Had got my "alignment" done from these guys thinking everything would go well. Unfortunately not. They didn't even mention my tire has bubbles in them! Only reason I noticed is because I forgot to ask for a wheel balance which is my fault (which should be offered or at least told to the customer). I had taken it to another auto motive area on 10th ave which is far better than this dump. Not to mention my steering wheel wasn't even aligned either after getting my alignment through them.. $94 I won't ever spend in my life again though this company.

I blindly purchased a vehicle in Hanford, California. After explaining that I planned on driving this vehicle from California to Virginia the staff happily checked over the vehicle and corrected a few items that needed to be done. They even stayed past closing to get everything finished! It s rare to find caring people and I would highly recommend Keller Ford Lincoln to anyone!

This used to be my favorite place to get my oil change. Not anymore! Today I watched the whole time they worked on my car. By no means were my tires ever rotated not to mention the nitrogen that should be checked in my tires was never done as well. When Danny mentioned my vehicle was ready I said you guys do not rotate tires anymore he looked me dead in the eye and said yes there were all rotated! All a lie! Unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere now. This place was the only place I trusted with my car but they have really gone down hill recently!

Recommend to verify their work since after our experience, they lied and cut corners. Also, mark your tires everyone! They think they are slick by saying they rotate your tires but they got caught couple of times of not rotaing tires. They make an excuse of equipment failure right after you notice the job wasnt done and made a complaint. Then suddenly equipment works again after the complaint. We know of this due to marking our tires. The manager wont do anything because apparently this would have been addressed and not occur for the 2nd time. Shady fraudy service, reporting to BBB because this is bad business that will lie to you and now can't be trusted. We gave them 2nd chance and they failed

Very professional, courteous and friendly. They took time to hear my concerns with a tire that had been patched up and they rotated tires accordingly. My car had the oil changed also and was given the works. My car was received and serviced in a timely manner. I love this place. I always take my car there.

I can t say thank you enough to this group of amazing men! I ve been taking my vehicles here for about a year for routine services and had an engine failure happen due to a manufacturing defect known to my type of car, these guys went out of their way to get me taken care of in a timely fashion. They were all so professional in the midst of my panic. In a small town that s constantly growing this isn t the type of service we see anymore. Thank you all so much! I ll continue to recommend quick lane to my family and friends for years to come.

Beware for customers who care about their vehicles and investment. I caught them doing a super quick lane oil change on my vehicle. They did not rotate the tires after I specifically asked them to have it done. And washer fluid not top off. There s a previous small cut on the tire wall and a paint mark on the other tire from previous tire repair and those tires are on the same spot when I got home, that s how I knew they cut corners. Had to go back twice to get it done right on my time and on my dime. Additionally, the engine oil filter still looks dusty and dirty. Who knows if it s still the old one? I give a one star for Nick for the outstanding customer service and loyalty to Quick Lane management and his garage crew.Service: Oil change

Frank told my mother during one of her regular visits that her tires have been recalled and she was entitled to a replacement set free of charge. Several phone calls (with the response of tires aren t in yet ) and a month later the tires now are worn and unsafe so we called for the last time to ask if there was ANYTHING they could do (he could have suggested an upgrade with us paying the difference and that would have been fair) he tells us that he would give us the phone number to the manufacturer so we can call for ourselves other than that there is nothing else we can do but keep waiting . Frank seemed agitated and annoyed he kept telling me that I don t understand and talking over me not allowing me to talk. I m pretty sure these folks are supposed to provide a service to their customers to keep the business coming although their customer service will do nothing but keep the customers from coming. We will be taking our business to a more reputable company that keeps their word and is willing to do anything for their customers business.

Service was quick, staff was helpful, especially when a service was rendered without consulting me first and they waived the fee for it without a single complaint from me. I'm not sure many places would have done something like that. As I'm a new car owner I can't speak too confidently as to the prices of services rendered, but I feel they were fair and not exorbitant.

I had a bad experience due to bad customer service at this location. I called ahead of time to see if they needed me to make an appointment for an oil change. I was told it would take 1/2 an hour and that there was no need to make an appointment. After driving one hour to get there they said it would take 2 1/2 hours because they were busy. The person at the front desk acted like I was crazy when I told him I drove an hour to get there and then offered no help to rectify the situation. After looking at the garage they used the express lane to do a brake job and that was why they could not do the oil change.

Took van in for tune up and its drives worse than when I brought it in.His mechanic is not experienced he is a young kid who is the managers nephew.I specifically asked if they had a seasoned professional when I took it there. The manager Frank Batista was very rude! He lied about their guarantee.Now I'm out 227 dollars for a tune up that made it run worse.They insisted they could do a tune up.Don't go to this place for anything else but tires!! They solicited me to do this tune up.What a con job!

