A dealership isn't always the cheapest option for basic things like oil changes, and many services are much cheaper at "Oil Changers" or Walmart Auto Service, but for anyone who buys extra coverage & maintenance plans they will do everything very well on here, and prices are USUALLY pretty reasonable on significant work.You may want to let smaller shops handle your new tires, or let them charge your AC, or things like that....but if your vehicle has a major issue they can & will fix it here.Definitely make an appointment, and ask them for a ride home in the shuttle while they fix your stuff....if not you could be sitting here a few hours.Water bottles & Coffee are available, which is nice. The bathrooms are clean. There's a store next door if you're hungry.When getting service I recommend Mike Cook or Mike Hathaway if they're working. I feel like they're pretty fair & won't bombard you with extras. I usually try to deal with them.

Today's scheduled appointment was the longest I have ever waited. My appointment was at 9am. I arrived at 8:30, won't do that again. Two hours for routine service, new wiper blades, 2 air filters, tire rotation. I was there for 2 hours.

My wife recently took our 2021 Corolla in for an oil change, they estimate it would only take an hour so instead of taking a rental or being dropped off, she waited while it was changed. Instead of it being 1 hour, the car wasn t done for two hours. Add on top of that my wife was there with our 9 month old. Oil changes at any quick change place never take more than 30 min. Do not go here to get your oil changed unless you like to over pay and wait two hours for it.

Was notified by mail that i was eligible to get a 2nd key for my car. Stopped by the dealership today without an appointment and Mike Hathaway got me squared away in no time!Quick and profession service!

I've purchased 5 vehicles here over the years and have always had them serviced at this location. Sometimes it may be hard for people to establish a trust with a service department or mechanic but Mike Cook has done a masterful job of establishing that trust from the beginning. He s always been up front with costs, options, and any discounts that may apply. I am continually updated throughout the service process and my vehicles have always been completed in a timely manner. Mike Cook exemplifies the professionalism of Hanford Toyota Service. Collin is a incredible worker the customer service he provides is the best I ve ever experienced inside a car dealership. Collin has a work ethic that is incredibly noticeable and that can apply with how people will like to be greeted when coming into a service. I hope to see him achieve in his career.

This was my first time going in to a dealership, and even buying a car on my own. I was immediately greeted by Oscar Perez. He was so welcoming and sweet and after he asked me a few questions about what I wanted (which was very limited because I didn t even know what I wanted). Marcus Smalls then helped me with all the information I needed and he helped me find my car. Super sweet guy. I was handed to Jimmy then and even though I was nervous throughout the whole thing, Jimmy provided information and not once did he leave out any detail. I completely recommend going to this dealership, and if you truly want great costumer service, go to those three people! I m sure everyone else is great there as well.

Amazing service. Went today seeking for a GT 86, was met with a very responsive Johnathan, who answered all my questions as he led me to whom I was expecting, Russ. Together, these men not only showed me EVERYTHING the vehicle came with, but what they can offer me. Johnathan, very knowledgeable on the vehicle clearly has passion for this. He, in very good detail explained to me the pre-certified tag on the vehicle, what comes with the 7 year/100k mile warranty, everything.|When we got to the interesting part, these two (Johnathan and Russ) went above and beyond to fight for me. They did everything in their power to make my dream come true, and they got me the vehicle at an EXTREMELY affordable price-point.When I went into finances with Aaron, he did an amazing job explaining to me the breakdown, the trade-in value, and the purpose of GAP and bumper-to-bumper. An amazing finance specialist whom I will recommend to everyone seeking to grab some very important information.All three of these workers here at Freeway Toyota didn't speak to me like a customer, but people who wanted to make my dream possible. I can express my sincerest gratitude for the amazing experience I felt here today. Please, consider Freeway Toyota and ESPECIALLY look for these three people; Johnathan, Russ and Aaron(finance specialist).These workers for Freeway Toyota are honestly some of the best I've ever dealt with and I am nothing but amazed with my experience today. I ve gone to several Toyota dealer service centers for repair work, and the Hanford one is my favorite. The pricing is reasonable and the technicians do solid work. A few months back, my 11 year-old Tacoma needed a new rear diff and wheel bearings. The costs added up, and a few unexpected repairs were needed, but I never felt like I was being upsold. Service rep David Santos went to great lengths to soften the hit to my wallet, made sure I wasn t double billed labor for redundant disassembly/reassembly, and went above and beyond to make sure I stayed informed and involved in all the decision marking throughout the repair process. I highly recommend David, but I ve noticed all the service reps follow suit. Importantly, the repair technicians did a great job, and their workmanship has held up well. Between the repair quality, and the customer service, they re an excellent service shop. I will be using them for any major/minor repairs in the future.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My overall experience at Toyota was amazing. I went in super nervous to potentially drive off in my first car. Ruben made the experience much more comfortable and is very accommodating. He breaks everything down to you simply to and if you have any questions or concerns he is more than willing to answer them. Jimmy was also just as awesome and accommodating during the process. They make you feel more at ease. My family and I will definitely be back!

