Filipe the manager stepped in to take over the transaction to get my brakes inspected and fixed and blew it. I took my Tacoma to get rotors fixed from vibration in front end when braking hard on the highway. They provided a quote for a full brake job and I approved. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was informed that I didn t need brakes everything checked out. Not sure why they decided to pass my rotors but problem still exists and Filipe was unapologetic is his defending no brake work was needed. What a professional fail. Avoid this spot if you d like professional service.

Last week my husband and I went in and asked the service guys if they could check the front right brake due to frequent squeaking. We were told they'd check all our brakes, closer to the store closing they finally brought the truck up for inspection. The guy who checked only removed the back left tire. They wrapped it up and told us everything was fine.Their checkup was inaccurate because they were all measuring the same and they should've been different because 2 of them had been recently replaced. Haven't drove the truck since then. Today we went out only to see that the left tire sensor pressure wasn't reading. Called the store, the manager Felipe spoke in a very ghetto manner, was very short and took no responsibility or offered any helpful followup except that it was my husband's fault and that the sensor was solely "radio related because of low connection". Never had this problem before except after this followup.It's a strange way to let people know your establishment has poorly trained mechanics.

Love these guys. I moved to them after years of going to Firestone. They changed personnel and started to get bad service. Les Schwab has been great and they know tires too.

I arrived this morning to see about purchasing new tires for my Nissan without an appointment and was helped by David at the front desk. He was absolutely kind and extremely knowledgeable and helped me chose the best tires for my car.Although I was fully prepared to wait an extended period of time because I was a walk-in and not a scheduled appointment to my surprise they were able to get to my vehicle in a very quick and timely manner.I absolutely highly recommend this place. Amazing establishment with such phenomenal staff.

Had to go here to get my tires rotated and balanced on my 2016 ram 2500. It ended up being a four and a half hour wait and they never rotated my tires from front to back but instead from left to right and right to left. When I ask them to reset my TPS sensor they started talking down to me and yelling at me about how they don't have time to do that. I paid $150 for this rotation and balance only to be yelled at and talk down to and have my tires flipped from left to right and right to left instead of rotated from front to back and back to front. Absolutely will never go back here. I ended up having to go to Firestone a few days later to have my tires properly rotated and how my TPS sensor reset.

Took my 2016 Chevrolet Colorado in for an alinement. Found out that the tires needed balancing. Fixed the shaking that happened at 80 miles per hour. I was also informed that I needed new struts and shocks haven't been changed since the truck was bought. Fair pricing for the parts and labor. Left a satisfied customer.

Took twice as long as told to respond for roadside assistance. Attempted to sell me four tires when I only needed one. Failed to call me the next day and give me a price for one tire. I went up there and they gave me a price of $446 for one tire. This is $100 more than the tire normally retails for. I noticed the estimate did not include the roadside assistance, which should have been $125. Manager told me that he was taking care of that for me when all he really did was include it in the cost of the new tire. I don t mind paying for a service, but I do not like being lied to. I will never do business here again

Took my truck in to have an alignment done. Asked if they had time to squeeze mine in and she said yea your truck will be next and be done by 5. I show up at 5 and for some reason two cars got put in front of my truck. She still asked if I wanted to wait to have it done. Why would I wait 3 more hours for it to not be done

Fixed my tire that Firestone wouldn't. And they did it for free although I had never been there before and had no warranty. Firestone said I would have to buy a completely new tire because of a plug.

I had an appointment. It was incredibly easy to make the booking before the visit. I believe the time spent in the waiting area while my tire was being patched was just under 30 minutes. My tots enjoyed freshly popped popcorn & I received a free tire patching service! Amazing service and very friendly staff.

I have never been to Les Schwab before, and I just came in for a tire rotation and brake check. They did a great job in just over an hour! I did have an appointment, and did not know that they did tire rotations at no charge!

Always amazing service when I've gone here. Was greeted bef9re I rounded rhe rear end of my car by a service member. James was very helpful and informed me of a rsapir that will be needed in the near future, highly recommend this company to everyone.

First Les Schwab I ve ever had trouble with. Poor communication from the front desk. If you want any work done to your car make sure to stay. So you can be sure no mistakes are made or unwanted services are not provided.

