It was my first time buying something at Advance Auto Parts and I was impressed by the customer service! Even if you walk in someone from the desk will approach and ask if they can help you find anything and will even take stuff from your hands and carry it to the register so you can keep browsing. This place is the only place in town I found that carries a wide selection of The Chemical Guys and other name-brand products right in the shelves and not behind a glass case. Their prices are also comparable to online retailers like Amazon and definitely better pricing that the local competitors. I signed up for their rewards and will keep stopping by to buy my detailing or car care needs.

They almost always have the part that I need and if they don't have it, they get it quick and stay in contact when my part comes in. I'm into detailing too and they have a huge selection of detailing supplies, (more than the competitors i.m.o.). Richard will take great care of you if you have any questions. He's helped me several times.

Great service! Joe and Richard both made sure that we got the best service when there were questions about what brake parts were needed for two of my cars. There is always friendly and timely service when I visit the Hanford Advance auto.