Ruben Pasion was very professional in providing me great customer service and was able to answer all my questions before purchasing my vehicle. He was able to explain all everything I needed to know about the vehicle I was looking at and made my visit very comfortable. Fred M was able to get me what I needed through finance and get me approved for the vehicle. Jimmy was awesome and very detailed on proving me all info in my finance forms. Great experience, recommending Freeway Toyota to all buyers, hands down.

So happy with my brand new Toyota Corolla! All staff was nice and friendly. Fray Lopez helped me and went above and beyond to get me the best deal available. He was able to get them to work with my down payment. Fray was throughout with the whole process and explained all my options. Thank you!!!

If you're ever there, ask for DAN (Dan Telen)! He was super helpful in finding me the exact car I wanted and at a reasonable price! He even helped us trade in two cars for the down payment and made the whole process super easy to understand! I walked away with a brand new 2020

Great big shout out for going above and beyond with my 2020 Tacoma, Edgar and Terra did everything in their power to make sure I was taken care of after having some brake issues caused by the lift on my truck! They were both very prompt in taking care of the issue and communicating with their boss in order to get me on the road! Terra has always been a joy to work with and does her very best to take care of her customers, even 6 months after the purchase! Thank you Freeway Toyota!!!

Second time in for service, first time was not pleased due to debris left in car. This time also, dirt from shoes on freshly cleaned floor. Seems no care goes into total satisfaction. Probably not returning. Not any better as of 9-6-2022. Went in with a coupon that was sent from them for a $19.99 oil change. When I got there and presented my coupon the assistant service manager informed me that was for 5 quarts of oil. My truck takes 6, so 1 additional quart was to be $30 more. I then asked he was serious, the answer was yes. I decided I would proceed and speak with the manager after service. The final bill at checkout was over $35 total. Not enough to find the manager, but enough to let others know don't find out the hard way like I did. Probably not going back.

I had a wonderful experience with a Sale Rep Ruben Pasion. His communication skills was excellent he clarified all details. I was so amaze. He fit the price range that was comfortable for me. I was expecting to get a use car but he made it possible for me to get a brand new car. If anybody looking for a great sale rep ask for Ruben Pasion I promise he will tell you all the details and work a great deal out for you. Thank you so much Ruben. He's the main man!

today I will be leaving my brand new 2020 Toyota Camry! Color and interior that I wanted!! I have gone to a few dealerships this month and I m glad I waited because coming here I got everything I wanted. When you get that this is it feeling you know. I was referred to the salesman named Ruben M. Pasion Jr. He did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend him. Thankful and lucky to have him cross my path!

Awesome Experience Freeway Toyota is the best place to buy a car and deal with. Miguel went above and beyond to find us the kind of car and best deal that we were looking for. Jimmy was great with providing us additional information. We are very pleased with our purchase of a 2020 Camry. My wife loves her new car! They are the only ones to deal with, when buying a new car. I just have to say great customer service, as I arrived to the moment I left I felt welcomed and treated with respect. Russell Coyn was my sales rep and I was very satisfied with his great customer service. I would definitely recommend coming to freeway Toyota in Hanford, they helped me a lot even with a bad credit I was able to get the car I want with the monthly affordable payments I wanted.
