As soon as I arrived I was greeted with smiling faces. It wasn t long after that I was test driving the truck of my dreams thinking you ll never be able to afford these payments. These gentlemen put in so much work to get the price down in order for me to enjoy that new car smell longer.

I am retracting my prior review and changing my rating because I realized that my frustration was with the overall process: not with Keller s. My experience has been defined my several variables no one can control. However, Keller s has always been good to me through the years.I have no doubt that my service writer has done his very best to push my Tahoe forward in spite of several hurdles.Special thanks to Nick in service- for sticking with me even when the timeframe got long and my frustration became obvious. (I just needed my car and it had been in a prior shop for the week before coming to Keller so it s been unavailable to me about 3 weeks)We are not through the entire process yet, but I wanted to take a moment to make sure that they all know how much they are appreciated. Working through today s economy is difficult on the auto industry-figured I d share a little positivity.

Bought a truck from Zach process was smooth Zach was very helpful and friendly. I really felt like he went the extra mile to make sure we got what I wanted. The whole process went so smooth even the finance part of the process with Jimmy was easy and quick. I m loving my truck and would definitely buy here again.

Bought a pre owned 2020 Toyota trd , I was told the car was in great conditions to find out it has problems with the check engine , took it in they had it for 3 weeks only one problem of the doors unlocking was fixed . Drove my car for two days and now it s currently showing a check engine and other transmission issues. Bad experience for the price I paid.

Just have to say thank you for not being like other dealerships. while we shop for the automobile its the best customer service treatment and experience and once the transaction is completed its the worst experience ever. Not with Keller Motors we have met and received great service all the way around during and after. fast, friendly, helpful and GREAT! THANK YOU! 100% recommending.

Salesman (Jeff) was very helpful and knowledgeable on what I was looking for. With the help of manager (Uriel) my buying experience was made completely satisfying and fast, almost felt as if I knew all of them already. Service staff (Ernie) also was very helpful in providing information on the truck itself and explaining future services of the vehicle. Thanks to all Keller staff!!! I'm a first time buyer here, and will without a doubt recommend family and friends here!!!!

I just purchased a used vehicle from Keller Motors in Hanford and I couldn't be happier with the service. Paul was great! He made sure to check the car and install a new battery. The entire process was fast and everyone was friendly and helpful.

I brought my truck 3/11/24 early drop off I didn t get it back for a week plagued with excuses the was a part missing in the equipment they are short staffed parts forgot to order a major part to complete the work all I want was new brakes and pads along with new plugs and wires I didn t get my truck back for eight days let me say that again 8 days. I requested a loaner vehicle for the above issue and was told they didn t have any available. Keller when I bought my truck in 2017 Keller is the only company that has serviced my truck. Keller at one time was professional and they took care of there customer and now it is severely lacking customer service in the business ethic. When I wanted to get the loaner car at first, he said there might be one available. This is on the fourth day so that I wouldn t go into the weekend with no vehicle and I was denied. They said they didn t have anything available so in the meantime, I m just stuck with nothing things look at that building like it s going out of business I ve been loyal to Keller but it was not reciprocal.

After trying to schedule an appointment on the website but not being recognized to do so, the service team was able to get me in right away. Completing the service quickly. The waiting lounge was like a deep freeze as it was 50 outside and AC was running.

Nick was very helpful! Great experience every time. I wanna point out the tow truck driver kelly he is the best! He is very knowledgeable when it comes to fixing and diagnosing cars. You wanna keep that guy!

Did the regular five point inspection, and didn't try to "get over" like some of these other dealerships out here. Took care of my needs for my beloved truck, and now I'm headed cross country in a safe, well handled vehicle. The young lady that took down my information, as well as the cashier were not only professional, but friendly.Speaking to all, especially my fellow Sailors, Keller is A1 legit.

This guys are CLOWNS. they re still trying to charge a dealer markup. Lol. Only a moron would by a vehicle here. I can drive a few hours to the coast or to LA and save thousands of dollars.This place is a joke anyways. They can never fix anything properly. Don t ever bring your car in for warranty work there mechanics don t know what they re doing. They belong at jiffy lube not at a dealer mechanic shop.

Don t buy a car from here unless you like being deceived. Purchased a car that was supposed to be under warranty, only to have to take it to a manufacturer dealership less than a year later and find out janky repairs were done which voided the warranty. Of course they re claiming they didn t do it but i can t get a copy of the inspection that was allegedly done prior to selling which brought back no codes.

This place doesn t do good business . They let me leave with a car that I got insurance and gave a down payment for and wanted it back a week later . Definitely unprofessional . They shouldn t let no one leave the lot if the bank don t approve of it .

Great experience buying a new car. Sales staff were super-responsive to my inquiries. I felt welcomed and appreciated, and my needs and budget were respected. I do not normally write reviews. But I have to give recognition to Aaron Aldridge. My Equinox had a check engine light and I took it in to Keller Motors for Service. Aaron is hardworking, he is upfront about how long the work will take and he treated me with respect. I appreciate the service at Keller Motors and will continue to do business with them because of Aaron.

I had a bad experience with a salesman here a few years ago and told myself that I would never come back. I went in today to look at a vehicle that caught my eye on their website. I was happy with my experience, I was also wanting to look at a vehicle that Ed Dena's had, but they wouldn't even call me back after telling me they would. I was able to purchase a 2015 Yukon XL SLT from Keller's and receive a lifetime vehicle powertrain warranty. The sales people were very nice and were as honest as any sales person can be haha, they worked with me on pricing and were more than happy to do business with me, unlike Ed Dena's.

Today's trip was to pick up floor mats and a key fob. They were ordered only two weeks ago, and they turned out very nice. I also needed further instruction on all the bells and whistles that my Suburban is capable of doing. Ernie, in the service department, was very calm with his expertise and helped me learn my car. All of the staff worked very hard to please my husband and me.Two weeks ago we purchased the Suburban, and the dealership made us feel special and not all dealerships do that. We have purchased many cars in our life, this one was the simplest transaction that we have had so far. All departments of the dealership worked well together.
