Daniel was straight forward with me and my Mother and gave us his honest opinions different vehicles which helped us decide which car we wanted a Low Milage Tesla at a affordable price, Daniel it wasn t about selling us the most expensive car, but what was best Value for my first Car. Daniel was very helpful and communicated with myself and my mother thought out the buying proccess . I would definitely buy from Hanford Auto Sales the A Buyers Choice experience and would highly Recommend.

Don t deal with the salesman George. He is not honest and lies about the application process. He gives you the run around. He says the finance manager is off for a few days and then sells the vehicle without calling or letting you know . It would be nice to know if the car you re waiting for is sold and a courtesy call is made . Never deal with this lot again ..They run your credit , make you wait , and lie . They sell the car to who they want to

HAS has some of the best selection of vehicles for any budget. I have only ever had the BEST experience when using their service team. They have the best crew in the valley. Steve only has the top of the line employees at his business and it shows every time I need any service done!

If I can rate this establishment any lower I would . I took my vehicle to get looked at for a off and on again engine light with the engine light being off at the time but some how magically it gave them 2 codes that has never came up on my vehicle. I was charged $150 for the diagnostic service. I asked the gentleman how was he able to get codes to my vehicle with no engine light on and those codes never coming up with my previous mechanic he indicated that his code reader was brand new and no one else had that reader because he had just gotten his . to make matters worse I asked when I could get the vehicle worked done . He then replied not until next week and in order to even schedule me he would have to receive half of the payment for the parts . I then asked do they do financing he said no and then proceeded to say that no one in Hanford does financing a matter a fact he went on to say he's lived here for 30 years and has never heard of any mechanics using financing.That was my sign to pay the $150 and leave.I'm really surprised that this place has a 5 star rating . I would never recommend anyone getting their vehicle service or fixed here.

Went to check out a car, liked the car and was ready to buy it. Wanted to negotiate pricing and made them an offer based off KBB. After 10 minutes of waiting the salesman came back and gave me the exact same price as a counter offer and wouldn t go any lower or give me any deal.

These guys were amazing! My traction control light came on, and the check engine light was blinking. They told me they were busy for a couple days but I could tow my car to the shop and they would store it until they could get to it. I agreed to the $95 diagnostic. Then after a few days they tell me the error codes were in the computer history but the lights were off when they got it. They removed and inspected the spark plugs and looked over the whole engine and tested everything but the problem didn t return. When I went to pay for the diagnostic they said since there was nothing to repair I didn t owe anything. They went above and beyond and put in man hours then said they didn t feel right in charging me. These guys are honest. That s incredibly hard to find!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

HAS Auto Repair is the place to go! These guys do great work, cant recommend them enough. I have used these guys in the past and let me tell you, still the same place, doing good and trust worthy work. I recently had my water pump replaced and tires done on my truck. 11/10. I was fearing the cost to fix my issue with my car and so was my wallet. They gave me a great price for the repairs and tires. Customer service was great aswell. Thank you HAS!! Will most definitely seeing HAS again if I have any issues in the future.

I've taken my car in several times for service and maintenance on my 2014 Hyundai Elantra. These guys will make sure they get it done and test out the vehicle before given to the customer. Very honest people and reasonable prices.

Noticed that my truck was leaking antifreeze on Saturday night. (Of course, always happens on the weekend). Called HAS first thing Monday morning, expecting to make an appointment for sometime during the week. I was told to bring it on in and they could look at it. Took it in at about 9:00 got a call at 10:30. They have diagnosed the issue, provided me with an estimate. Truck was done by 2:30.Very knowledgeable staff, curious, and HONEST. (Hard to find these days). If your having automotive issues, I would recommend HAS!!

I take all of my personal and business vehicles to HAS Auto rRepair, Rob and the guys do great work and finish on time. In my business we can t afford to be without a vehicle for very long. Also the vehicles that I have purchased from Hanford Auto Sales have always been priced right and have been mechanically sound and if we ever had an issue they always stood behind the vehicle and made it right.

I've brought my car in several times now to HAS and they always do good by me and my car. They always do good work and are honest, and even when my car started acting up right when I drove off from getting it fixed they took it right back in day after day until it was figured out. I wont take my car anywhere else in Hanford but HAS they are the only shop that hasnt left me worrying about the quality of work and whether or not my problems were fixed or just temporarily patched and saying otherwise. Thanks HAS appreciate the work guys

Have gotten very good service. Parts people always try everything they can to find parts i need own a 97 Lincoln so hard to get parts. Service always ready to talk with u and give advice on how to fix when i am doing it myself. Sales staff always takes the time to talk with me on suggestions how i can do or discuss what is the options no pressure to do somthing they really care about thier customers. They really try to find what u whant tires to vehicles. I can call them and tell them what i am looking for a older lincoln or similar. They will not only look on computer but go out to vehicle look it over and let me know more about it. Everyone there is great.

So far so good. Just baught a 2015 dodge journey a few weeks ago. My salesman was George i think, im so bad with names, but he was awsome. Found me a great financing option with my seasonal job. Which was really hard to find anywhere. So happy with my purchase

Got my car there but once you pay it they treat you terrible. I had to take it to there so called mechanics 3 times so they could fix the honk and they supposedly had checked the brakes and they said the brakes were good however once I checked them myself the brakes were in bad shape in the rear wheels and they forgot to connect a sensor when they had checked them.

Great service. I have always found the staff and managers to be professional and friendly. I have purchased cars and had my cars serviced and repaired at HAS for many years. They have always given 100% to see that I'm happy.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. Didn't make you feel pressured into something you didn't want. Actually gave me a better deal then I asked for. Would highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a car.

I believe my first purchase from Hanford Auto Sales was almost 20 years ago, and since then have purchased 4 more vehicles. I am not sure if it is normal to call the salesman and tell him what make and model i'm looking for, which options, mileage range, color etc, and then within a few days I get emails of vehicles that fit my request. I'll never go to another car lot.

Excellent Auto service repair facility worked us in at last minute to fix our radiator quickly to accommodate our radiation appts so we didn't have to miss any treatments, very much appreciated. Again thank you so much highly recommend these guys.

My car was towed from Bakersfield. They couldn't get it started. As soon as my car was taken off the tow truck. The mechanic at HAS Repair started it right up. Very impressed. Will always take my car there.

Told me one week I'd just need 700 down next week they said I'd need a cosigner and more down.
