Feroma Motorsports was extremely expensive to get a tire mounted on my scooter. They wanted $250 to put tires on front and back of my Honda silverwing scooter. I went straight over the railroad tracks to DOS BROS and they hooked me up for $150. Mounted balanced everything. Went there Saturday morning gave them a little over an hour to do their thing, and was very pleased. That's where all my motorcycle business is going from now on. I'm not sure but I think their brothers. But they know what they're doing. That's for sure. Awesome place and awesome mechanics. I recommend highly to anybody that owns a motorcycle a quad a Harley it doesn't matter they work on almost everything.

Absolutely amazing service I had ever experience went in to purchase my first dirtbike, and they were more than helpful to help me get everything I needed the proper gear, head, rare footwear that I needed along with my dirtbike. Super helpful, very friendly crew would highly recommend this place for any first time buyers or any other people looking for parts or any gear for their own dirt bikes would definitely shop there again for every thing I need.

Scammers , they were trying to charge $250 for a 12 inch pit bike tire and rim, without install. Don t give these guys your business . Buyer be warned they are taking your money .

Regardless of what type of powersports equipment you ride Feroma is able to get you parts for it and the ladies in the parts department are always happy to help. Large selection of parts and accessories on hand as well as a loaded showroom of pre-owned units ready to take home, financing and pay away available. Feroma is Hanford's go to shop for all your powersports needs.

Wow! Called and they said it was $100 to replace the tires on my bike. They took it to do the 2 hour job and charged me 200 (100 for each tire) plus 25 for balance and 8 for recycling. I'd never go back here. If you're getting work done get the FULL price before you let them do anything.

I recently went to this shop to get parts for my dirt bike, they tried to sell me the wrong parts and were charging way more that they should. I tried telling them that it was the wrong part, but they didn t want to sell me the right one. These people have no idea what they are doing, DO NOT GO HERE.

terrible they charged me an arm and a leg did the inspections recommended the repairs and my bike made it as far as the house. They said i would have to pay for further repairs. don t recommend at all.

Honestly if there was a no star option we would happily accepted that option as a review. They are completely unprofessional, rude not to mention completely inadequate in all of the services they provide. They completely failed to fix my fathers quad even though we had payed a little over a thousand dollars just so they can return it to us in an unstable condition and failed to turn on at the moment of handing it back to us. They least they could have done is returned it to us running , but they neglected in even doing that. They deserve zero stars.If you are looking to getting your quads or bikes fixed anywhere in Hanford is a better option than this business.

They were nice when they took the money for the 2 Quads I bought. My son drove it the next day and it was all bad they said because my son drove it to far lol. We had warranty for the first 30 days which I took it back the following day and 2 times after that. They claimed there was nothing wrong with it. I had to take it to someone else and paid a pretty penny to fix it. Theses people are rude, and lie. I would not recommend this business to anyone!!! Bad Business

I just had my motor rebuild and after one hour of easy riding the piston broke apart. I took it back and they said I was riding the bike to hard witch is not the case. I know better. I paid 3000 to have it done and they want more this time just to fix it. I would never ever recommend this place or use this place for any of my business.

Have got my bikes fixed here since 2008 and they are still running strong in 2023 couldn't ask for a better shop thank you Feroma.

Please read reviews here. I Should have just bought a car. I Learned to never cut corners on economical efficient mopeds. Spent too much already on repairs. Recommend buying straight from Honda or Yamaha or an official dealer where your dollar means something a so does a warranty.I might just scrap the 3200 dollar loss and go straight to an official dealer.

Was planning to have my atv fixed there but saw a bike I liked so I filled out an application for financing its been over 2 weeks haven t heard from them so that pretty much sums it up Lousy customer service. And I ll go somewhere else

They were really nice when they took my $4000+ I paid for my sons go cart a few weeks ago. Not so nice and helpful today when we Paid to have a few things fixed.

Be careful with this businesses advertisements, and always check the vin numbers prior to purchase. Example: they will tell you it's a 2014 Yamaha raptor in reality it's a 2012. They are friendly when it comes to low cost repairs but will cut corners and misdirect you on major repairs. I will most definitely not be buying here again. PM me if you want proof.

Absolutely worst experience with any shop I have ever visited. Took my bike in for a head gasket, when I came back to pick up the bike, they started my bike in front of me and my friend who had given me a ride there, without any oil in it! The engine grenades itself in front of my eyes. Came back today to figure out what they were going to do about my engine, and they told me they never started it! Told me that I was trying to steal from them, and I just wanted money! What!?!Then, while I was talking with them they told me they never even replaced the head gasket! They replaced the valve cover gasket. The work ordered clearly states that the head gasket was replaced, and thats what I paid for!NEVER TRUST YOUR BIKE WITH THESE PEOPLE! I am now going to be taking them to court, but it will take months before I see anything out of it, and those months missing my bike will be the worst months of my life.

very bad super rude people they think they know everything they charge me 2000$ for my 80 to get rebuilt in was only a piston and ring replacment absolute ripofff dont recomend other places charge like 400 max super disapointed horrible place shop and people youve been warned

Suprisingly a Motorcycle motorsports store ran owned and operated by friendly helpful women. Whom are very knowledgeable of components and bike operations. we need more places like this without the stereotypes. I spent more than I should have and will be a patron to Feroma because of the customer service.
