was polite and helpful. Gio definitely took great care of my vehicle and I appreciate his service. The entire team was great , but they really made it amazing. I really appreciate the text communications through out the process to stay updated. Will definitely be back if I need to even though I hope to not, but they d make it easy just like this time.

Wonderful service! Isabel, Christina, Brian, and Ruben were absolutely helpful. Isabel helped me to get my insurance claim come through and scheduled us to bring the car in. Brian explained the process in detail to us. After we dropped off the car and did the work, they dealt with insurance on our behalf. Ruben did an excellent repair and communicated with us thoroughly.Having a car accident can be devastating, especially when you have a new car like mine...I am so thankful that my insurance recommended me to Bay Cities. I am very satisfied with their work and their customer service. I felt cared for during the whole process, and I am so grateful to have my car back the way it was. Thank you!

I was very satisfied with how my car turned out! I took my car in for repairs and throughout the whole process of my car being in the shop i was kept updated the entire time. All the employees are welcoming and they want to make sure you are satisfied with how your car turns out. I recommend this body shop! They will not leave you disappointed.

Best body shop around!!! My dad recently took his car here for insurance work on his brand new 2023 Hyundai Venue. He was very unlucky and hit 2 different times within 2 months. They were both the fault of the other drivers and insurance was paying for both incidents. He went with Bay Cities Auto Body because he knew the quality of work they do since he used to work closely with them when he was employed at Swedish Car Clinic and we've also taken our cars here in the past. If you want thorough quality work and you want your car to look like it has never been in a wreck this is the place to go! His car had over $13k in repairs needed from the 2 incidents and you can't even tell it was ever in a wreck. The paint matching is just out of this world. The attention to detail is like no other. We highly recommend Bay Cities and would definitely not hesitate to take our cars here in the future if need be.

The people here were amazing. Thank you so much Isabel and angel. I was annoyed and stress with the insurance company that was suppose to fix my car but was over a month until they could even get my car in anywhere. I been to bay cities before and decided I will go where I'm familiar with and I'm glad I did it. They handles everything after that with repairs and dealing with the insurance company of the person who hit me.Thank you so much

Very professional and timely service. At first I was a bit put off by having to make an appointment to bring my car in (had minor repairs) nearly 2 weeks, but after I really appreciate that they don't take fully operational cars in for service until they actually have time to work on them. I guess other shops don't mind storing your car for 2 weeks before they look at it because they feel they own you now.I was even more surprised in the quality of the repair work, they were able to straighten out and restore the front fairing & recondition 2 wheels - Anybody inspecting them would swear they were replaced.Bay Cities is an Allstate recommended repair station, and I see why. When you walk up to the building you will see dozens of plaques from all the companies that recommend them along with awards & certifications - quite impressive.

Did it just now.Additions:Brian Engelin was very good, personal service attitude was superb, careful and detailed oriented. Love him as a person who knows his job and how to please his customers.The repair work done perfect, replacement of parts, etc. The promise and follow up of Brian excellent.One point I do want to point out:After we picked up the car, upon inspection of the work done, my wife discovered the back bumper on the right side (where the work was done) was not seated or mounted correctly with a "big gap" or space between the body and the back bumper.Ouch! I had just given a glorious review of how detailed and good work Bay Cities Body Shop had done!It did, however, corrected its oversight. The technician or the supervisor of the paint shop needed a talk.Overalk I would use them again. I recommend the Shop should give Brian E. a monetary service awardlyl202012

I received an estimate from a competitor that Bay City Auto Body agreed to match. Knowing that they would match the estimate I agreed to proceed with Bay Cities. When it came time to pay the bill, they failed to match the previously agreed price.

I brought my car in for repair after an accident and they fixed it up like new. Unfortunately they forgot to align my tires which caused them to go bad in 2 months. They were extremely sorry and acknowledged it with out issue and replaced the tires and fixed alignment free of charge on the same day. Great customer service after a slight human error.

After a not so small fender bender I called my insurance company to see if Bay Cities was on their lists because I have seen there work before. They are friendly, courteous and do a great job fixing all you BOO BOOS, the car looks like new and Mark kept me up to date on the progress. Thank you Bay Cities Auto!!!

Went by for an estimate to replace taillights on my car, the staff I dealt with was pleasant, helpful, thorough and were happy to print out an estimate for the parts and labor as they saw it.

Nice and courteous but I wasted an hours drive and gas to find out they don't give written estimates. You leave your car and deal with the insurance.

Bad customer service (Brian) put wrong hood on my truck & forgot to remove tape & finish putting parts in my truck . Brian said my truck was ready for pickup , to find out it was not done . very unprofessional !!!
