We had an amazing experience at this Caliber Collision establishment. They completed the estimate on my vehicle extremely quickly despite it being holiday season. Their staff is very professional and it feels like they really want to make your experience as painless as possible. Car accidents can cause a lot of headaches in regards to repairs and damage estimates, but Dana and Joe were extremely helpful, friendly, and made this experience about as smooth as I could have imagined. I highly recommend this establishment.

I have heard nothing but good about Caliber Collison. My Brother had to of his car's done at the Caliber location in Armona. I took mine to the Hanford location. My car was missing all kinds of thing's (who forgets to install the safty latch on the hood, latch, seals and lot's more). I had a totally of 19 thing's wrong, and they are only fixing 2 of the issues. They acuesd me of having someone take it a part and putting it back wrong.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I d give ten stars, if I could!We were on a road trip heading home (7 + hours away) when we ran over a large rock resulting in catastrophic damage to the undercarriage of the car and a transmission/oil leak. We were stuck in the middle of nowhere not knowing what to do, or where to go.We had the car towed to Caliber Collision in Hanford. They made it a priority to assess the vehicle even though it was late and the business was about to close. Before the end of the day, the parts were ordered and the car was scheduled to be fixed. They communicated with us throughout the entire process and making us feel at ease.It took a day and a half for them to do the work, outsource what couldn t be done and get the car back to us. I appreciated their honesty and willingness to get a second option to ensure they were able to do the work before accepting the job.The staff were honest, patient, kind, and highly efficient. Thank you to the wonderful team at Calibur in Hanford for going above and beyond to take care of us and our vehicle.

Taylor (in the office) really goes above and beyond in all aspects of her job and made this process very quick and as easy as possible with the best attitude! So grateful for her! My car was repaired very fast and I couldn t recommend this place more!

Great service and kept me updated through out the whole time my vehicle was in their shop. Estimated end date was on point and over all great experience with them again. I have been there once before for my other vehicle and service was just as great and I definitely would recommend to all my family and friends as well as strangers..hopefully I don t have to use them again but if I did need to I know I can rely on and trust caliber collision to get the job done!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Do not recommend when I showed up my car wasn't even ready loose wires and they wanted me to drive it like that didn't replace a broken clip seems like they were in a hurry to get rid of me didn't take the time to make sure the repair was complete won't be going back.Services: Exhaust, WeldingServices: Exhaust, Welding

Ryan, Joe are the worst at Caliber Collision. Caliber insurance was referred through USAA and I was very confident of their work because USAA had them listed at the top, well it has been a very bad experience with Caliber Collision for me, I dropped my car off on July 3rd and since then it has been all bad, I left my lock key for my tires because they said that they were going to take the wheels off the left side so I was proactive and made sure they wouldn't have to look for it. Since then it has been nothing but problems with Caliber Collision, they first told me that my car was ready on August 16th which was almost a month and a half of having my car when I get there I noticed that my emblem logo was missing off of the license plate in the front and the side where the insurance was damaged still had the door that wasn't aligned right and the side panel was broken still which should of been fixed, Marco said that he was talking 880.00 off the order and I only have to pay three hundred , my car was dirty and they didn't even wash my car, Marco said that it is left outside not covered and it's and industrial area so that is why it wasn't washed. They kept my car and called me on the 30th and said that it was ready I go to pick up my car and I noticed a scratch on my car on the side that wasn't there before that made me look at everything thoroughly and I noticed where my license plate was there was a black spot that had not been there and I noticed on the top of my roof it had a white stain that was on there, Marco said that it is Sap for being left uncovered at the shop, my car wasn't washed again it was dusty on my roof and the front of my car too. Marco told me it's like they painted my car if they did why is my car looking like that, I also noticed that my lock for my BMW wheels was not in the cup holder tray anymore which they used to unlock my tires with. At this point I went through USAA to resolve the issue because they kept messing up on my vehicle and now they are saying that my lock key the can t find, I also notice that the belongings that was in my driver door wasn't there, what did Caliber Collision do with the stuff that was in my driver side door. I reached out to Caliber to get help and Joe and Ryan is a joke it's evident that Caliber Collision isn't professional with my vehicle with me and he was trying to make it seem that Caliber Collision is not at fault. You look for help and I have solid proof to what I'm saying, Ryan and Joe was very rude where at this point I requested for higher than them. I'm beyond upset with this. Please can this be resolved.

Caliber did amazing on repairing my car. David was the agent i worked with and he was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. He broke down the whole process and let me know i would be receiving updates which was very nice. I would definitely recommend him and caliber to my friends and family!
