I dropped my car off in october and was originally told repairs would take around 3 days due to minor damage. After a couple weeks I heard absolutely nothing so I had to call only to be told they were still waiting on a part. I understand that they have no control over when the parts arrive. It s just frustrating that it is now April and the part is still not there. The fact that they originally said it d take 3 days turned into 6 months is ridiculous. They are also horrible at communicating. Every time I would call I would get told that they would call me back but no one ever would. Every single update I ve gotten was because I was the one who called. Very disappointed.

I hate so say this but everyone in here is right about their advise on not taking your car here. Please take it somewhere else. I work for a law office and my client took his SUV here because it was close to his house. The accident happened on July and the car is still there as of today Jan 31. First they will tell you something and then they will keep pushing the dates. Horrible service!

Never bring your car here! I have an SUV I waited three weeks to fix the driver side (back seat) door. After the first week I never got a follow up on my vehicle, called and they gave me the run around and then said it will be ready by Friday that it s in paint . Showed up that Friday and they said they re still working on it. 2nd week still no follow up; called and they said it will be ready by that Friday; so I showed up that Friday and my vehicle had a scratch on the door!!!! Yes the replacement door had a scratch & the plastic panels on the bottom of my vehicle were lose and not secured (which are still loose to this day) I then told him I m not going to pay for this until it s fixed. Week later got my car back at this point I needed my car because I took 2 weeks of vacation to get this fixed and noticed my car needed a battery, out of the blue & my headlights were worn out ! Prior to sending my car in I didn t have foggy lights. My vehicle is a 2018 and I do NOT wash my car through car washes, I pressure wash my car myself. I hate to say this but I really feel they traded parts from my car.

Brought our 2017 Santa Fe. For a bumper repair. Called an spoke to Chris. Chris was awesome. His crew did an amazing job on our vehicle. Chris an his crew met the time-line they said it would be done. If your vehicle needs body work. You will not be disappointed in their work. Chris your crew is awesome. I debated on putting a review for a while, but I decided I will because I wish someone would have told me about a bad experience with this place. I took my car here after a hit and run and they seemed like super nice people so I had a lot of trust with them. After about a week of waiting, I got my car back and I was not please at all. They replaced my bumper completely, but the NEW bumper they put on already had a blemish on it in the corner from (what I assume) assembling it on. There was also noticeable marks between the metal and tail light. They left overspray on my tail light and some spots of my clear coat was lifting up. My bumper also seemed as if it wasn t clipped in all the way because it was out more than what it was before the damage. After informing them of how upset I was with their job, they were totally understanding and told me to take it in and I would have it back the next day. When I got it back it was in better shape, but there was a new small blemish on the bumper. It was very minor so I let it slide, but I wish my car was as perfect as it could be. The bumper was clipped in better this time. There was also a thin strip of paste on my car in the front and I tried to remove it myself but it was super sticky and didn t come off all the way so I told them and they told me they don t use paste but I know that it wasn t from me driving it... they did take it off but the guy tried to say it looked like I ran something over, which I highly doubt because there was nothing on my tire and it just didn t seem possible in my opinion. If you re a perfectionist and love your car as much as I do, then I would not recommend this place.

Brought my boyfriends car after a hit and run , said it was going to be ready EVERYTIME I called it got pushed back . Not only did they delay EVERYTIME , he still doesn t have a car it s been almost 2 month & they mixed up the papear work . Do not only that .. but they gave his information to someone else and their information to us . They told my boyfriend his car was being totaled not even being his car . So a huge mix up which they should ve gotten fired for , but a huge delay .

They took 2 months to fix my car because they didn t have the parts once they fix it they didn t even check to make sure it was working properly I call them to get it fix right and they still waiting on a new part for almost a month

I would give these guys a negative star rating if possible. They have had my nieces escalade going on two years now and still haven't finished it. They tell her a date then when that day comes they give her another date. They've already been payed so you figure they'd do the job. But I guess not. Horrible place to take your vehicle for repairs

Took a vehicle several years back to repair a damaged door at the Adventist Hospital parking lot. The repair took some time, but was fixed and re-painted. Recommend if you're in the area.

Very Bad Service, pure lies, they give you a date and they don't comply, they tell you 2 weeks and they end up delivering in 2 months.The worst part was that the front of the car was going to be repaired and they delivered it to me with a damaged door. Thank you very much, I hope to never return to this workshop, very bad experience..
