I am so happy to have my car back! I was able to get updates, easily. Everyone I spoke to was friendly whenever I would call. They were as fast as they could possibly be in turnaround time. They also were very accommodating to special requests I had made. Definitely would use them again, if I ever have more car issues.

By far the best paint and body shop in the Central Valley. Perfect color match after a complete front end replacement on my 2021 Civic. Milinich also custom painted a roll pan and sport mirrors for my custom truck 20 years ago, and they were flawless back then too. My son crashed my 2019 Kia Stinger GT 2 weeks after I got her. I was devastated! My insurance contracted with this body shop. I was skeptical because I really like another local body shop, but I have to say everyone was awesome! They told me right away it would probably be a while (Months) before they were able to get all the new parts because they aren t made and sent to the dealers, , due to it being a brand new 2019 car. They all knew how upset I was since I literally just bought the car! They all had Great sense of humors, very friendly! They would call me with updates which was nice. When I finally picked my car up 2 months later, she was PERFECT! The paint job the body work everything was AWESOME! Thanks so much for the great work! I would definitely recommend them!

I am really perplexed by the negative reviews. My first experience with this shop was excellent after a minor rear end bang up in my Challenger. You could not tell there was any damage and 4 years later it still looks excellent. Now, after hitting an animal on these awful back roads in the CV I am awaiting on my car to have a new bumper put on and I am 100% confident the work will be excellent!! People complain about aftermarket parts being used without realizing your insurance companies are going to go the cheapest route and the shop has NOTHING to do with that. If you want OEM you have to pay out of pocket for your parts/work or let your insurance know what you want and see what they would be willing to do as far as making that happen. I wanted an OEM bumper, so I paid out of pocket. Great work takes time folks, period!!!!!!Service: Body & Trim

Unfortunately in the last two years our two vevicles were hit by motorists who were not licensed and without insurance,The damage to both vehicles was $7,500. They were returned in mint condition.They are the go-to auto body repair company in the 3-county area.Service: Body & Trim

Too slow to finish the job. I waited from Sept 3rd till Oct 9th for Milinich to finish the job. I have to say the repairs looked great. I am sure they did their best,however I needed my transportation. Thank You. ...

I called there to inquire about an estimate to remove a dent and paint the bedside of my F350. Was treated very poorly and unprofessionally on the phone. Also was told that he didn't have time to give me an estimate. To that I say, "if you don't have time to give me an estimate, I don't have time to pay you 1500 bucks to fix my truck!"

Daughter had been rear-ended by another vehicle.so she took it to this shop(recommended by insurance) on May 1st. Damage to trunk, bumper, fender and taillight they released it June 9th and said they had to keep reordering taillight because one that was sent had cracked lens. But what got me was they sent her out of shop without fixing tailights, she had no brake lights plus it wouldn't come out of park. She had to maually get it out of park, which it worked fine when it was brought in. What happened was they had taken the fuse for tailights out of fuse box holder and didn't put it back in when she picked it up. That's why it had to be manually taken out of park and why she had no brake lights. What a sorry job of repairing a car and creating a dangerous situation.

Repaired my sisters Camry through aaa but all they used was aftermarket parts which isn t recommended on a brand new 2017 vehicle. Didn t know they did until I took it to Toyota and they let me know. Will never come here EVER!!!!!

Although I have never gotten any work done there, I have seen a few of their beautiful show cars at the Pismo car show and they do great work!

I recently sent my father there for a estimate , he was treated very unprofessional by the young person in charge , and givin only a verbal quote not a estimate , very poor customer service buy front office !
