I was blown away and delighted by the awesome service and amazing price. I'm almost always a skeptic and try to quote a few different places before I have to use a large amount of money. My 1998 Pathfinder's tire size is a little rare and on the more expensive side as I found out from the places I visited. I was getting quotes of about 600 to 810. I thought I had a good quote from Firestone but once I called up Marty, he told me I could get all 4 tires, the exact size I wanted, and the exact specs I needed, all for 100 dollars less than the deal I thought I was gonna get. And Johnny 5, the fastest hand in the river , and his crew got it done in 30 minutes. A huge thanks to Marty and his fantastic crew. You guys rock.

I had tire semi-emergency; ended up in Costco parking. I called around (Costco didn t have a single tire my size). My usual place was going to have me drop off my car (you know how that goes- it means no car all day and finding someone to pick you up and take you back at who knows when time). I called Carrol s- they had my tires in stock and said to come on.I got my two tires AND an alignment for less than my usual s quote for two tires. AND I was done and out in < 1hr.

My Idle arm broke while I was at Rite-Aid. Carrol's tire shop found out the problem in 5 minutes. These guys are the smartest and have decades of experience. Thanks guys!!

Great first time experience with Carrols Tire in Hanford, took the wheels for my '72 ranchero over there with my new tires to have them installed and they had it done for me within the hour and they even were courteous to replace to bad valve stems free of charge. Thanks for the quick and quality work.

The staff is always courteous and professional. Every job I've brought them has always been done within a few minutes and no more that a couple hours. They have reasonable prices and workable business hours. I would definitely recommend to others.

I felt a little ignored this time. They act like I don't know what I'm talking about. Not happy..another person was some ideated with service. I didn't like the person on job rude. Another person tried to help meThe man manager--- what ever he was. Was very rude to him in front of customers. He was . I won't go back when he's working.. Pushy.rude.disrespectful.

Always a pleasure. Never had any problems with the products and great prices. They really go above and beyond. After 5 sets of tires and 2 sets of rims always a good experience. Definitely recommend.

I've been buying my tires and other services at Carroll's since they opened in Hanford roughly 30 years ago. I'm always treated like family and always get the best prices. This is mostly because of the general manager Marty.

I am a long time customer of Marty's is started back in 2004 2005 but every since then I've been a customer of his and I can say he has done an outstanding job with my vehicle and I really applaud him because now he has multiple sclerosis and he still working thank you marty for all you've done.

My mom is 84 yrs old she went there to get her tires balanced. She came home an HR later with no car I asked where it was she said they still had it that it needed brakes and new tires cuz her tires were out of round which is complete bull **it . This isn't the first time they tried to pad there bill. Last time it was struts that she didn't need seems to me that there taking advantage of the elderly. Because they would have never told me my tires are out of round. Watch yourselves when you take your ride there they will try to screw you over.

Great place to have work done on your vehicle. Had me in and out for an alignment within just over an hour. Alignment is Perfect!! Big thanks to Carroll s and staff.

After my final and last draw dealing with those scam crooks(Try and tell you parts on your vehicle need replacing. Multi times this has been reported at American Tire Depot - Hanford, Just to much detail to explain Don't use American Tire Depot. I decided to give Carrolls a try. Best choice i ever made Marty was helpful and gave a good deal. Thank you Marty

Friendly customer service but tires were WAY off balanced. A lot of vibration from the tires. Took my car somewhere else to have them rebalanced. My wheels are stock so nothing special about the balancing should be difficult.

Never purchased any product there before, but I did today and got a great deal and amazing service I got all 4 tires changed in like 30 minutes. Marty the manager is a swell guy to I highly recommend this place!!

Marty was superb. That dude is AWESOME! Im not one to leave reviews but thats the mark he left with me just for being honest and extremely friendly! I went to another place (Badasci) and got a quote for $1,800. Even I knew that was crazy! So I tried Carrolls and thats where I met Marty. Marty got me in early and explain everything well. Even after I told him what Badasci quoted me he never once said anything bad about them. Thats a good business man. His work speaks for itself. GO TO CARROLLS FOR YOUR TIRE/BREAK NEEDS. btw I was charged $1121...I saved $680 by going to Carrolls. Marty is AWESOME!

I've waited 1 hr and 40 mins. to be exact for my wheel alignment just to tell me they cannot do it because their machine is broke. What kind of customer service and business are they doing? First impression for a first time customer. Never going back there again. I understand if they have problem with their machine but they could have tell me that earlier not after 1 hr and 40 mins. I wasted my time waiting.

Friendly staff, honest mechanics, great AC work. Most tires on hand, specialty and sport tires on a 1 business day order. My go-to when I can't get the job done myself at home.

Hi there Google users, this is a comment to Terry Jacobs. I was there the day you were in Carroll s getting my oil changed and this is NOT a true statement that you made. First off I watched and listened to what went down, so I heard the guy tell your mother her tires were 7 years old and she needed new ones and she wanted the breaks done too and then you showed up . you tried to hit the handicapped sales guy and cussed him out! You left and returned cussing and flipping out again, then you tried to take the car without paying!!! Your mother apologized for your behavior as you stormed off! I have been taking all of my cars to Marty and the Carroll s stores for many years, the only problem in the case was YOU Terry! We need less Karen s and Terrys in this world!

Great prices, which bested even Costco. Friendly, efficient, honest service. Marty quoted 45 minutes to mount and balance four tires and they finished in 40.

Went in an had a nail in my tire. Spoke to Marty. He took my info an my keys. About 15 minutes went by an Marty called my name an gave me my keys. Thank you for such great service
