They have great cars, and their agents are nice &polite, but I don't understand why the price they give in the reservation isn't includes the insurance. Every branch has different insurance cost.Last time I've got a reservation with the cost of 63$ per day,Than, coming to rent the car, the agent explained me about the different tipes of insurance and road assist (which I'm familiar with), and then said that total cost will be 129$ (!!!) Including 5.5$ for the road assist - twice the price of the reservation.I told him its not first time I rent a car, and I never paid that much for insurance, and I won't need the road assist. At the end he reduced the insurance cost, and the total cost reached 'only' 100.7$.I was really surprised, been renting from this company many times before, but this time I felt like I'm in a middle eastern market.So, watch your steps - and when renting from them check the insurance cost they asking for at the branch.

A great experience and yes, they can pick you up! I'm a local from HMB. We've used our HMB Enterprise occasionally and have always had a great experience. Mark and Joaquin are both very helpful and friendly. They upgraded me to a really fun car. I got improved rates by going online and signing up for Enterprise points/rewards etc. Thank you Mark and Joaquin for fantastic customer service!

Picked up our car here for a trip down Highway 1. The staff was very friendly and were eager to help us out. Originally telling us about the area they also were open to giving us advice on stops down the way we were travelling. Great experience and one of the quickest in and outs to renting a car that I've done to date.

If you book a reservation online for the same day, it will tell you that you're good to go. Call ahead! This is a small satellite office and their system does not reflect the most up-to-date inventory. The guy was very busy and told me after I arrived that he didn't have a car for me. He apologized and then ignored me.The staff was helpful. They gave me a ride back to my hotel and told me where I could get a car. That's the only reason they received more than one star.Enterprise Pacifica is 20 mins up the road, so if this place has doesn't have a car for you, try Pacifica. Also, don't get one from the airport if you don't have to!!! They charge $60 more in random, probably illegal, taxes.

I thought Enterprise was there to help you when you are in need of getting around.Well, the one in Half Moon Bay just wants to extort money from customers. I tried renting a car for 1-2 days (Thursday morning until Friday late afternoon.) They tell me that they can't do that and would ONLY be able to rent one through Monday. And even if you turn the car in Friday they would charge for a week of rental. The excuse given was they wouldn't be able to rent it for the weekend if it got turned in on Friday.All this after my gf rented a car from them for 2 days just a week ago!Completely ridiculous.HMB, I am appalled at this sort of behavior.

Confirmed pick up no showed but they were very nice, apologetic and made efforts to compensate for the initial poor experience once we were able to get to the location via Lyft.

Made 2 separate reservations and they didn't have a car despite saying they did online then were less than helpful to appease the situation.

Great service in Half Moon Bay by Mark and his crew at Enterprise although, they need better signage outside.

Small office one person not very many cars in the parking lot sometimes you have to wait for them to go over the hill to get cars
