5 stars doesn t do this place justice, I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! I bought new wheels and tires online and needed them mounted and installed on my vehicle. I was worried at first because I didn t want my wheels to be damaged. Miguel helped me from the start and reassured me that they have brand new equipment and very experienced techs so I had little to worry about. Raz did a phenomenal job with the install! Part way through the job he suggested to me that I buy a can of spray paint in order to color match the weights he had to install on the wheels to look sleeker. I had no issue walking down to the AutoZone down the street and getting a can for this. At this moment already I knew they were deserving of 5 stars, my expectations were already exceeded!I was able to talk to Raz for a few minutes and he said he has been doing this for 29 years! He also said that he treats every job as if he were working on his own vehicle, to which I was very appreciative of. Victor did an excellent job with my alignment as well. Shout out to Jose and Rick as well for their excellent customer service!! I recommend Big Brand Tires in Hanford 1000%!!! Thank you again and I will definitely be returning in the future!!

This was my first time here, but I could see myself going back. I made an appointment for an oil change online, which was easy and convenient. I was greeted when I walked in by Miguel, who got me checked in straight away. The lobby was comfortable and clean, and the employees interacted with every customer with friendliness and honesty. The entire experience took 45 minutes. It was a bit pricey, but what isn't nowadays. If my car is in need of any future work, I would give this place call. Thank you for a positive experience.

The service was excellent. The customerservice skills were outstanding. The time ittook to service my car was fast and efficient.information regarding my vehicle health wasshared and stated in a manner I couldunderstand. This place is very good overall. The person behind the counter was respectful to people coming in despite it being busy. Their lobby/waiting area was nice, clean and comfortable. Their bathroom was very clean, however there was no changing table in the bathroom for parents to change their children s diapers. Otherwise, they were informative about what was going on with my car, how much longer the wait would be, and were up front about prices.

Went in and got tires dismounted and mounted/balanced. Ryk helped me at the front when I walked in he gave me an estimated time, went to grab something to eat and they were done before I even got back! Will definitely be a returning customer!

I m so glad this place opened in Hanford. Customer service has been great and they seem to have good deals/promotions going on. Rick is very kind, helpful and accommodating. I ve scheduled an appointment online and also called in to get same-day help and both were a seamless experience. I highly recommend going here.

From setting to arriving to my appointment was flawless. I received all the information I needed, in plain terms with an emphasis on my needs. Rick and Silvia were a great way to start my day (set my appointment first thing in the morning) by taking care of my vehicle.

I ordered tires through Big Brand's customer service center after comparing its product online.The tires were delivered to the store the following day. My appointment was at 1pm. While I was completing the financial transaction, the staff already had the tires installed! Rick, the Service writer/mgr is very professional and knowledgeable. The installers are friendly, professional and efficient. The prices are comparable to others in the area. ( They also pointed out a problem area that need tending to. But no pressure to get it taken care of there.) I would recommend Big Brand Tire and Service.

These guys are amazing. I had a flat on a Sunday when most places are closed. I got there and they were on it. They knew right away that the tires I had on the car were wider then I needed. So they corrected that problem. They got the new tires on my car in less then 15 minutes and I was out the door. I will definitely be back.

I've been around BBT for almost 30 years. Rick is wonderful! The communication is rock solid and prices usually better than some other places in town. Go see Rick and the crew for your car needs.

Amazing service. Went in for a complementary comprehensive check for travelling and was told by the rep that everything looked good and would not recommend something that I don t need. Impressed by the overall customer service and work. Would recommend.

I needed a 2nd opinion on my tire pressure light to make sure there was no nails in tire(s). I live 3 hours away. Miguel had the best customer service hands down. I highly recommend this place for tire services.

Great service, price and speed. Went in last minute to get 4 new tires and we were literally in and out in about 20 min! Probably could have been 15 min if I didn t do the alignment check. 10/10 would recommend

Stopped in to get front tires balanced after recent tire rotation. Was done in about 15 min. Girl that did the work did a great job. Got on the freeway to check it afterwards, was so much better I just wanted to keep driving. I hope they get busier so they can stay open.

Had to take a moment to give this team a shout out.Traveling with a triaxle RV toyhauler, I called ahead to preemtively order Cooper H rated tires. We picked a campsite not too far away.The communication on a weekend was outstanding, as well as friendly and respectful.Arriving Sunday morning, they immediately got to me, and I was out in half an hour, including TPS swaps.I enjoyed the chats and was even offered water for the road.Top notch!

I was getting the deal buy 2 tires get 2 tires free . It cost the same price as buying 4 tires . They marked it up then marked it down to the same . the tires are already at. Told me my vehicle was read . I show up and they hadn t done an alignment. Gave some reason why they couldn t that s not true. So I had them do it and came to find out the toe was out . They would have said my tires weren t covered because I didn t get an alignment. I had them do an alignment.