I went in because the tire pressure light came on in my car. They aired up my tires, and had me out in under 10 minutes. Justin assisted me and he was very polite, and suggested I get new tires soon. He didn't try to sell me anything and aired up all my tires for free. I will definitely go there to purchase my new tires. Super professional and nice. I definitely recommend.

This place is a joke, did all the paperwork and signed, made me wait an hour, then said they couldn t help me, then Felipe from Les Schwab walked away from me while I was still talking and said Good Luck with that Also, while I was waiting for an hour I watched these kids that they call employees, doing brake checks on 2 cars, driving them like race cars then slamming on the brakes while another employee was laughing cause apparently skidding out in someone else s car is funny that s the whole reason I didn t leave my car and decided to wait with it for an hour. I will not be back and will never recommend this place .and by the looks of the other reviews, I m not the only one that feels this way. (If you had your brakes changed at the Hanford location on 10/28/2022 @ 1300-ish I would really inspect your car).

Front desk had no clue and no idea how to put a service in the computer there was no specific button for. Mechanic did call when he got ticket to clarify what I wanted, still tried to get me to ok $1,000 worth if repairs that would not solve the issue took car in for though, which is why they get 3 stars instead of 1.

This place is AMAZING! Customer service goes way above and beyond. My car was making a ticking nose at 7:10 pm, i saw bay door open and pulled in. They been closed for awhile. The gentleman test drove my car, pulled all the hubcaps and then wheels, lifted my car up checked everything. Found out my wheel was cracked BAD!! Put my spare on the car, put bad wheel in car in a protective bag. Was always very concerned about not getting any dirt inside my car. Ordered me a new wheel. Charged me ZERO!! For emergency help after hours! I came back next week took tire off bad wheel put on new wheel, put spare in trunk. Had to wait a couple hours because it was after 3pm when i got there on a friday, and holiday weekend no less. But there are plenty of places walking distance from shop for dining and shopping. This is my new shop for all my car needs. And i live 50 miles away. Well worth drive for this kinda of service, skill and cost!!

Came in to have oil change and had an appointment already set up. Came in before my appointment to check in had to show the counter rep how to read an odometer on my car (2015 civic... not hard). Sat for 1.5 hours and was noticing walk-ins were getting put right in before me. Had to say something for them to realize they forgot about me. Bunch of chickens with there heads cut off running around. Today's service was a joke. Very disappointed

I was pulled over on the side of the road with a flat! The manager of the store happened to be on the road and he stopped and made a quick call. Within minutes one of their guys had shown up to graciously put on my spare! They didn't try at all to drum up my business for the new tire..needless to say, I definitely took my car there to get fixed! Very appreciative!! Awesome job and a terrific random act of kindness!

Absolute liars. I've called twice and asked questions about the service for new tires. I wanted all four done and asked if they do a military discount, they said yes if thr tires are on sale we take that off or apply the discount. The tires were on sale by $1 dollar! I said great come in and nope won't change it. So I paid $100 more then last time I've been to a Les Schwab. Guess I'll find a new place. Just a bad taste in your mouth. Gross on Less Schwan.

My car had an almost flat tire this morning. Filled it with air and took it straight to Les Schwab. First time going there but the service was awesome! Explained my issue to the tech and left him the keys. Received a phone call in less than an hour that my tire had two nails in it but was now patched and ready to go free of charge! Definitely keeping my business here

I took a trip from Fresno to Hanford to run errands, upon arrival my tire pressure light turned on. I took it in to the nearest place which was this location. David checked all my tires and ensured we were safe to drive back home. It took very little time and their professionalism was beyond words.Thanks so much-

Awesome work!! We pulled up and a gentleman jogged out to us and took us inside, printed the paperwork for our tire and had us out the door in about 10 minutes. We went shopping while they worked. Tire is as good as new now!. We just dropped off our motorhome!! Excellent customer service and knowledgeable workers!! Will definitely be moving our tire business to them for now on!!

This placed felt bias cater toward color of skin , I have my tire replacement for the forst time that took 4 1/2 hours , from 1pm to 530pm while I m waited , I observed for the past 4hours , Mexican , black waited too long while white can easily go in and out in less than one hour. Majority of employees are white , the manager is white , this would be th last time I m going to this place ... James has attitude big time !! I only went to this place because they do wheel alignment however it wasn t done, they told me after 41/2 hours the alignment is not done due to age of the car , plus the spare tire was not done either perhaps the manager fixed the issues ...
