One of the best and easiest experiences I ve had with a tow. He showed up on time and actually worked around my schedule. I had work at 7 and he showed up earlier than the agreed time to help me out. He also knew a good bit about the brand of car I had and gave me some insight and even used a scan tool to give me an idea of what I m facing. He didn t need my help at all and made this experience the best one I ve had. Not only was he professional but also retired navy with my respect and appreciation for serving but also a really great guy who genuinely cared about helping me and others. I should also add he also gave me updates on eta of arrival, drop off, and any inconvenience to me. 10/10 and would use again if I can.Service: Car towing

I have nothing to say but amazing things. These guys are the real deal. Rob and Doug came to the rescue and helped me get my keys that were locked in my trunk. I can t thank these gentlemen enough. Best service! Mercedes RSA assigned these folks. Eric called me to verify if I could get immediate assistance. Although there was someone to fix my tire nearby, Eric was great by still driving to check if I was safe and car was safe to drive. He didn t accept anything, and ultimate goal seemed to be customer safety and satisfaction. Highly recommended!Service: Tire change

I had a tire blow out on the I-5 in the middle of the night and G&S Discount Tow were dispatched to me by my insurance. They were in constant contact with me the whole time, updating me on their ETA. They did their best to try and find a spare tire for me but unfortunately, it was pretty late so no luck. However, I greatly appreciated the effort! They loaded up my car and towed it to the shop I selected. My mom and I decided to stay in that town until the shop opened and G&S Discount Tow even provided a hotel recommendation in the next town over! I highly recommend them to anyone who ever finds themself needing a tow!Service: Car towing

Robert is very professional. He arrived quickly and diagnosed the problem with my car right there on the spot. He towed my car from Madera to Visalia for a very fair price. G&S Discount Tow Was a Very fast Reliable Service , This was the best tow service I encountered ever , The dispatcher was very kind and friendly when I called for service , he was so generous to try to get me and my vehicle to my destination as soon as possible , the dispatcher helped me out in pinpointing my location of my vehicle & kept me updated on time of arrival of tow truck.The driver of the tow truck was very professional and kind also , I got to my destination safe and in a timely manner, I rate this Tow company five stars, I highly recommend this Tow service.Service: Long distance hauling
