Big shout out to tint doctor, called them up in the morning for a new windshield , by the afternoon they had my car looking great, great service, work and prices, strongly recommend. Dont waste your time with this place. Made an appointment days prior because they said they had the windshield. Drove 40 miles for an 8am appointment and they didn't have the glass available.

Never never go here! So unprofessional run down by young idiots who are just trying to make fast money! They will not do a great job or try! Avoid avoid! Go somewhere else where they don t have to lie to you and won t mess up your car!

Got front window tinted $135, good service long wait time, especially no appts. Window just has a bit of bubbles, two weeks later.

This place has gone down hill. I took my truck in and they didnt clean my window before they put the tint on. They just tinted over debris. I also had my car done and their 5% tint is not as dark compared to other shops

I was apprehensive about getting my new 2023 Elantra tinted with a ceramic film. I had an excellent experience at Tint Doctor. The two gentleman running the business were very professional and most of all the best price in the valley for a ceramic film tint hands down, I highly recommend them!!! Please give them a chance. Just had my windows tinted today, 9/2/22. They look great. In and out under 3 hours. Staff very professional and courteous. Will definitely go back to have front windshield tinted at a later date. Thank you Tint Doctor. Ms. Watkins.

Window tint was ok but they stained the back seat on my new 2023 Camry plus left black smudge marks all over my new Camry. The person at the front desk explanation was the technician has to work inside the vehicle so it happens I asked why was the back seat not covered or protected some how? He just repeated his self. He tried to remove stain but it is still visible UNBELIEVABLY! I am now exploring my recoursesService: Vehicle window tinting

Awful communication. And they took forever. We dropped our car off before noon and it wasn't ready until 530. They told us it would be done 2 hours prior. They didn't apologize for the inconvenience nor did they offer a price cut. Nearly $400 for a small car. Do not recommend and I will not be a repeat customer.

I have been going to Tint Dr for years. They have probably done 6-7 different cars/trucks for me and have never had a issue with their quality of work. With that said, last truck I took in quality was still good but customer service sucked. The fella working the front wasn t the same guy I used before so I don t know if he took over for old owner or what but he probably wouldn t be my choice for someone to represent the business if I owned it. He showed up a little after 8 looking like he had a rough night, he s rude and seemed like I was bothering him by doing business there. I give them 2 stars only because the quality of work was still good but I won t go back again. Too many tint shops in town do deal with that.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Their customer service is amazing you walk in and you are greeted and taken care of right away they will answer all your questions and make sure you leave satisfied with your vehicle. This is the only place I ever need to call if i have any window problems. ive needed window replacements and theyve always had what i needed and had it fixed in no time and the tinting for my vehicles aswell never no issue always Done a clean job and the equipment and film they use is all high quality I 110% recommend this establishment to anyoneServices: Glass installation, Vehicle window tinting

Excellent service, in and out, also unreally pricing, was so affordable didn't have to use my insurance which has a$ 500 dollar deductible. Which once I got my 3rd Quote everyone wanted to charge $850- $900 , charged a third of the cost out of the gate and even told them they were way under priced . Associate with Tint DR. Replied other Companies way over charge on luxury vehicles because they can and is what it is, dropped off my car Friday morning and picked it up before noon same day. X

I was hesitant because of reviews but all the bad reviews were customer service based and not about the work so I gave them a try, I m not sure if they changed staff but when I showed up the guy up front was super cool and even offered me a water or soda while I waited. Tint came out awesome, might be my luck or maybe they are paying attention to reviews

Made an appt yesterday on a Friday for the next day Saturday. Guy told me to come as early as possible as they only work a half day on Saturdays. Told him I d be there at 8am. Showed up at 7:55am waited 20 minutes and no one ever showed up. Called. Went to the door, no one. Wasted day off and super unprofessional. Probably a blessing in disguise that I didn t turn over my brand new car to these people!

Just showed up they said be here at 8 last Saturday we'll get you done don't tell someone to show up and not be there bad business model. BTW thanks to the tow truck guy in the back who kept 3 cars outside from waiting any longer for telling us these jerks weren't opening today.

Before I drop off my car for a tint I called to ask how much will it cost for the tint that I want then they said $150 so I went and drop off my vehicle around 1pm and when I got there I was gonna pay it right away so I don't have to worry about using the money coz I'll be paying cash but they told me not to pay it yet so I just set aside the 150 that we already talked about and they said the car will be ready in like 3-4 hours, after 4 hours I called to ask if the tint is done so I could pick up the car because I just asked my friend to give me a ride they asked who I am and I said my name and they ask from where so I said hanford and they told me I called the wrong number then I heard guys in the background laughing and making fun of me then I start to get irritated and he said "I'm just kidding the car is not done yet pick it up at 7pm" so when I pick up the car and was about to pay, they are charging me $280 but the price that we talked about earlier that day was $150 so I told him and he said "if you only want to pay $150 I'll rip it off". THEY OVER CHARGED ME, THEY ARE NOT ON TIME, THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. The tint is not even worth the money that I paid it has bubbles.Service: Vehicle window tinting

DO NOT USE! Recently used Tint Doctor to replace my windshield and was appalled by the service provided. I read the reviews and took the risk after seeing multiple bad reviews from several years ago with poor responses from the management team at Tint Doctor. I figured it was a couple years ago and things could be better. WRONG. The windshield was repaired but none of the shattered glass had been cleaned out of my vehicle let alone the hood. I went back inside and politely asked the associate at the desk if I could get someone to clean out the glass as I have a 17 month old and the last thing I need is him finding a piece. She went to the back and had the Techs come back out. One of them inspected the car and asked what s the problem , to which I respectfully pointed out all the glass left on the floor, dash, and hood. Under his breath, he responded This Guy . I was not entirely sure if that was what he said so I asked him to repeat himself, to which he started walking towards me to get in my face and repeated This Guy. All this happened with my Wife and Son standing right behind me in the parking lot. If I had not backed up when he got within 2 feet of me he would have continued to get even closer. I called almost every other day to talk to the Owner and never got a response back. I am a big proponent of using local businesses, but I would not recommend this one.

Great customer service an they Got my back window replaced an my car back on the road looking better than when I bought it. I definitely would refer the Tint Dr! Also the Cheapest in town!!

These guys do great work. My 2017 Ram looks amazing. Had a little bit of a misunderstanding about my windshield tint but Jose hooked me up and made it right. The staff is friendly and they take care of you and your ride.

Honestly, I went there service was really awesome, Was fast. Coming again when I get my new car. 10/10 really great place all around.