Quicklane is a lie. Slowlane is a better fit. I got here at 10am and waited for two hours for an oil change. Never got the oil change, never got an update on why it was taking so long. Was never told it would take more than 2 hours. When I ask for appointments they just say to walk in. Ridiculous. The service is constantly like this.

Paid high prices for extended warranty and not open or flexible to customer needs. Keller Oil Quick Lane not open to service needs on weekends. Drove from another city to have serviced on Saturday. Calendar shows open at 8:00 but no one here. What the..........

If I could give them zero stars I would. For at least the past 3 years I have tried to have an oil change and tire rotation at the so called "Quick Lane". Every time I am asked if I have an appointment and when I say no I am told that they are really busy and that it would be at least 2 hours before they could even begin to start the work on my vehicle. It is almost like they have that statement memorized and I get the feeling they don't want to tie up a bay with a $50 oil change. They would rather use the bays for more expensive jobs like tires, brakes, batteries, front end repairs. Even when I have an appointment it is over an hour and a half before my vehicle is finished. When I walked into the building this time there was actually 2 empty bays and only a couple of people waiting in the waiting room. I was under the impression that all that kind of work could and should be done at the actual Ford dealer behind them and that they were there for oil changes and tire rotations that wouldn't take away from the dealer's service bays. Why call it Quick Lane when there is no such thing there? It is a shame that Les Schwab doesn't do oil changes and I was sad to see the Sear's Auto Center closed down. I went to Pep Boys instead and even though they were busy I was told that they could do the Oil Change/ Tire rotation in an hour, hour and a half at most. Last time I will try to take my Ford Mustang to the Quick Lane. They should change the name to something else like Ford Repair Center because the service there is anything but quick. If they want to continue to make the money on the more expensive repairs then designate 1 bay for just oil changes and tire rotations for the walk-in trade. If they did that then they could accommodate both types of customers.

So I bought a brand new mustang GT off the lot at Keller ford. Included with the car were a specific set of rims and tires. I took a 3.5 hour train ride to get the car and when I arrived the wheels were not the ones I specified. I m taken to this establishment Quick Lane, where I am left to personally deal with the employee who tries to disparage the rims (not cheap by any means almost 2k just for the rims). He had an attitude and I finally had to tell him that I want the rims I ordered not what you put on, which didn t even resemble the wheels I ordered. I had to wait over a month to get the wheels and when they arrive the the hub centric rings that manufacture provides at no additional cost we re not included. The wheel manufacturer contacts Quick Lane to resolve this and they hang up on him only after using profanities with him. Horrible experience! Stay away!

Received an oil change and tire rotation on my 2006 F250 6.0L Diesel. Second guessing the oil change now because I ended up getting a flat (most likely no fault of theirs), when I went to remove the tire the lug nuts were not torqued properly, surprised the lugs juts didn't fall off. I checked every tire, every single lug nut was so easy to loosen a toddler could have done it. I checked my tire pressure after that because my faith in this place has been tainted.... all tire pressures different, the most being 10 PSI. I'm no mechanic, but worst service I have ever had and I will not recommend this place or ever go there again. I'll be taking my truck to another place to double check if the oil and the filter was even changed .

Very thorough job above and beyond just an oil change. They rotate tires, top off ALL fluids, change filters and if ANY repairs need to be done they notify you. They do alot of the work right there or they will recommend a reliable shop.

They guys are always professional, courteous, price competitive, and get the job done quickly. I'm constantly impressed with their customer service and don't even shop around anymore, I can leave it with them with confidence.

This is the best place to get your car serviced their attention to detail his excellent and they communicate with you very well to explain everything particular particular emphasis I would say to Danny and Miguel they covered everything on my questions and I was impressed with their expertise

ANGRY...Had my oil changed here for first time to give them a try. After a week, my change oil light came on, so I had to go back so they can reset it. Now my check engine light is on, and I couldn't figure out why. Ive check all fluids and cant figure it out. Ive driven my jeep for over 1000 miles since the oil change and have noticed oil all over the engine compartment and suspension (its a jeep). Finally figured it out, its because they forgot to tighten the oil cap and now its missing.Has this caused any engine damage? Ive driven this thing in the rain and bad weather for over 1000 miles, how do I know what damage this has caused... Im rely upset with this company.

Appoints are always done on time or before estimated time. Staff always talks to me about my car which I really like! Plus they are upfront and honest about everything!

Service was good but different than the usual places, they forgot the sticker for the window and refused to use the oil we had previously bought from them for the truck
